I’ve been using the same box at-home hair color for years and it was recently discontinued so I’ve been in a panic to find something I love just as much. I thought the color selection process was simple and I left a note about making an adjustment - I have no idea how those are used or if they really affect anything - but I used my kit and really love the results. The root color was spot on - probably more ‘natural’ looking than my old color which always started intense but faded to a place I really liked. The second bottle of color for my ends is what I really loved. It was lighter and more golden than the roots and gave my hair lots of dimension and shine. So, I will definitely use eSalon again and I probably won’t change a thing!

Love this product has great coverage of not only my highlights but also amazing coverage of gray hair!!! Next time I have them sending me a lighter color because the one I chose was a little too dark for me but that was my mistake. Their colors are beyond accurate and spot on to the hair quiz you fill out before choosing your hair color!!!!

I finally found a product that is a blend of tones instead of one flat color! I stopped using hair color-I couldn’t find gray cover, dark blonde and honey highlights all-in-one. The colorist mixed dark blonde and gold to give me a blend I really love. Thank you!!

I've done this twice and couldn't be happier with how my color turned out (even though it was a bit darker than I thought it would be.) I was worried the first time because I was going back to my natural color and I had very blonde highlights in my hair. The colorists responded to my questions pretty quickly and were so helpful. This is not a "cookie cutter" operation--I felt it was very personalized. And you can't beat the price.

I always had my roots done at a salon every 4 wks to cover grey, this was the first time for years that I coloured my hair at home. I was nervous the colour wouldnt be right and i also have highlights so didnt want them to be affected. I was really surprised how they managed to match my colour exactly right from the photo I sent and how easy it was to apply, also there was a lot of colour so didn't run out at all. I will continue to get the colour as it is the same quality result as a salon love it would definitely recommend I have already requested my next box for when my roots grow back.

Habe das erste mal mit den Farben von eSalon gefärbt und muss sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin! Das erste mal konnte ich meine grauen Haare für längere Zeit abdecken, ich bin begeistert!
Mit den normalen Farben aus den Drogerien waren die grauen Ansätze manchmal schon nach 1 Woche wieder zu sehen.
Diese Farbe kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

I have modified my color selection and I love that I can without changing brands! I have had several stylist ask who does my color! They are sad when I tell them I do it! Plus, I color when it’s convenient for me! Can’t beat that!

I am so very impressed with this hair colour. I am used to colouring my own hair, but the colour never properly covers my grey hairs and never lasts this long! Would highly recommend e-salon for their service and their top product

This is the first time I tried to colour myself and I’m very pleased with the results. It’s really easy to use and the result comes out perfect 🥰. I hope it will stay and will not come off after few washes as I experienced with a regular salon. Loved the Sachet shampoo and conditioner. Definitely recommended to friends. My first color wasnt right so I sent a new picture and explained what I wanted instead. The colorist was quick to respond and we formulated a new color that turned out perfect! This color lasts longer and says true longer. So much nicer than box hair dye.

I am so pleased and happy with this purchase. From order to receive . Presentation to the product is more then 5* . All the step by step instructions is easily followed. Colour turned out beautifully.

Excellent coverage - easy instructions, but it’s the little touches I appreciated the most. A sticker to hold the instructions on the wall, TWO sets of gloves, and my colorist really understood what I wanted! Thank you E Salon!!

I was nervous about the color - I haven’t colored my hair since October - but it came out EXACTLY how I wanted. I had natural medium brown hair at the roots and auburn balayage highlights. I was ready to go back to full red, but I still wanted the color to read as mostly brown with a hint of copper red throughout. And boy, did eSalon deliver! The color smelled nice, which is not typical for hair color, and my hair felt pretty good after the rinse and before the shampoo. But once I put on the sample shampoo and conditioner, my hair sung with softness, shine, and beautiful color. I’d gladly use eSalon again, and I plan on it! Highly recommend!

This was my first time coloring my hair at home. The product was easy to mix and use. It did smell but all hair dye smells. My daughter helped me as I do not think I would have been able to get all the hair in the back. It did a great job covering the gray which was really all I wanted to do at that time. The inly thing I can say that I did not like was it did not seem to last as long as I thought and the gray started to show through in a few weeks. I would definitely get this product again.

I loved the simplicity of doing this in the comfort of my own home . My daughter was able to assist with it which was nice as she loves doing hair ! The color was exactly as I had hoped for !

I am so glad I gave this a try. It's a nice color, and it colors evenly, which is hard to find. It covers my gray fairly well, although not perfectly. My temples turn silver after a week or so. I appreciate that they have the option to purchase a 2nd bottle, with a lighter color, to use on ends and to refresh color.

I have never colored my hair. I decided to do it by myself. It's so much work lol. These products are sensitive to the scalp. I did not experience any burn or itch. The shampoo and conditioner that's included smells so good. Even the actual product does not have a strong smell. Anyone that is used to coloring their hair at home, should definitely get one from esalon. I am satisfied with my end results. I will purchase again. My sister and niece have already ordered. Loved the color and it doesn't fade fast. I love being able to adjust, seeing I need more grey coverage in the front areas. I also love that they are listening seeing I want all red tones out and the color not fade to that awful orangee ting.

I was so nervous about my first-ever at-home hair color! I needn't have worried. The color is spot-on and it covered my grays. Great all-over coverage - I haven't noticed any area that doesn't look blended (and trust me, I looked). The color I used was a reddish blonde (strawberry blonde), so I'm interested to see how long it lasts. And I'll definitely use eSalon again - big money saver!

I have stubborn grey so getting to three to four weeks before I see grey is fantastic. Over the counter boxed color was not working anymore. This was a great product with no irritation or strong smell. I will continue to use this product!

The color is very beautiful every time I use this product. My hair is not dried out and very easy to manage. I use this product in the past and stopped when I let my hair grow out to my natural color until it got too much Gray. Love it!

I am a salon bunny but we live in Covid times. Having tried an off the shelve, common high street brand, I was left utterly disappointed. So I tried esalon —- very different results! Colour was perfect — I had my daughter do my hair using the fab toolkit - my hair was shiny and sooofffttt!

First it comes nicely packaged with super easy personalized instructions and they supply videos and email for additional questions on line. Colorant gives even coverage, richly pigmented and your hair is super conditioned and I mean conditioned for weeks after. Covers grey brilliantly especially if you apply the way they instruct you too. You can change at anytime your range of color or the autodelivery (which I highly recommend) dates. This is salon quality color in your home at a fraction of the price. It's my new found secret.

I needed a touch up on my roots and all the salons being closed due to covid this was a life saver!! I have greys and blonde balayage so my hair is very fragile and can look cheap with box hair dye touch ups if not done right but with following all the instructions and my daughters help I ended up with salon results!
