I’ve been getting my hair done at salons for years. With being stuck in quarantine I needed an alternative. I ordered from esalon and honestly had a better experience than going to my salon. My scalp is always itchy after going to get my hair done. Not only was the color great and much more cost effective, but i did not have the reaction on my scalp like at the salon. Very happy!

Color was pretty close to the color I have been using in the past. I luv my color and like the cost is reasonable including there is enough to cover longer hair.

From the perfect color to the professional package of materials for the perfect experience...this is a GREAT company and great product. So impressed that a consultation based on my information and a photo alone could produce the results that I currently have. Not actually sure any salon has ever really achieved the exact shade I had hoped for but somehow e salon have managed it. Beyond happy!

I have tried several in-store box colors to try to match my highlights I had put in. Nothing worked, it always turned out brassy and dry. The colorists at e-salon were so helpful and helped me match the highlights perfectly! I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The instructions are very helpful too! It looks like I got it professionally done.

I just finished my first eSalon made for me beauty box. I have to tell you it is an amazing product. It was easy with step by step directions. The root color covered all the gray and the end color came out so pretty. It all blends together and looks fantastic. The shampoo & conditioner made my hair feel so soft. I have long thick hair and I just love the entire process and results. Order your own color. You will not be disappointed. This was my first time trying eSalon. Overall I was very pleased. Fairly easy to apply, (but we did miss getting some of my roots covered). The color was good, very shiny, natural looking, and my hair seems like it’s thicker and in better shape after applying. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, was that the root color got lighter fairly quickly, so I probably needed the root formula to be a bit darker. I’m not complaining, it definitely looked 100% better after being quarantined for several months. Looking forward to trying it again!

I am i love with the result colour. It is my exact natural brown I had wanted for a long time!! The steps were so easy to follow, I colour filled over lighter old brassy blonde highlights first then the all over colour and it worked out perfect!! I will maintain this colour hopefully forever 🙏 thank you eSalon for giving me exactly what I wanted for a great price. I have gotten so many compliments.

The custom color was absolutely perfect. My gray is fully covered and this color has lasting power. I feel like my old self again. The best part is how easy it was to apply. I like how the color isn’t a fake uniform color but has subtle shading to it. I will get this again.

I was a bit worried about buying colour online but the easy step by step system made it so simple! My colour arrived within a few days with easy to follow instructions & plenty of product to apply to my long thick hair. It’s easy to put on & the shampoo & conditioner are lush! The finished colour was lovely, very even & shiny & everyone’s commented that’s it’s the best colour my hair has been! I’m delighted! Would definitely recommend & I’ll be using it from now on!

Love it, made my color just like I like it. Was a different color I thought I would try just what I choose. Next color will be back to my sassy brassy red head. But my hair was so soft ,shinny and full bodied. Love eSalon. Thank you

I usually colour my hair at home but this is the best I have used. I loved the little touches like a sticker to stick the instructions on the wall but the best thing is the colour. When I have used a red shade before, the roots go more red than the rest but they give you a mix with less red in for the roots and more red for the ends. The result is a perfectly consistent colour without the red roots. I loved it, I’m not going back to block colour from the chemist.

This was my first time coloring my hair at home. My daughter helped me. We were both nervous. The directions were straightforward. My hair turned out amazing! The color (medium brown) was rich looking and natural. I would definitely use this product again and recommend it highly.

I received my order in a timely manner. They give you plenty of colorant to work with. I do have to get color adjusted a little because of grays making hair lighter than the bottom portion of hair but overall so far I’ve had a good first time experience with this company.

I was very skeptical to color my roots at home. First of all I've never done it before and I'm in my late 40s, but also my natural hair color is dark blond which I have highlighted at the salon. My dark roots were coming in, plus some grays. I was amazed at how well eSalon was able to create a color that naturally blended my roots into the highlighted part of my hair! I thought that was something that could only occur at a salon. I am amazed at how well it worked. Truly lifted my spirits!

I have coloured my hair for over 30 years and have struggled with getting the colour and condition I have wanted recently. Someone suggested I try eSalon and as I have been at home during lockdown decided to give it a go. The colour is superb and the condition really feels wonderful as my hair had felt a bit dry and looked lacklustre and wasn't its usual raven blue black magic. For my husband to say wow and remark is a mark of how good it is and I am looking forward to see how it fares during the next few weeks. So far, beautiful colour and amazing shine. Very impressed !

Easy to apply. Well explained directions. Love the color but will be tweaking for next time. Covered all my little grays around my face. Even coverage.
Wish it didn’t have some of the chemicals it does. But it didn’t leave my hair feeling fried or damaged in any way. Glad I got it!

Still trying to figure out best way to calm down a bit of brassiness but all in all am quite happy with this. Customer service is second to none. I love being able to do my hair at home. It may not be as amazing as when I get it done at the salon with full highlights, but I’m really happy with it and just knowing I don’t have to rely on someone else is fantastic.

Easy to use and beautiful results. I went to the salon yesterday for a trim, the stylist even commented on how beautiful the color was and its been 4 weeks since I last colored. I recommend to everyone who is looking for quality at home hair coloring.

I was so excited to receive my 1st order. Loved the Personalized Color Set and free sample of shampoo and conditioner. I would of given 5 Stars if the color covered my grey in the front of my hair. I waited an additional 2 weeks to give an actual review to see how the color holds. The color is great except for the front hairline... which is the most important coverage area for me. It was a great option during COVID19 while the hairsalons were closed.

I am 62 years old and have had professional color done since my 50's.
I wanted to try to do my roots myself since the salons were closed. I watched YouTube how-to vids and emailed pics of my hair color to ESalon. I felt pretty confident to go for it.
It was actually FUN and not messy. The hardest part for me was doing the back of my head. But I am happy with the results.
Whether or not I continue to color at home remains to be seen. But for now and in this world we are living in, ESalon is my BEST friend.
I spoke with many ESalon personnel and they were all courteous and willing to help...

I always do my own hair, but it was my first time committing to coloring my hair. My colorist knew what she was doing. I went from dark brown almost black to a warm copper I have no complaints. I love the new color it's like a new me.

The color is exactly what I wanted. It's a great shade of brown with some ash but not so much it looks "Smokey".
It is very close to my natural hair color and has enough warmth to match my warm medium skin.
