I love my custom color. The tone is warm and compliments my skin tone...not an easy task for a client of the rather pasty persuasion! This is a slightly altered color from the original formulation (also lovely, but a little darker). eSalon's stylists responded immediately to my request for an adjustment immediately, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I like the color. It's a little lighter than my previous store bought, but it suits my skin tone. I love the way it smells! No harsh fumes in the shower! I've also received several compliments on the color.

I did my hair for the first time with esalon and was really happy with the results, my hair feels in really good condition considering I coloured it at home.. I am very happy with the colour too.. I am going to see how my hair feels and if the colour holds well over the next few weeks. Really pleased up to now though !

This kit was so well put together I am surprised a hair dresser didn’t pop out of the box and wrap me in a cape. Everything was packaged up thoughtfully and looked high quality. The gloves weren’t the cheesy lunch lady gloves every detail was well thought out and delivered to my doorstep exactly the way I can appreciate. I love the quality and the color and I couldn’t be happier with this service. I intend to maintain my subscription and my lovely hair color!

The color made my hair so shiny, it looks natural and not fake, which is very hard to achieve with reds. It's lasted so long that I won't have to color near as often.

I didn't think it was possible to get such a well matched but not bland (i.e. not all one basic color), super-shiny dye at home! Great directions and the extras provided (i.e. stain remover, etc) were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Actually wanted a darker color but my stylist Genevieve suggested a lighter shade I'm so happy she did it looks great I love it! Will buy again. Much more vibrant than the box dye I've been using.

So pleased I stopped hesitating and finally ordered this. Without doubt the best home colour I have ever used. Great natural result, matched well with my natural hair colour and covered all my grey! My hair feels soft and conditioned. Guess I'll be sticking with esalon!!

My natural hair color is medium to dark brown, and I have been coloring it red for over a year. At first, I was buying color from the beauty supply store, but I wasn't getting the longevity I wanted. Plus, every time I went, it was costing me extra for gloves and other supplies. So I tried box color. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. I'll admit, I was skeptical about trying a color that I hadn't seen, but my custom color from eSalon is THE BEST RED I have ever had! I've even been to the salon a few times and spent way too much money only to walk out thinking I could have done the very same thing at home. The color I got from eSalon is the color I have always wanted. I am so excited, I have told everyone about this company.
I love the way the color came in a pretty package, complete with personalized instructions, gloves, and a sticker to put my instructions up on the mirror! I also love the way the product smelled. Yes, it smells like hair color, but it's not over-powering, and it doesn't stink after you wash it away. My hair smelled like shampoo and conditioner, which brings me to my next point: the shampoo smells AMAZING. My only suggestion is that you include a bit more conditioner for us- the girls with long, thick, super curly hair!

My color is perfect! I have spent a fortune on salon haircoloring and it was never quite what I wanted. I colored my hair for the first time tonight and I love it. I have a lot of gray in my hair and it is all covered and now looks like highlights, subtle shades and tones that I've never had from a salon color before. I highly recommend this. I am so happy!

I love your hair color. It makes the color of my hair look natural. It covers the gray completely and leaves my hair soft with none of the brassiness I get with regular hair colors. I like not having to worry about shopping for my color. It had become an exhausting job since traditional hair colors change everyday and the color names are forever changing. This was my first time coloring my hair. I didn’t have a lot of gray but had a lot of natural high lights which made it seem like I would color my hair. The color they made for me was like the darker parts of my hair and now my hair is all one color. If you like coloring your hair I would recommend their product. No one even noticed that I dyed my hair that’s how natural the color they mixed for me came to the color of my hair. I was worried about damage that I have seen on people that get their hair colored but my hair is nice and soft and the conditioner smells great!

I am very pleased with the results. I am 49 and this is the first time EVER that I colored my own hair. I am a little awkward in the area around my hairline on my face...but it'll get better the next time I do it. Glad I gave it a try! :)

I am sold on esalon! The easiest, professional, user friendly product I have experienced! So well done, personalized instruction. Only one suggestion - I experienced having product getting in my eyes during rinsing in the shower, with plenty of stinging. Perhaps a cotton rope like the salons use for perms to prevent the dripping down the face. All else is wonderful and I am very happy with my results! I will be recommending this to everyone!

This is the first time that I've used this product and I have been coloring my hair for a long time. At first I was skeptical and I thought what well I'm going to go ahead and do it and come to find out that this was the most satisfying excellent color I ever had I can go into a store and buy some and I won't get what I want but here with the color specialist helping me and everything this was fantastic my advice to anyone that colors their hair do this it is well worth it and they make it so easy for you and ordering it to putting it on your own hair it is awesome!!! I was a little skeptical at first about ordering color online, sight unseen. I hadn't colored in many years choosing to "embrace my gray" but got tired of looking worn out. I am naturally dark brown so that's what I chose to stay with. I have to say that the color was spot on...and really impressed me. At first it seemed like it would be too dark but I'm happy to say that it's perfect. I will continue to use esalon!

I have dyed my hair out of a box from the store since college. I am now 48 and thought I would try something new, but I'm not risky enough to try a salon with the harsh chemicals. This was fabulous! Easy to do, the supplies they gave you make it so simple, and my hair is softer and the color more natural and shiny than anything I've ever used. They even helped to adjust the color so I would not go to darker, or do something I might regret.

I look forward to my colour arriving. Putting it on is so easy. I usually have quit a bit left for the final all over colouring. You get everything you need in the box. Also the results are like hair saloon, but much cheeper. Have told all my friends about this product and keep incuraging them to buy it.
