I am very pleased with the new color, light brown with neutralizer. It wasn't too dark and so far it isn't fading to a red color. Thank you so very much. I think this one is a keeper.

I’m no stranger to sitting for hours on end in a salon or at home getting color and this is by far the at home hair dye I’ve ever used! I just don’t have time for the salon anymore and box dye makes my hair feel like straw. This dye left my hair silky and soft! The color was spot on! It blended so well with hair color I already had and all my greys... gone! It’s also great you can use a brush or then bottle to apply. The directions were easy to understand and follow. I’m extremely happy with my results!

I can't believe that I got this color from online! It's better than anything I would have chosen off the shelf. I'm thankful and intend on repeating this color next winter. I regularly get comments on how great my hair looks and get surprised responses when I tell them it's not my natural hair color. I'm going a little lighter for the spring and summer then back to this color. I love that I can change my color just a little and it naturally goes with the previous color. I'm so thankful that I found eSalon!

Very easy to do. Followed the directions and my hair came out beautiful! Would definitely recommend. The only complaint was washing it out of my hair. My hair felt heavy and oily until I washed it again. They told me to use baking soda and work it into my scalp. Will try that next time.

I ordered a little over 6 weeks ago and decided to use it today, was supposed to be for my roots but I did my whole head. I am shocked how beautiful the color is, just like my natural color of my youth! I have been coloring my hair for years with highlights and color in salon and at home. I am done with all that and it only took me 54 years! My scalp does not burn not one little bit and I am extremely sensitive (would always break out in welts) I will continue with this product!

It has taken several changes since I started using E-Salon color, but the stylist with whom I had spoken in November knew exactly what to do to get proper gray root coverage and avoid brassy roots on my medium dark brown hair. With the changes she made, it worked beautifully this time right from the outset. Three shampoos later and there is no brassiness and my root color is still holding. Thank you!

Easy ordering process and quick shipping. Shipment came with roots and ends application, brush and kit of gloves, shampoo, conditioner and stain guard/remover. Instructions were easy to follow and result was true to the color chosen, which was darkest brown intense pearl.
As a side note, when washing out your dye it can feel a little clumpy close to scalp and hard to rinse out. I would suggest shampooing twice. Once with the shampoo received with the kit and the shampoo you have on hand.
All around, extremely satisfied. This was my first time applying color to my own hair and this experince has definitely subdued a lot of my anxiety for my next color application.

I have to admit I was skeptical. I was worried this would be similar to a store bought out of the box hair dye but it so wasn't. My hair looks exactly as it does when I pay over $100 at the salon to get my hair colored. The all over coverage and the quality of the products is beyond incredible. I can't rave enough about this experience and will definitely be a repeat Customer. The best $10 I've spent!
If I had to say anything negative, it would be the amount of time it took. That being said though, can't expect such great results without putting in the time.

I couldn’t recommend this enough- the box it comes in is lovely, it is SO easy to apply and the results are fantastic- I’ve had so many complements on my colour. I usual struggle to dye my own hair but this has been a completely different experience with fantastic outcomes

First time purchase and used three weeks ago. So happy with the outcome. My hair colour not only looks great but in great condition too! I have used shop hair colourings in the past but usually your colour becomes obsolete which just leads to various patches of colour that looks awful. Not only is this bespoke to you, good quality but an amazing price. Great if you don’t have the time or financial resources to visit the hairdressers. This has been an an absolute god send. I love my custom color from ESalon. I've always used box color dye to take care of my hair, but within a month of dying it I notice the grey showing up and instead of brown my hair would slowly fade to some reddish shade of brown.
I'd seen an ad on Pinterest and looked into this company and I am so glad I had, because for the first time in a long time I feel like I look like me. My color is so like my natural brown shade I remember from before I use to dye my hair and 3 months later the color is still brown, the greys have stayed away and my hair just looks so much healthier and feels healthier too.
My first time I tried it I was concerned as the color looked darker than I expected but it faded to the color I had hoped it would be and now this month I had only to do a touch up on the roots and I am amazed at how flawless the blending is when you follow the instructions given and the color was perfect. I can't begin to say how pleased I am. Thank you, E Salon.

The step-by-step instructions were simple and not very different than what I previously have done to color my hair. The how-to videos were extremely helpful and I really enjoy the fact I can contact my personal colorist for any issues. The color matched exactly to my natural haircolor, with some subtle highlights that I already had. The shampoo/conditioner worked great and I feel like I just stepped out of a salon!

I was first impressed by the quality of the dye. I have gotten my hair colored at a salon almost my entire life. When I got older (& became a broke college chick), I started using box dye. After using E Salon's color, my hair feels like I just got out of the salon. It's shiny and the color is crisp! I could tell just by the texture of my hair with the color on my head, that this was going to turn out great. I am so happy with my color & I will continue buying from E Salon!

Even my stylist loves the richness.. Hair is great consistent shape! Sometimes miss my highlights but the color variation is still great and the hair stays in better shape. Not just a flat color. I love it!

I ordered a medium brown, roots only colour as I have highlights and I wanted to cover the dreaded grey! Well, I wasn’t disappointed. My magician with colour is Freddy! He has helped me enormously, even tweaking my colour to make it a shade between medium and light brown to make the colour perfect. I’m really happy with my result. The colour doesn’t drip and ruin my highlights, it stays where I put it. Amazing! You must follow the instructions for washing out the colour. It needs to be massaged out for 2-3 minutes which is quite a while, but Freddy even gave me a tip for that! Seriously, it’s like having you colourist on speed dial (we’ll email!) love, love, love this product. 11/10!!

Many thanks to Paul my colorist for making up the color just as I asked. I loved it and the whole process from ordering to trying out the color was made so easy.
I found the website easy to use and the How-to guides are great. I didn't have to wait long for the lovely little box of goodies to arrive and I was very pleased with the results. I did find the odour of the dye quite overpowering, but that is only to be expected.

The addition of our name on our customized color is such a great idea! The shampoo and conditioner is very lux. And I think it was the stain remover that was in the kit, I can't remember now but that really works! I cannot review any other products until I use them, so hopefully I can review then soon. But the kit in itself is 5 stars to me, the sticker to hang instructions so simple but brilliant. It's one of those(( why didn't I think of that)). The extra set of gloves,a necessity in any coloring kit really. And I really love my color, although I'd like to go lighter as the seasons start to change. I'm trying to find a way to post a before and after photo. So far it's just a picture of yourself now option I've found.I'll keep looking.I really wanna show the difference it made with my hair!! And how natural it looks. It came out voluminous and silky. I have no complaints at all at this point.

This was the easiest process and grand results. Now I dont have to waste several hours and tons of money in a salon but still get the great quality of hair color in my own home that I can do myself. The color is rich and shiny and totally colored my greys and has held for over a month so far without the greys coming through. My hair is so soft, not the straw feel of over processed. I have found the perfect solution to having my hair the way I want it without the salon prices. The packaging was sooo fun and cute. Everything was in it's own pretty paper bag, with my name on it and the box was so pretty and fun AND a great place to store my kit for the next use. Clear instructions for each item was included with a personal letter from the salon.

I couldn't be happier!!! I love my color it is amazing. It is so much better than spending hundreds of dollars at the salon. I love the way it is so easy to communicate with my color specialist. I do need 2 bottles due to the length and thickness of my hair.

I couldn't believe it! After many years of trying to find the right brown color - not too warm and not too cool - this color matches the color my hair was in my 30's. I always tried describing it to hair dressers - but no one captured it until now. Wow! The color is very dimensional and gives a boost to my complexion. Not flat like many drug store colors. Extremely easy to use - great instructions.
The colour was marginally darker than I had expected, but this is probably because I had previously coloured my hair with another product.
I made the mistake of not tipping my head back to put the last of the colour (mixed with water) onto my head - and found the fumes a little strong! - But have learned a valuable lesson.
That said... ALL the grey hairs were coloured - which was marvellous. Whether I have bought products from the chemist or had my colour done at the hairdressers - the grey is rarely covered. This product - though more expensive than an over the counter product... but MUCH cheaper than a salon application - is brilliant and I very much recommend it.

I had very serious doubts about trying a different color picked out by some stranger!!!! However, me always being a risk taker I decided to give it a shot. From the instant I looked in the mirror at the results I to the compliments I have recieved I will never change from e salon. They gave me a range of color that I was not thrilled with at all and yet it looks perfect on me. Next order I am going to get the highlights as well and this time I can't WAIT to see the results! Way to go ESalon!!!!

My only regret is not finding this 2 years sooner. It has saved me thousands of dollars over the last couple years and I’m obsessed. I have to color my hair every 3 weeks bc I’m so grey and this just makes it easy and inexpensive. Couldn’t be happier!

I asked for a redo of a prior dark red color that was much darker than I preferred, (although it was nice) This color was perfect, it covered the roots and grey well, was shiny and remains bright weeks after, it also worked well with my highlights, following the instructions they came out very well also. Good result, all of the tools needed come with package, and instructions, as well as 2 pair of gloves. The stain remover worked very well, I really like it and I am a satisfied customer. I am going to do my highlights next time due. It is worth the money to do it myself, saves me about 1/2 price of salon, AND I don't have to schedule appointment and travel in this winter weather. I've used these products 3 times, after the watching videos and reading instructions for touch up I am comfortable with the texture of the gel formula and pinning up my hair in sections. It is well worth the time, I get many complements and it looks very professional.

I've found no other at-home color that will cover my white hair in my part line. This did the trick. Also, I love being able to modify the color, describe the change I want and have it shipped to me. No more experimenting with mixing box colors to attain the right color.

Beautiful color! The colorist hit my perfect color right on the spot. Autoship is smooth. I didn't use my first kit for some time after receiving it and I received a second kit before I had even used my first. I put my autoship on hold until now. It was easy to skip two shipments and now I am on schedule to receive a new kit every 8 weeks. eSalon gets an 100% rating from me. Very happy customer.

esalon....thank you for your product. You promised and delivered. I never had my hair colored in salon's for fear of ruining my hair for good...I colored my hair myself, store bought...and always @ the end my hair are brittle and dry. I bought your product just on a whim and to just try it....and I wish I took pictures of before and after I used esalon color. I love the end results....my hair is more pliable and less dry. I'll definitely order again and I told my co-workers and friends that uses hair color about esalon. Again thank you.

I started to write a very detailed review, because I cannot say enough great things about this product, but there is a limit on this, so I will keep it short and sweet.
I have very, very long and unbelievably thick (Caucasian) hair that I have been dying from natural mixed Auburn to jet black for almost a year. The drugstore color only last through one shampoo and had never applied evenly, even after going through every drop of 3 boxes. I was super impressed with the packaging, the quality of the tools, as well as all of the tools they provide in the kit. But most importantly, their customer service is A+! I was immediately connected to my colorist who reassured me that two bottles would be enough to cover my hair, and she was right! I actually had about half a bottle of color leftover! What I am most impressed with is that I was able to comb the color through my looooong, thick hair with not a single tangle or snag! The formula was just the right texture of creamy/oil and the results are just breathtaking! I have had endless compliments on not only my color, but how much healthier my hair looks and feels! I don’t even have to use any anti-frizz or smoothing products! I just ran a flat iron through it the first day and have not had any frizz issues at all! I live in Oklahoma where humidity is just an endless battle. My hair is so soft and shiny and even feels lighter, I can’t stop touching it!
I have already referred several friends to esalon and will continue to do so! I’m actually looking forward to my next coloring in a few weeks and have already filled my cart up with more esalon products! I cannot wait to try the moisture shampoo and conditioner! Let me preface this with the fact that I was starting to get quite a few grey hairs. I saw a few ads on facebook and thought some of the photos were beautiful colors and shiny. So I figured for the price of lunch at the mall I would give it a try. I am so extremely happy with the color my hair came out as. I'm naturally a light to medium brown with hints of red when in the sun. The color I was sent is a a light reddish brown tone and i seriously love it. Instructions and kit were super easy to follow.

This is the only product so far, that hasn't irritated my scalp. It has lovely natural blonde tones and covered my grey nicely. Great results. I didn't use the shampoo or conditioner in the pack though as I used my usual brand for my hair type.
