I love this process, I wish I had found it earlier. Since my hair has started to grey I’ve been paying a lot to have it colored at the salon. This is a perfect solution. And I actually prefer doing it at home. I’m a customer for life!

I was pretty satisfied with this color. I love the actual color but there are still little tiny hues of red - nothing to make me angry though. Overall these hair colors are really nice and my hair feels great after coloring!

I am so happy with the custom set. It is so easy to use and I look like I've gone to a shop. The color is so soft and natural looking without the harshness on my hair of over the counter colors. The color has highlights that make it look natural and is so easy to apply. I highly recommend the Custom Color Set to get a natural color that covers even stubborn gray hairs.

Absolutely love this hair colour. Exactly the colour I wanted. Easy to follow instructions and application technique. Love being able to get it delivered every 4 weeks it's so easy. Absolutely salon standard hair colour. Price is so much cheaper than the hairdressers. Love the fact they contact you to see if you need it adjusting. Love that you can purchase add ons. Great value for money. Definitely ordering again and again.

I had some gray hairs coming in and I desperately needed to get my hair colored. At first, I was very hesitant, but after I finally decided to go for it, I must say that I am a "lifer" for sure! The hair color did not cause any brassiness or breakage, and it evenly covered my hair. I am blown away by the results and extremely satisfied!

I am retired now & can't afford a subscription, but you can be sure I will always order my color from your company! Die Farbe entspricht genau meiner Vorstellung. Die Haare sind nach der Coloration gut kämmbar und nicht zu sehr angegriffen. Habe da auch schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich bin wirklich super zufrieden!

Second order of my hair dye and it is absolutely beautiful. The first order I had picked out more of a red brown, it was a lovely rich colour but not for me. Thibault remixed me a beautiful dark chocolate brown. The shine is amazing and my hair feels so soft even after all the damage I had.

Die Farbe riecht nicht komisch, ist einfach in der Anwendung (tolles Detail: es gibt 2 Paar Handschuhe). Deckt perfekt ab und der Übergang zum bisher gefärbten Haar war noch nie so gut.

I've been using - eSalon Custom Professional grade, hair color for many years. I find it to be one of the BEST over the counter/ easy mail order, home kits on the market! My hair color is always spot on, and it leaves my mature hair feeling bouncy and shiny every time.

This is soooo much better than drugstore hair color or even color from Sally Beauty. It's always the same color every time, not the case when I was mixing my own. I can ask for color changes and they are always spot on. My hair is shiny and healthy. And this product is cruelty free. Yay!

Since I dyed my hair using the custom color set I received lots and lots of compliments. It passed almost 4 weeks since I dyed my hair and the color is still vibrant and the covarage of the white hair is 100%.
I am more than 100% satified and I wait for the next set.

I was really apprehensive since I had never coloured my hair at home before. I have to admit that I applied it rather haphazardly. The colour looks so natural!! Actually better than the last time I had my hair coloured at the hairdresser. Really pleased. So much quicker and easier than going to the salon.

Super Farbe sie brennt und juckt nicht auf der Kopfhaut. Die wäscht nicht raus wie andere Farben.
Super leicht aufzutragen. Haare nach dem färben glänzend und geschmeidig.

The last color that I received and used, did not come out the normal color. Instead of having my normal red/copper color it turned out to be a very odd light brown. I wish I had been able to do something about it before I used it. The color in the bottle was a very light gold. Not my normal shade. Will you please look into what happened. Thank you very much. I love how when I ordered my first colour - it wasn't quite what I expected so I sent pictures and told the esalon team what I thought and they adjusted my colour to suit my requirements. You can't do that with shop bought colours! The personal service is great. The second colour was a lot more like I expected but I still want to tweak it again a bit so I'm hoping to adjust until I find the perfect colour. I've had lots of compliments on my new hair colour and it has definitely coloured the grey/white I had turned. Also they put extra bottles in as I have long hair so they provide enough products to suit your style great personal touch.

Got my coloring set today and used it right away.
Was totally surprised at the difference of my previous sets.
The color now has the most luxurious lather when massaging it in my hair.
It’s a thick foam that surrounds each hair and colors even the thin side hair that beforehand never took good.
Also, the shampoo has a thicker lather and along with the conditioner it feels like it nourishes my hair to where it is a lot softer when done.
I am loving the changes you have made!

Fantastic customer service from Sarah at esalon. Great, well packaged colour set with helpful instructions. The mixed colourant and developer was an easy to apply cream consistency that didn't drip or smell as strong as some hair dyes. My hair doesn't seem to have been damaged by the product and the end result is very natural looking.

Love this colour. I am normally a natural medium to light blonde, fighting the battle of the grey. I ordered light blonde pearl mix. I was afraid my colour would come out too light but was pleasantly surprised by the darker colour that was achieved and about the battle? I'm winning lol. I can't believe how easy it was to apply the product and the final result was so natural looking. It covered the grey and gave my hair life again. Looking forward to my next shipment with highlights and maybe a fresh cut at the same time. Thank you eSalon!

My first experience with the coloring was so- so, which was my fault as I didn’t clearly explain what I was looking for. This last experience was PERFECT! The light blonde is exactly what I wanted! The actual application was super easy (my boyfriend did it!) and there was little to no chemical smell. My hair is thick and shiny and super healthy! I am super impressed and will definitely be ordering my color again.

This color I think has got to be the one. Good for summer good for winter and made for fall , spring is not forgotten too!!!!Loooooove it!!!!! A lot of mohagony and a bit of red is the secret sauce.

I sent pictures of my current color with pretty deep roots and picked a color I thought would work to match my natural color. I also stated that I was open to suggestions if they thought I should use a different color. Luckily they were actually reviewing my pictures & assessing my goal- they said what I picked was too dark and sent something else. I’m SO glad they did!! What my colorist picked was perfect!!!
And it lasted as long as a salon, never got brassy or red and didn’t dry out my hair.
