I did the online consultation, received my box very quickly, loved the fact it was personalised! I was nervous about using it...but I used it today. I wanted ash dark brown, and I love it, it is actually ash, even when I buy box dye ash brown, it always has warm tones and this did not, I an so happy with this. Its a great idea doing this as long as the price stays down, I will 100% be recommending this.

I have been using esalon getting close to 1 year now. I was skeptical at first but after a bad salon visit, I decided to go for it! I sent in a request and I actually spoke to my colorist, and she helped me choose the right color on the phone and within a week I had my color with precise directions and all the tools and even tips included. Esalon is NOT like the old school way of coloring your hair. It’s so much more!!! If that wasn’t all, they’ve even gone the extra step to put your name on your personalized color and personalized instructions too!!
I’ve been using the same color till now, I sent a request asking to add some copper color to my light brown hair. Not only did I get EXACTLY what I asked for but I also got even more detailed instructions AND I was told that if I had any questions at all, to contact esalon and I’d be directed to my colorist! GAME CHANGER, I’m telling you!!

I have never had an experience with at home dye that didn't damage my hair in some way, but with my esalon color, not only was the color beautiful, but my hair looked healthier, shinier, and felt so much softer and smoother. And I am in no way a pro, actually I'm quite bad at doing my hair, but they lay it all out step by step and make it fool proof. It's great & for a fraction of the cost of a salon, I highly recommend.

I have always bought my colour in a supermarket until I came across esalon by accident as an ad on YouTube.
My other colours always fade out over weeks but with esalon this is a PROFESSIONAL job!

Nobody can believe I colour my hair because the colour is SO good it looks natural.

This has ended up being my preferred color for my base/root color! It has the perfect richness of a dark chestnut color that's not too warm to where it looks brassy, and not to cool to where I look drowned out. It's perfect for my skin tone also.

In diesem Set ist alles, was man braucht um vernünftig färben zu können. 2 Paar Handschuhe (gute, keine Foliendinger), eine Schutzcreme für Haaransatz (und Ohren😉), sodass man die Kleckse gut abbekommt und Tücher zur Entfernung von Farbresten. Und natürlich die fantastische Farbe+ Shampoo und Conditioner! Mein Haar hat noch nie so geglänzt und der Schimmer in der Sonne 🌞 Eins plus, setzen😄

I cannot believe how amazing my hair turned out with this and the highlights. From the vantage point of a salon, chair, and person standing in front of me, I've spent so much time trying to accurately explain the type of "gold" I wanted my hair to reflect, and I've always assumed it was me who couldn't get it right. It probably was, but still...I've never had anyone nail my overall "antique gold" effect the way this colorist did. I love it. I love the roots, and I love the highlights. My hair feels healthy, vibrant, and looks so much fun. Yes, I did it myself and I have no patience, but even I couldn't mess this up. It's so fabulous. Thank you, eSalon. You've changed my life.

I changed from another home coloring brand. I’m so glad I did. I colored my hair last week and love the results. My hair is softer the color is a match to color shown in photos. The other brand was always so much darker than what the photos showed. Really good grey coverage.

It was a great experience as to the connection with eSalon and the process of getting product. Was really impressed with packaging and everything I received on my first order. The color was not as expected for my roots but the ends of my hair are true to color expectations. Not sure if I should have left on my roots longer to get the deep chocolate color I was expecting but I will definitely try again. Thanks eSalon for a good experience.

This is my 3rd order for hair color and products. I am a so thrilled with this product. It cost a bit more than my old hair color I’ve been using for 20 years but Esalon is truly “I’m worth it “ status! The color is bright and natural looking and the grey coverage is so amazing, like no other do it yourself color I’ve ever used! My grey hair does not appear before my next shipment arrives (6 week auto ship). The shampoos, conditioner and leave in conditioners really have taken my dry brittle hair and transformed it to soft shiny hair! Thank you Esalon!

I have struggled for a long time with realizing the right color to match my hair color. I had micro links installed and I love the color of my extensions, The problem was getting my exposed hair to match the extensions. My natural hair tended to pull red no matter what my beautician and I tried. I decided to give this custom product a try not really expecting to be satisfied. Well, let me tell you…this product was perfect and exceeded my expectation!! Note: no one paid me to send this review! I just felt compelled to share Mr total satisfaction with this product. FYI…I am hard to please. :)

Easy to complete questionnaire to help choose right colour. Like the fact you can send photos of current hair colour which helps stylist know condition and the colour you are starting with.
Beautifully packaged and arrived in good time.
The instructions are clear and the process easy. No nasty smell. The shampoo smelt lovely and I would happily buy it as my usual shampoo if it was available as an individual product ; felt nice too.
Only thing I did not like so much was the conditioner texture/effect. It was ok but I chose to condition with my own after. Hair came out soft and colour ; although not 100% the shade I am aiming for, is even , shiny and my husband likes it very much. It is a very good colour for covering my grey ( which it did 100%) and a really good balance to even out the pre coloured hair I had. Yes would definitely recommend and will use again. I will wait a week or two before deciding if I want to change the colour at all or keep this one. Very good site and easy to contact.

Exactly the colour I wanted. Had a good few inches of grey then the rest dyed medium brown. Wanted a chestnut type colour and I love it. The colour blended really well between the grey and the brown. Only negative is my hair wasn't very shiny or moisturised afterwards, but small price to pay for the beautiful colour. Will be getting again.

Da ich aufgrund extrem vermehrten grauen Haaren sehr früh anfangen musste mir die Haare zu färben, war ich zum ersten Mal so glücklich darüber, dass ich kein Brennen auf der Kopfhaut hatte. Auch nach dem waschen fühlten sich meine Haare sehr geschmeidig und leicht an. Ein Sterneabzug, weil ich vermehrte graue Haare an den Schläfen habe und die auch mit der Farbe von esalon nicht abgedeckt werden konnten.

I am so impressed with everything I received in my first kit. The result is fabulous! The color looks so natural--unlike the box color I once used. It's even better than what I got from my beautician (she was a two-hour roundtrip away). I can't say enough good things about it. I am so pleased.

First time using this type of hair color very easy to use very easy to apply easy instructions easy cleanup. I would recommend anybody to try it. But I like best about it is that you can adjust the color to the way you seem satisfied with And keep trying it until the desired color

Selber färben hat nie geklappt. Meine Haare habe da nie reagiert.
Bin eher der helle Typ. Hab sie beim Friseur braun färben lassen . Die Farbe war sehr nüchtern. Hab meine Farbe heute bekommen. Musste sie gleich ausprobieren.
Ich bin begeistert. Verpackt war sie wie ein Geschenk. Super Ergebnis geworden. Durch die persönliche Beratung war mir klar, dass kann meine Farbe werden. Das Ergebnis ist einfach super toll. Meine Haare sind dunkler sie glänzen und fühlen sich super an.

ESalon is SOOOOOOO easy!!! And the color looks FANTASTIC!!! I’ve never colored my hair at home because my hair color is not one of your basic colors. So, for years I’ve paid professionals for highlights and color (more recently). Not anymore!! With esalon I was able to work with the colorist to come up with the exact color I needed and wanted and then I added highlights from esalon. We’ve adjusted my color and processing time to make sure my persistent grays are covered, but my hair rocks now!!! I’m referring people left and right. Do send in pics of what your hair looks like with the correct color, if you can. It’s very helpful. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been using since covid lockdown. I have very pourous hair (dark brown ) the colourist mixed my colour and it’s been fantastic so far! In fact better than the hair salon, lasts much longer. Many people have commented that my hair colour is fantastic. I still obviously go to salon for cut and blow- dry and insistent that colour from esalon is brilliant , hairdressers have agreed !

Wow! I got my hair professionally colored at a salon & it was over $360 JUST for the roots!!! The master stylist didn’t even BLEND down & it left a harsh gap between my last color & roots, so a friend told me about ESalon. I submitted pictures, and explained what I was looking for. Wow wow wow! Crystella~you did a phenomenal job at matching my color. So extremely happy!! Forever won my heart & wallet. THANK YOU! & all for less than $60!!

My mom suffered with very bad allergic reactions from hair colouring. I was very scared to get her any hair product. When I found eSalon hair colour without ammonia I was so happy. We tried the product and the result is amazing. She didn't have any allergies and her hair from grey to black for 1 time colouring was enough. I'm very satisfied and my mom too. Thank you so much.

I was so dubious having only ever had my hair done at Salons for last 25 years. I am dark blonde and have always had blonde highlights, I have grey coming through and keeping on top of the colour was getting so expensive and I hated my hair during the period of needing it to he done and getting to the salon. I decided to use Esalon and went for light brown, honestly could not be happier with outcome. I am going to try a dark auburn next. After 25 years of the same colour I suddenly feel adventurous. The colour is really strong and my hair feels really soft after treatment. I will add another review after a few weeks of washing to see how the colour fairs.

After paying hundreds of dollars every three months to keep my light blonde hair fresh, (and get the dreaded ash mixed with grey to be gone), I tried this product and I could not be happier. My best friend helps by foiling my crown and I do the rest. The color they sent was perfect for a refresh and we had FUN! Signed up for autoship and could not be happier!! First time EVER dying my hair. The process was very easy, instructions very helpful, and minimal mess made. As a newbie… I’d definitely recommend completing the full profile process and send pictures to allow appropriate match. My original chosen shade was incorrect and my stylist corrected it using my details shared.
Strand test complete and was delighted at how well it matched my natural colour. Completed process for full head and delighted with colour. More shine and no more greys on show 😀
