I love the color and all the additional features that are included. But, please, don't send three gloves inside of the fourth. I wasn't able to just put them on as quickly as usual. I had to work to get the fingers pulled out. I put them on twice and had to take them off to adjust the fingers.

I've really enjoyed the Esalon hair color kit and have told friends about it. The color is very rich and flattering (Deep chestnut with red overtones) and the price cannot be beat. The only thing I would change is the amount sent. I find I'm only using about 1/3 of the bottle on my entire head. I don't like having to dump that much chemically-treated liquid into the trash.

Product came quick and was simple to use but the color is lighter and got a tint of red to it and my hair is actually brownish black. That could been my fault for not picking the right color.

Habe heute die Haarfarbe ausprobiert. Zu nächst kam mir die Farbe sehr gelb vor. Dann nach dem Auftragen fast dunkelbraun/schwarz. War verunsichert und habe nach 20 Min bereits ausgespült. Aber das Ergebnis ist super. Nicht zu dunkel. Völig natürlich. Bin begeistert. Würde ich wieder kaufen aber mir ist der Normalpreis zu hoch. Schade.

The custom color adjustment intends to cover better the grey line, but it still shows grey using this adjusted mix. That part of it, I am not pleased. However, I am pleased with the hair color dye overall result which didn’t make my hair look too dark. My hair did not feel dry using this mix.

Die Farbe ist anfangs sehr dunkelbraun (hab mittelbraun bestellt), lässt aber nach ein paar Wäschen etwas nach. Die grauen Stellen hat es diesmal nicht so gut abgedeckt wie bei der letzten Farbe (Kupfer)... ansonsten alles paletti 🙂hoffe dass beim nächsten Färben die Ansätze besser werden 🙃

Der Kundenservice hat auf meine Kritik super und schnell reagiert. Die Produkte, Pflege, Verpackung, Anleitung usw. waren große Klasse. Wirklich gut gemacht. Nur leider wurde mein Haar nicht - wie gedacht - heller. Ich habe mich nun für eine Aufhellung eines anderen Anbieters entschieden. Trotzdem; probiert es aus, ich habe es auf jeden Fall nicht bereut. I expected the color to be just a little less red based on the picture of colors. But I love the coverage. It was easier than I expected to color my hair even though I had colored my hair in 2016/2017. Having the blue clips made it easier than using claws to hold my hair. I think I'd like my hair to more copper than red.

Color has red overtones and does not color temple roots and immediate areas. Color was placed first on the temple area roots with maximum time to let the color work. Two applications in 12 weeks. Used a generous amount both times.

Good color revive for me. I was disappointed that the kit did not contain the “bonus” free 2nd bottle of color for ends. Perhaps because I added a conditioner to my order which fit in the box, the free bottle was not enclosed. Could you please send the refresher kit?

I sent a commentary to your rapport people over a week ago but did not receive a response. I was horrified to find my hair a beige after colouring out. I was looking for platinum blond and the removal of the yellow in my colour. While I understand how my request to remove the yellow may have led to ‘ash’ and or ‘pearl’ I did not anticipate the beige/blue I got. I was looking for a reversal method but I have since gone to the drug store to get my own as there was no support from you.
I request a refund for this colour as it was not what I expected and I have been a long time customer.

I love the color, the customization and the way my hair feels after I’ve colored it. But my highlights were a disaster and I had to go to my stylist to recolor my hair after it turned my hair a bright orange! She said that even she was unable to highlight her own hair. You really need a specialist because without using foil it’s very difficult to limit the spread of the highlights. Also it’s impossible to see the back of your head. The highlighter also turned my hair a bright orange (with dark brown hair) even though I didn’t leave it quite as long g as recommended. Won’t be trying that again!

Die Farbe ist gut aufzutragen und hält was sie verspricht. Die Haare glänzen nach dem Färben schön. Bisher hat auch alles gut funktioniert. Beim ersten Mal hat es mit der Grauabdeckung nicht so geklappt, aber das ist jetzt ok. Nur die Änderung der Farbe hat beim ersten Versuch nicht geklappt. Bin gespannt ob es beim nächsten Mal klappt.

I pay for my color on the 3rd and I'm still sitting here waiting on my shipment of hair color why does it take so long to ship I'm discouraged by the time I get it I've got a skunk strip down the middle of my hair and the color doesn't take as well if it had been earlier than almost weeks after I pay for it tired of waiting may find another way this is ridiculous

Die Farbe zur Grauabdeckung ist Klasse. Den Farbintensivierer kann ich nicht bewerten, leider habe ich das Päckchen noch nicht. Hermes ist nicht so schnell. Ausserdem dauert die Lieferung seit der Umstellung und Versand aus England echt lang.

For years I have tried to cover my gray hair and maintain my natural hair color. Professional salons as well as most retail brands have not worked for me. Es ist viel Farbe vom Kopf getroppft..

I love the color! However, even after following all your instructions and using your provided shampoo and conditioner, my hair was very dry and had a lot of split ends after coloring. I would love if a “extra conditioning” conditioner was included.

As hair dyes go this was pretty easy to use and given good even coverage with great cover on grey hair…which i have a lot of!
The only slight downside is the very strong smell of the product. Thankfully it doesn’t linger on the hair too much but it is fairly strong when developing

ESalon delivers a well-made classy product. I love this company and am back. However, this second color is a little too brown for me. I like my hair to be more jet black. The color rejuvenator they included was a super nice add, but I didn't really like the new brown. My new growth is a darker color than my dyed section. Can we please go back to my original black/blue and have my or a new colorist contact me? Is there permanent dye or are all products semi-permanent / rinses?

Was very happy with the results with my latest custom colour set. This one was a roots only + emulsion technique and I was very dubious as my ends felt a bit "flat". I was pleasantly surprised with the final result, the emulsion stage during rinse I think worked better than I expected; colour was even from roots to tip. My only reason for not giving a full 5 out of 5, was I was disappointed to see some grey that had been covered, was showing back through after only 2 weeks, with careful washing in between.

The initial batch I received was a bit too dark/brown for my liking. Beautiful colour, just not what I wanted. I had no problem at all revamping the colour with the ESalon team and I feel that I won't have any issues going forward, should I wish to change it up once again. Thank you all so very much!

Ich finde das Prinzip von eSalon , individualisierte Haarfarbe online zu bestellen wirklich prima . Ich bin auch sehr mit der farbwahl zufrieden die für mich getroffen wurde. Leider habe ich einen grünstich im Haar . Mal schauen wie wir das Problem lösen können?!

Ich war sehr zufrieden, wollte dann aber einen leicht veränderten Farbton .
Als die neue Farbe ankam und meine Haare färbte, musste ich leider feststellen, dass ich einen unnatürlich roten Farbstich habe.
Nachdem ich daraufhin mehrfach versucht habe jemanden per E-Mail zu erreichen, bekam ich keine Antwort.
Das ist mittlerweile 3 Monate her… 😕
Sonst ist es sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Das Produkt kam in einer ansprechenden Verpackung. Die Anleitung ist leicht umsetzbar. War erst über das Farbeergebnis enttäuscht. Meine Haare sahen eher braun als Kupfer aus. Allerdings habe ich schon öfter festgestellt, dass es einen Tag dauern kann, bis die Farbe sich voll entwickelt. So auch diesmal 👍😅
Die Haare fühlen sich nach Shampoo und Conditionier glatt und seidig an und haben einen schönen Glanz.
Schade, dass man kein Foto zum Farbeergebnis anhängen kann !

I have used other companies hair colors. They are very messy and don’t last very long. So I wasn’t sure if this one would be better. Wow it comes in a cute box with my name on it and has everything I need and things that I thought I didn’t need but I’m glad they sent it. The color has already lasted longer than most and it looks great and covered up the gray hair.

I’m seeing crazy reviews! I’ve been using esalon for 10 yrs 4 mos. The first time I used it and went to have my hair cut a few days later. He’s Italian born and trained from about age 16-17.He’d been in the USA for 50 yrs at that point. I made the comment that I’d changed my color. He said he noticed this when he started washing and cutting my hair that day. It was for the BEST! Previously I’d been using L’Oreal buying 2 of 1 color and 1 of another to make my own color. I’d mix them, use one and then the next 2 boxes over the next 2 colors. I am now pretty much white. I can see my white part and needing to do my color once a month. I’m now dark blonde from esalon. My hair dresser now says looks more medium blonde. I’ve gotten more used to being blonde as I was as a child. My blonde is NOT a screaming hey look! I’m blonde. It looks very natural. I’ve been told that the color is good for me. I’d been darker when I started out. As I’ve aged young 70’s now, I’ve had to adjust as it wouldn’t hold the darker color. However as you age, I think you look better with hair color but a lighter shade that doesn’t conflict with your skin. I’m VERY happy with esalon. Can’t understand these terrible stories?

I very much like the result, but I would like to mention that in my second order (having a subscription at the moment) you only sent me x1 bottle colour and x1 bottle developer. Whereas, in the first order I had two of each. The dye mixture was too little to cover all of my hair. Hence, there are a few colour differences in the end result. I thought you would continue sending x2 bottles of each.. No?

So, this was way more ginger than I was expecting. I was expecting a more honey/strawberry blonde but have ended up with a light auburn mix with a hotter root. As a natural ginge anyways, wasn’t a major shock but I imagine it might make some people a bit shocked if they were expecting a lighter tone

This was my first time using eSalon. I had originally selected the darkest brown with copper and mahogany undertones. When I spoke with my stylist, Danielle, she advised that the brown I chose would be very dark and would come out looking more black than brown. I definitely did not want that, I have a very fair complexion! Instead, she chose medium brown for me (I'm naturally a blonde, but my hair has been processed by bleach to keep the brighter color) with copper and mahogany. She told me that the colors are darker than they appear in the photos online, which was good because I wanted a more dark chocolatey brown than a standard brown. Well, Danielle really knows what she's doing! The adjustment she made to my custom color was absolutely perfect and I love my new hair color! I am thrilled with this service and have already been telling everyone about it! Thank you so much, Danielle and eSalon, for making coloring my hair so much easier and more affordable than it's been the last 15 years!!

Man kann bei der Bestellung seine Wunschfarbe wirklich genau bestimmen und genauso war sie dann auch.
Die Anleitung war sehr ausführlich und auch alles dabei, sogar Entferner für eventuelle Farbkleckse.
Ein bisschen erschrocken war ich nur über den sehr starken Geruch des Produktes, das kannte ich so von im Handel gekauften Haarfarben nicht. Ich nehme mal an, das deshalb die Farbe auch länger hält, es ist mein 1. Kauf bei Ihnen, da bin ich gespannt. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Until I retired I had my hair colored and highlighted at the salon. Once I retired I had a hard time justifying spending all that money. I also found I needed to have it done more frequently as the older I got the faster the grays were showing. I tried drug store color and for whatever reason whichever brand and whatever shade of blond (my natural color) i tried, within a week or two I always ended up with the same unfortunate shade of brassy reddish orange yuck. I was desperate when I read about eSalon. I was happy with my first custom color set. A definite improvement but still some of the dreadful brassy color. On the off chance it was avoidable I mentioned it to the colorist. Never again have I had to look at brassy reddish hair with disgust. My hair was blond again. I thought why not try a light set since my natural color is a darkish blond and I always enjoyed the highlights from the salon. I was a little nervous since I thought highlights were normally done by experts. The directions were very clear and the process was not complicated at all. I think my hair looks every bit as good as when I was paying hundreds of dollars for my color. I couldn’t be happier. So thank you to the wonderful colorist who banished the brass and to eSalon for allowing me an affordable way to maintain my retirement budget and love my hair at the same time.

Leider zuviel Farbe für die Ansätze, könnte für mind.2xAnsatz färben reichen.
