Horribly inaccurate after hair stylist stepped in twiceI REALLY wanted this to work. But this color mix the hair stylist put together was basically black (I asked for brown with honey ends). The first color I ordered myself was good and since then I have had two complete misses. My hair is dry from trying to correct it only to end up with a cheap black color… twice. Fantastic packagingmy colour arrived in a neat personalised box, it appeared to be professionally packaged. Grey hair coverageThis formula did not cover any of my gray hair at all the first time so I'm not going to attempt to try to do it again not to mention one bottle is not going to be enough because I will need to do an all over color again. So I want to know if I can return this order & get my money back. Still a lot of red, color faded quickly.The color started fading after two washes. I was trying to tone down the red and it didn't really do the trick for that. Not for meHi this was my second run at trying a colour but this second one really burnt my scalp. The first one didn’t but I knew instantly with this one. I had to get it off quite quickly. I didn’t do a sensitivity test as the first one was fine. I can be sensitive so the issue probably lies more with my scalp but overall I still haven’t got the right colour. Great kit but colour lackingKit itself is fantastic, it has everything you could need and more but I was disheartened with the colour. Have used--but now they won't send or sell me my color. RidiculousI have really liked eSalon, but I collected color faster than I could use it so i stopped ordering for a few months. But I loved my color (after some adjustment). I went to re-order--and they won't let me re-order my color. I have to start all over, create a new profile, etc. Why? All my information is in my account, and none of it has changed. So why do I have to start over, risk not getting the color I want again, and all that? I reached out to customer support, and the agent basically said nothing they can do--they refuse to sell me my existing color again. What company behaves this way?! Arrived much later than expected and did not cover the white hair.The colour is beautiful but it did not cover the grays. It also arrived much later so I ended up travelling with bad hair, only to finally colour them and now having to go to the hairdresser to fix it. Not recommending if you have grass to cover. Left with ginger hairI’m unsure what happened but I selected dark blond colour i put the colour on the roots and the colour started developing a plum purple colour it was a bit conderning and the ends turned deep purple too, I washed it off as per the instructions and I’ve been left with bright ginger hair. I’m very upset and I will have to spend more money now trying to correct this. I’ve tried to press help and the option doesn’t work on the website. Good color but too auburnE-Salon has been great so far. I adjusted the color and it turned out too light. I’m a natural brunette and went for medium brown. Preis - LeistungDie Verpackung und die Produkte sind sehr schön und wirken professionell, allerdings war ich mit dem Farbergebnis nicht zufrieden. Meine grauen Haare am Oberkopf waren nicht vollständig abgedeckt, man konnte deutlich den Unterschied zum restlichen Haar sehen. Laut Anweisung hätte ich die Farbe nur 15 Minuten einwirken lassen sollen, ich habe allerdings auf 25 Minuten erhöht, was trotzdem nicht geholfen hat. Für diese mangelhafte Qualität finde ich den Preis VIEL zu hoch. Die 2. Lieferung von Ihnen steht noch im Schrank und wurde noch nicht verwendet. Das AllerletzteIch habe schon einige Haarfarben ausprobiert, mit denen ich nicht so ganz zufrieden war, aber das hier ist das Allerletzte! ich habe rotblondes Haar, wollte etwas mehr Kupfer, habe alles beantwortet und dann genau nach Vorschrift gefärbt. Und nun sind meine Haare kackebraun, mein Rotblond ist weg, von Kupfer keine Spur. Ich bin entsetzt! Ich bin so dermaßen wütend, dass ich schäume! Was für ein Mist! Ich hatte vermerkt, dass ich von Natur aus mittelbraunes Haar habe und es jetzt noch einen Ton mehr kupferfarben haben möchte als sie sind! Als die Farbe kam, war ich schon skeptisch, über 70 % Dunkelblond und nur etwas Kupfer und Gold...Hoffentlich bekomme ich meine Farbe jetzt wieder hin und diesen scheußlichen Farbton von eSalon wieder raus aus meinem Haar! Not the colour I thought I was gettingThis review is hard for me to write because there is so many pros, but the one con is a huge deal to me. I love the product itself. Easy instructions, easy to apply, very minimal odour and my hair felt really good after and the shampoo and conditioner smells amazing! But, I absolutely hate the colour I received. I was so upset with the colour. I did not want my hair to be copper/auburn, I wanted dark blonde. Not a fanI was super excited to try, but ended up disappointed. The smell is SUPER strong which, for me, is a trigger for migraines. I did give it a shot regardless. Fan on, windows open. Followed instructions to the letter. While processing, all looked great!! However, once washed and out of the towel, not so much. My grey's were not gone at all and neither were my roots. This color actually lightened my roots by an entire shade. I'm not sure how or why since I went w a blue/black color as i have dark hair. Amazing color, just not what I wanted.I color my hair myself quite a bit, so I have some good techniques down. I followed these instructions to a T and the color came out WAY stronger than what I wanted. I wanted a soft, chocolatey brown and I got violety black. Worth trying for the $11 but wouldn't buy againColor was flat and dull and didn't look like the dark blonde picture in the ad. This color was darker. I've used store box dyes before and they at least left my hair shiny and feeling good initially. This did not. So worth the $11 shot for my first time purchase.
