The customer service is absolutely first class, I even got a call to say they have looked at my details and amended my colour. After doing my roots the result was better than my hairdresser the colour matched perfectly, could not recommend this product and company enough. Will use again and again 🙂

Die Anwendung ist super beschrieben, gut durchdachtes Konzept bis hin zu einem Aufkleber mit dem du dir die Anleitung an die Wand oder Spiegel kleben kannst.

I’m so relieved this turned out as good as it was promised. Every time I color my hair at home, it turns out awful. I couldn’t afford to go to the salon and saw an ad for this and thought I’d try it. My color is beautiful. My regrowth and grays are nonexistent and it looks shiny and healthy. My color expert did great matching up my pictures of the last time I got it done professionally. Unlike other dyes I have used which have made my hair dry and brittle, I am pleased to inform you that my hair dye from eSalon has made my hair feel like hair not a wire brush and it has a shine. Delighted.

I usually go to the salon but with being in lock-down I didn't want to just go for the usual shop boxed colour.
I ordered my colour and a colorist contacted me to suggest tweaking my colour so I went with her recommendation. The box arrived in about a week and I was delighted to see how well stocked the box was. It had everything I could need. I tried it out and it was brilliant to use.
I have shoulder length hair and I had plenty, however I think I would recommend using a bowl rather then the bottle as there was a lot left in the bottle which I couldn't get out.
My colour is lovely and it has a perfect shine. I'll use it again.

Zweimal wurde der Farbton angepasst bis ich 100% zufrieden war. Die Coloristen sind super auf meine Anmerkungen eingegangen. Sogar von meinem Friseur habe ich schon ein Kompliment für meine Farbe bekommen! Auch der Service ist unschlagbar. Einmal ist meine Haarfarbe auf dem Versandweg verloren gegangen. Ich bekam nicht nur umgehend kostenlosen Ersatz zugeschickt, sondern auch einen 10 Euro Gutschein als Entschädigung und die Zusicherung, dass ich die erste Lieferung, falls sie doch noch ankommen sollte, gratis behalten könne.

The color was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Have tried every drugstore color out there and could never get the results I wanted. Will be purchasing from E-Salon from now on. The color has held pretty true without much fading. I use a red and they usually fade in 3-4 weeks. At almost 5 weeks the color looks great. Wonderful product. Highly recommend.

After many drugstore attempts at dark mahogany with awful results each time, I finally found a color that works! It covered my resistant grays really well, and is just the perfect tone. It’s also lasted well for several weeks. No fading, or super obvious roots. I’m looking forward to my next coloring to see how well it blends. But I really think I’ve found the brand and color for me. I highly recommend E-salon, and his shade. Unfortunately I can’t recommend Light set. But I’ve written a separate review for it.

This is the first time I ever colored my hair. I've always paid tons of money to the hair salon to do it for me. I wish I had found this place a long time ago! Beautiful color. The packaging is lovely!

Best home job ever. Just like the hairdresser except better because hubby didn’t charge me for labor. Hair feels great and looks shiny . Delighted. Definitely need someone to help put it on but so worth it. If I could get hubby to do a crash course on cutting hair now I’d never go back to a hairdresser. Thanks a million.

I was really nervous about colouring my hair at home, I have always had my hair done at the salon. With the lockdown I felt really down about my hair, which was a full head of highlights. I decided to take the plunge by trying esalon and going darker. I am so glad I gave it a go, the colour I had (dark blonde copper) was stunning. I have now with the help of my colourist decided to go alot more copper which I'm excited about. Try esalon you won't be disappointed 😊

I need to go darker and worked with the color specialist to tailor the exact color I want it. I love the definition the depth of color and the overall feeling of my hair. I can’t wait to continue to use This product moving forward.

This covers my gray each time. I've ordered these products 4 times now and it extends my coverage about 3 weeks before it washes out and the gray reappears. That coverage is about the time I get from a professional salon. My hair grows fast. This product is 1/3 the cost of professional coverage. I'm getting better and better at doing my own hair. This was discovered during the salons closing. A silver lining in the COVID happenings.

Easy step by step process . Even colour throughout despite left over balayage ends that were not cut . Some grey showing through by roots in terms of coverage but first time I’m colouring my own hair since high school ! It’s still covered but you can see the silver shine through under lighting . Received tons of compliments where friends and family are looking to order . I have a sensitive scalp but had no issues with irritation with the dye or shampoo . Hair felt silky soft and looked like I went to the salon .

I have to admit I am not good with hair styling or color. Had to go out town unexpectedly so my color and highlights were neglected. Came across the esalon site by accident and decided to give it a try. I cannot believe how nice my hair turned out when I am so inexperienced. I am very impressed with the color provided, the kit, instructions and the little tag to display the instructions. So much thought and creativity went into developing this company! Wow, they do know their stuff. Everything was laid out so simply that anyone can do this. The colour match was perfect. My hair looks awesome and shinny. I’ve always gone to the hair dressers if it wasn’t for the Covid lockdown and £10 colour offer I probably would have never tried. So happy with the result. 100% match to my existing colour. I had a root touch up.

I heard about esalon from my friend. I had never used it before. I am also really really bad at coloring my hair. I have done boxed color that normally leaves my blonde hair under toned with patches of dark roots.
I decided to darken my hair. My stylist messaged me to talk about the color choices and the best color for my needs, that would work well with my hair. My stylist did an amazing job perfecting my color. It was very simple to follow the instructions. I waited nervously for any mishaps that would occur, which never happened, my hair color turned out amazing. I have gotten numerous compliments and no one, even myself, believed I did it at home. It is salon quality and color.

I have been using eSalon hair color products for about 9 months now due to the pandemic closures. I used to go to get my hair done once a month. I am saving so much money since. When I was ready to order I contacted the colorist. She really listened to my explanation of the color I was trying to achieve and was very nice. I feared going from blonde highlights to a darker color (medium brown) and using cheap hair color products that would damage my hair. My hair feels and looks very soft, shiny and I get many compliments. I definitely recommend trying eSalon. To be honest, I did try another brand one month to see if I liked the other brand better but my hair felt dry and not manageable after coloring it. So, I came back to eSalon! Thank you eSalon.

I was hesitant to color my greys but curiosity got the better of me. I was impressed and don´t actually remember seeing my full head without greys (I started greying when I was 7). The esalon custom color is really natural with a hint of copper/red.

Ich habe eine Intensivtönung dunkelbraun ausprobiert und es ist die beste Tönung , die ich je benutzt habe . Ein warmes , glänzendes Dunkelbraun voller Lebendigkeit ! Meine Haare fühlten sich beim Auswaschen und Shampnieren weich und gepflegt an und dies blieb auch nach dem Föhnen so . Von daher kann ich negative Kommentare überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen . Auch der Versand war prima , 3 Tage nach Bestellung hatte ich das Color - Set . Der Preis ( 22,- € plus 5,95 Versand ) ist natürlich relativ hoch , aber für so eine schonende Tönung bin ich bereit , dies zu zahlen .
