I asked to have the colour adjusted a bit darker and it is even better than the first time. No more hours in the salon getting foils and still natural looking variation in the hair colour and no grey roots. Love it.

egal wie lange die Haare ungewaschen sind, während des Auftragens und Wartens brennt es sehr stark. und habe danach Haarausfall, ansonsten ist die Farbe jedesmal sehr schön.
Die mitgelieferten Untensilien sind echt gut, man muss nichts zusammensuchen. Die Kundenbetreuung sehr gut, egal welches Anliegen man kümmert sich um einen.

I was terrified to DIY my copper hair color after COVID hit, and when I finally tried the color my eSalon stylist sent me, I was shocked. It matched my salon color beautifully!!! I’ve never had an issue with hot roots or fading. It seriously looks and feels like I went to the salon, but my wallet is much MUCH happier!! I may never go back to a salon again...

Loved everything I purchased, instructions were so awesome since it has been almost 15 years since I colored my hair. Very professional like packaging, service etc. It was like you becoming your own stylist loved it. I will need to go without the violet tint because it kind of made my roots a little red not terribly noticeable but the product made my hair shine and rich looking.

HOORAY!!!! For the first time in coloring my own hair, it is finally the color I wanted!!! I’m so happy!! I have tried other brands and couldn’t get the right color. Wow, my stylist was spot on.She took the time to talk to me on the phone and explain step by step the process. She intuitively knew the look I was going for and when I was done it was just an excellent look my husband even commented.

This Company has been truly great to me..they had the wrong address my fault for not checking it.. they resent me the hair product..i had colored my hair when i got just used this yesterday.. love the product..i think i need a little darker color..but hyou can do that with them..how nice is that

I’m very pleased with my colour. I hate colouring my hair but this kit made it as easy as it could be. The instructions were clear and the result is even better than what I used to get in a salon. There was no extra colour deposit on my scalp, the colour was shiny and bright right away. I appreciated that extra formula was provided for my very long hair.

To say I am SHOOK is an understatement. I went from having a different hair color on my roots, my mid shaft, and my ends to one solid color with an awesome undertone. I was nervous because of the situation of my tri-colored hair, but my stylist (Shoutout to Celine) assured me that they took it into consideration and actually gave me a separate formula for my ends. I never dyed my own hair at home before, and this turned out better than I could have imagined. My hair looks and feels amazing!!

My new color is a lighter golden color, I think it might be called a “honey blonde”. It is brilliant and gorgeous! I never see a line of demarcation as my roots grow in, so I am able to go a little longer with esalon than with other hair color I’ve used—easier on my hair and easier on my budget! Due to bleaching my hair a couple of years ago, the hair I had before last night had medium-dark brown roots, auburn mid lengths with nearly strawberry blonde ends.
Now, after my custom color kit, I have a gorgeous and super shiny all over dark cinnamon color.
It's exactly the color I wanted, and there's no dye stains on my skin. Not even my scalp.
Plus my hair feels lovely and soft still.

Ich hatte 4-5 cm Ansatz in total andere Farbe als Länge, mehrere ausgewaschene Strähnen...also Corona Lockdown Situation:-). Ich habe nicht geglaubt, dass es so gut funktionieren wird. Habe 2 Farben bekommen, eine für den Ansatz und eine für die Längen. Es sieht jetzt so aus als ich bei meinem sehr teueren Friseur war! TOP! Vielen Dank!!
Wichtig als Tipp: immer aktuelles Bild (oder 2) hochladen und noch dazu schreiben was genau man haben möchte. Mit den ganzen Farbenauswahl auf vorhandenen Fotos könnte ich erstmal weniger anfangen.

I have black hair and can’t really change my color without damaging it. I love the color my colorist developed for me. My hair feels soft and silky....not rough or damaged. My hair color looks natural and not harsh. Highly recommend eSalon!

Really happy with my hair color, matches perfectly with my salon color, makes it easy to keep up my roots in between visits. I was a faithful monthly salon customer but it can be costly, this makes it easy to cut back to every other month and still get the same quality with the e salon kit.

I am in love I am completely converted I have spent countless of hours and dollars at high end salons and leave with an opaque full color I came to the conclusion coloring wasn’t for me. I tried this as a last ditch attempt and boy am I glad I did! Yes it’s a bit messy yes you don’t get the champagne and snacks ( unless you bring them in your bathroom) but what you do get is a shiny glossier color for 1/10th of the price I’m so happy I could cry lol

I tried esalon and am very pleased so easy to do and receive. They corrected past colour that was too light for my roots. Now is perfect. They listen to you and are always helping. The packaging makes you feel special using your name on it. My hair feels soft and shiny I have curly hair which tends to knot up on ends and be dry. This colour comes out soft and. The shampoo & conditioner smell amazing and left my hair super-soft.
The colour is perfect, covered greys well and 5 or 6 washes later the colour hasn't started to fade yet.

My hair loves to go red but the neutral dark blonde worked perfectly on me, with a bright blonde instead of brassy red highlight. Colorist advised me very clearly. My hair is a bit rough after coloring, but it’s very delicate; I’ll definitely still keep using this product. Best of all, it covered my REALLY resistant grays completely! Other at home products don’t even touch it! So pleased.
