Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Farbergebnis und der Farbe. Sie wirkt sehr natürlich. Allerdings finde ich das auftragen sehr langwierig und habe Probleme mit grauen Haaren am Scheitel und an den Schläfen. Das ist noch verbesserungsfähig. Sehr gut finde ich auch, dass ich jedes Mal angefragt werde, ob ich etwas ändern möchte...

Love this company, Always had my hair colored by a salon. BIG money, obviously. Once COVID19 came, I needed to do it myself. I found this company on line, and have been using their color since. Will not go back to a salon to have it done again, It's easy to do. Definitely nailed my color.

I'm glad I found eSalon. It was great when salons were closed during the pandemic and is an outstanding alternative for those not comfortable going to salons right now. You have access to a colorist online and it is easy to order. The kit has everything you need to apply the color, the directions are clearly written, and the quality of the color is excellent.

second set was perfect grey coverage. It lasted almost 6 weeks. Very happy with not having to go to the store or salon to get the color and coverage I want.

The color is perfect and it seems to be lasting a long time. I haven't had to use the root concealer yet. Directions were very clear and product was easy to apply. So far I'd rate it an A+.

I was given outstanding support from staff on the color I wanted. After dying my hair...& I did give it the maximum time allowed to color. Some stubborn grays ...are just that...STUBBORN!! I'm ordering a darker color. Hopefully that will help?!

This was the closest I've been to my original hair color in forever. I loved the outcome, even being my first color from ESalon, i had the best outcome w the very first kit. ( i didn't use the color kit till like 2 wks after i got it, so I'm a lil behind your guys schedule, sorry.)

I was very impressed! it was very simple to use, the instructions were very easy to read. If you're a person that is used to doing your hair color at home.. this fits right into your busy schedule. The color came out very evenly and shiny. It's actually pretty phenomenal for at home hair color. I'm definitely a customer for life, no more trips to the drug store 4 me!

Even without a photo, you managed to "nail it" on the color you sent. I looked exactly like the previous color I was using, but it seems so much easier and richer and it has NOT faded yet. I am very pleased at how it covers the grey at the hairline. Those never seemed to get good color and began to show within 2 weeks. They are not grey yet and I am very happy about that! Thanks - I love the product.

It was so cool to open my box and see my personalized color...right down to my name on the bottle. They sent everything I needed, and the best part is the color covered my stubborn grey hair! Now, my hair looks healthy and younger. I highly recommend E Salon!

This latest color blend is exactly what I hoped for as I am transitioning from a 'hotter' red to more copper gold blonde. This is not any traditional color from a box! It is really good with my skin color and looks like it was what I have naturally. That is where I am right now...I want it to be believable.
Some day though...the cobalt blue and turquoise will be me...but not right now.

Ich bin begeistert! Hatte bei Drogerieprodukten immer das Problem, dass die Farbe aussah wie ein “Helm”, Reflexe fehlten mir da völlig. Meine Farbe von eSalon hingegen ist genauso, wie ich es mir gewünscht habe - schön natürlich und voller Reflexe. Das Farbergebnis hat wirklich Salonqualität.

This is a wonderful product. My colorist did a great job in adjusting my hair color for better gray coverage, while still maintaining a lovely brown that I was never able to achieve with drugstore colors. Thank you so much eSalon!

I went into this with hesitation after reading the reviews. I just finished blow drying my hair, and I can't believe how great it looks. No brassy tints, best hair color I have ever done! I followed the directions and it was super easy, plus you get to "clean" your shower walls as a bonus lol. Very happy with my results!!

I loved this color even before I received it and began to use it. I was able to describe the look I was going for and the colorists managed to bottle my dream color... For now anyway. I switch up frequently, but I'm sure eSalon would help make anything (within reason) happen. I highly recommend this program for it's convenience, their knowledge, the end results, and everything in between.

OMG...the best colour I've ever had. I'd gone lighter on holiday and I wanted a 'richer' colour so I gave the team a new brief. They have absolutely hit the jackpot. i love it and it suits my face and clothes and it's shiny!!

I have red hair coloring that is very tricky and this was perfect. I am so relieved it went so well. I followed the instructions. This was my FIRST TIME in coloring my hair so you can imagine I was scared. But the whole procedure was simple and got a really professional SALON product only better! This was back in April when I first tried it. I was so nervous but the kit and instructions made it so easy and it turned out great.
It is now early September and I just wanted to add additional and continuing thanks to my colorist Yvette who adjusted my color wonderfully on last month's order and I am VERY happy with what she did. My first color was great and the adjustment was even better. So Thank you Yvette!!!!! I am staying with your adjustment too.

Switched up my color for summer. Asked to add a little more gold and red to the color they created during covid. And it was as perfect as the first color they created. So instead of going to the salon every 12+ weeks, and $250+ I'm paying less and doing it way more often (ie no grays or roots show ever) and still less money. Win-Win! Going to try highlights next.

I hadn't colored my hair in over 5 years, so at 61 all I had was salt and pepper. Unfortunately, salt and pepper looks classic on men, but not on women!!
eSalon made the perfect color for me!! It blends in with my natural color and creates awesome highlights!!

I loved how natural my color looked on me. I wanted subtle and super soft with a lovely scent to my hair, which I got! I had dyed my hair black before this and wondered if it would show. I was pleased it did, the process was easy and it was a beautiful color afterwards, which I loved! I highly recommend this service to everyone that wants to treat their hair right during a color process to try eSalon at home! I highly recommend sending in a picture too! Heard about this company through a friend and thought I'd give it a try since everything is closed due to COVID.
Not going to lie ,but it seemed complicated at first, but after a few calls to customer service and the instructions it was quite easy!
Also ,when I first selected my hair color and what I wanted,I received an email that said my colorist felt my choice would appear too dark and sent me a shade lighter.
Today, I saw my hair stylist who I haven't seen in about 5 months cut my hair and made a compliment on my natural hair highlight tones .
Which,I did not share to him that I had just colored it myself a few days ago 😃.
He must have forgotten he colored my hair last .
Overall outcome was a great color and my hair didn't feel dried out at all.
Well,so long for me getting my hair colored in a salon anymore.
I will do it for myself for now on in the convenience of my own home,my time and $$$ saved through you guys ,eSalon💜.

I found this brand a god send in lock down and the colour is fantastic to the one I usually get in the salon that iv carried on using its cost is much better than the usual £70 plus I pay I really love it

Love the color (medium mahogany brown), Hasn't covered grays as well as I have desired but making adjustments to hopefully change this. 5 stars for customer service being very helpful and polite.

I just colored my hair using the new developer formula. At first I was alarmed at how runny it was until I mixed in the color and the texture started to change. It is so superior to your previous formula. The texture is smooth and pasty enough that it does not run. I did not make a mess haha! I felt like I was able to apply it more evenly to my roots as I moved around my scalp. Also the new shampoo is awesome. It actually lathers and stays foamy until rinsed out. I loved it. Truth is after 5 years I was considering trying another brand, but now I'm sticking with eSalon.

A friend recommended I try eSalon since I couldn't go to my beautician during the pandemic. I found the ordering process to be easy. The application instructions are easy to follow, and the color turns out great with fantastic gray hair coverage!

This was my third order and this color formulation was great. I loved this new color and it made my hair very soft. I did have to add grey oxidizing drops to it to make sure the color penetrated my gray this time and it worked great. I also use a shower cap over the hair after I apply the color to help the extra heat help the color penetrate the gray. My first go with eSalon did not cover my gray but with my additional at home steps it helped.
