I've used eSalon since Covid took me away from my professional colorist. I heard about eSalon from a friend who raved about it. So, decided to give it a try. So glad that I did.
I provided my "combination" color formula used by my colorist in the off chance that eSalon could accommodate and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they truly will customize the color.
I received my package timely. The process was easy for a novice like me to follow and the results were better than expected.
Oh and much less expensive than salon prices. At this time, that fact matters!
I will definitely continue using eSalon.

This hair color is wonderful! The fact you can select the shade or change it is great. The package comes with your name so no chance it was a mistake. Just a quick call to make any changes. Hair is soft after coloring; which is better than some on the market. The auto-order ensures color is always available. This is easier than going to the salon!!

As an over 70 lady who REFUSES to go gray, the color match was pretty close to my treated blond color ! Usually darker for the first two weeks, but lightens up nicely after that. I will continue using this product! This blonde lady thanks you!👏👍🏻

This is the second time I have colored my hair with my custom eSalon product. I waited for the second time to make sure - and I love it! Easy to do, great color - what's not to like? Even though my hair stylist has re-opened, I am continuing to color my hair, and go to her for the cut. Guess what - she complimented my color!

My mom is 81 and this pandemic really took a tole on our family. We are a very close family and every Sunday we used to meet at Mom and Dads house (all 30) of us. The pandemic put a halt to that tradition and really impacted my mom psychologically. I love to pamper her and so I moved in with them to help. I do her hair and nails. I love to make her feel special and eSalon is part of this journey.

Als Färbeanfänger war ich sehr skeptisch aber wurde positiv überrascht.
Die Farbe hat eine gute Haltbarkeit und das Nachfärben klappt auch problemlos.
Das Abo ist sehr flexibel und lässt sich individuell gestalten, so bleibt es jedem selbst überlassen wann der Ansatz nachgefärbt wird.

I've asked for many different color formulations over my time with eSalon, my most recent colorist really outdid themselves. I have never been happier with the way my color turned out. A million props to my colorist for taking my notes and reference photos and PERFECTLY creating it for my hair! I can't say enough good things about this colorist...a couple have dropped the ball in the past, but this one completely redeemed my thoughts about using this service. Thanks!

I have been with this company a long time, and they have listen to me and made me a hair Color that really suit me and I’ve loved it . I got so many compliments . If you won’t to be happy with your Haircolor just try this product once time ,and you will love it.

Since the pandemic I’ve been coloring my hair myself with esalon. Love it. The color is perfect and it lasts for 5 weeks which is better than when I was getting it done in a salon. It’s easy and I’m saving tons of money!

This was my first eSalon purchase. My roots were out of control and I am not ready to return to a salon. The match was PERFECT, and the experience very easy. Application was no problem, instructions were clear, and it looks great, super natural. I accidentally included a typo in my email address when I first ordered, and emailing customer service was a quick and easy fix. Highly recommend. I am very happy with saving myself a $200 trip to the salon.

Usually, hair stylists hate when clients color their hair at home. But...when I was able to safely return to my salon for my first professional root touch-up after several months of quarantine, my hair stylist commented that the at-home color I used was a perfect match! Thanks eSalon!

Love this colour set. The colour does not look static, it looks rich and luxurious, as though I've had it done professionally. Just so you know that has nothing to do with my application skills and everything to do with the quality of the product and colour matching.
The root refresher works really well and adds to the overall polished look. My balliage finally grew out and with this colour I think I'll stay deep and dark for some time.
Never could have imagined I would be colouring my own hair, but I love the convenience and the cost saving, while having hair that does not look home dyed.

I can't believe how well this covered my grays. I have dark hair with very stubborn grays that crown the back of my hair--this zapped those away with a very natural color. I got a golden black mixture that really brought out my complexion I thought. Relatively easy to apply, but I always rush it at some point and surprisingly it still came out beautiful!

First time coloring my own hair. Everything, including the stickers to hold the directions on the mirror so I wouldn't have to touch them, was well thought out. The color was amazing! Deep, rich. Perfect coverage, toned down and took the orange-y/brassiness out of my hair. Excellent. 10 stars!!!

I was skeptical about coloring my own hair after having it done in a salon for over 20 years but because of the pandemic, I gave it a try. I am not only impressed with the hair color but also with how easy this company makes it to do your own hair. The kit included almost everything though I did purchase the Color Tools and Protective Cape just as a one time purchase.

OK, COVID had us all on locked down and challenged us to explore our hidden talents. I am so glad I found ESalon, and thanks to their helpfulness to get my color right, I no longer look in dire need of my hair dresser. The trick for me was viewing the How-to videos. The first time I applied my hair color was a little more challenging than the second time. A word of caution- Do complete all of the steps, specially the last step, it makes a world of difference on the end result. ESalon is a great company to work with.

Ich habe nun zum 4. Mal die Farbe gesandt bekommen und bin begeistert. Kein ausbleichen der Farben und ein einheitliches Ergebnis der Farbe. Nun passe ich das erste Mal die Farbe an und bin gespannt auf das Ergebnis. Ich habe lange Haare und gerade die Längen sind sonst immer schnell heller geworden.

Took a leap of faith and tried this product. Loved the outcome. I am now 6 weeks out from coloring my hair with no gray roots yet. The color still looks great as well as my hair being healthy.

I have a lot of hair and usually end up running out of color, but it was the perfect amount! The end result was beautiful and the color was exactly what I wanted. The grey coverage was great! I colored my hair about a month ago and there has been little to no wash out or fading.

I was so excited to get my color from Jennifer. I did my hair Saturday (yesterday). I love the color. It is a perfect slight change from my last shade. I want to go a little more auburn than brown. I want to keep this color for a bit and then try a more auburn shade.
The application was not difficult. I will say that it is still nicer to have someone else doing the coloring, however you cannot beat the price. And I might find it easier the more I do it. And the price makes it worth it. It is definitely better than the drug store color.

I first looked back in the beginning of lockdown and I was overwhelmed by all the colors choices. A wise friend said "just do medium blonde" start simple and you will be fine. She was right. I love how this covered my roots which had gone white (not grey) so I was worried about the white absorbing color weirdly. Nothing is brassy or cheap looking. Awesome product, thanks to my virtual stylist. I did send a photo so I'd recommend doing that.

I didnt realize that my hair should have been more washed out of color before i went in with more dye :) this is an awesome set thought and it was really easy to apply!!

I owned a Day Spa and hairstyling salon a few years back and your product is excellent and we used Aveda products.. my daughter in law introduced me to your company and I am so happy she did.. I have colored my hair twice now and color match with golden highlights are beautiful..

I questioned the appearance of the new formula when I combined the color with the developer. It was much thicker and gray in color. I was assured by customer service that it was not a mistake. My hair color looks great as always, it rinsed out and washed better than the original formula. I’m very happy with the change. Love eSalon.

I've been using eSalon for several years now and today, I opened my kit and found a wonderful surprise! The (new?) formula was soooo thick and creamy! I LOVED IT! It clung to my hair, no dripping and it was so easy to wash out afterward. In fact, my hair felt so soft and amazing when I rinsed it out that I almost hated to shampoo it. But, I was too excited about using the free sample of Caviar shampoo and conditioner... which was the cherry on top!
I don't know what you did to the formula, but I am so grateful. It was honestly so much easier and I didn't get a DROP anywhere. My hair feels so great right now! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ich liebe es. Ich habe dieses Produkt zum ersten Mal gekauft, und ich muss sagen, dass die Ergebnisse sehr gut waren. Ich würde gern ein anderes Mal kaufen, und bei meinem ersten Kauf habe ich sogar extra Farbe für die Haare in der Länge bekommen.

Really pleased with how my hair turned out as it was the first time for me to colour my roots. The instructions were easy to follow and I appreciated all the information given. The only reason I’m not ordering again at the moment is that my hair stylist is returning to work but rest assured I will definitely order again if needs be. The team had added a bit of extra grey coverage because I have been shielding and spent 4 months in my room and working from home; I was so grey I was really concerned but wow the difference and shine I have now is brilliant. I asked the stylist to make my color a little darker and I can't be happier!!! It has the right darkness and a perfect shade of red and copper. So glad I took the risk to go a little darker.

Just used the new and improved hair color. The product was thicker and easy to apply. What I loved about it was it didn’t run all over my face! Also the sample shampoo was luxurious. It lathered so much for the amount used. I will be purchasing this product!

The step by step directions were easy to follow and I loved that I could attach them to the bathroom mirror! The skin barrier and cleaner were a great bonus I wasn’t expecting...no ugly

This was the nicest color I ever had. It lasted so long. Did not wash out like the color I got at the salon. I will stay with it. The condition of my hair is very nice now. It was so easy applying the color. I just followed your directions. I was so surprise to see how they matched my own without even seeing me. Thanks to all of you I am truly happy with my hair now. It took one more thing of of my mind with everything else going on.
