My color is a little darker than I was expecting, but it's better than I hoped and I love it. I shared my concerns about brassiness and uploaded a pic giving my colorist power to adjust the color I chose based on my pics and goals, and I absolutely love it. It's lockdown and I can't get my roots done. So I decided to give Esalon a try based upon a review from Angie Hot and Flashy on You Tube. Everything she said is true. The color match was great. The quality is great and it really hides my grey roots. The kit comes with instructions. Follow them and your all set.

Love this company! Stylist called to speak with me about a note I made that I didn’t want red in my color. I’m so glad she did because the original color I chose had warm undertones, but the one we decided on had a green neutralizer that was exactly what I wanted! A little more work but better results than last time I went to a professional!

Thank you! My most recent color kit included adjustments and a second bottle to compensate for my longer hair and previous faded color job. I love it! The color adjustment was very close to what I wanted originally, and it was so subtle, but at the same time enough to 'correct' my old color.

I have been coloring my hair for 20 years, and have used everything from fancy vegan stuff to drugstore color. THIS is the best. the color profile fits me perfectly and my stylist (whom I have never met) knows my color better than I do! The coloring products aren't stinky or harsh, but the color is so saturated and beautiful, I get compliments from EVERYONE, no joke, EVERYONE I know. I highly highly recommend. Cannot beat the price, cannot beat the quality!
I just want to update this review:
I have been using eSalon for two years now, and I am still being impressed by them! I just got a new box of color, and wanted to take my hair a little darker... I thought it might be a little risky, since i am telling a stranger what i want and they are mixing the color without having met me in person... but this it the most perfect color i have ever received! It is actually better than I had even imagined! I still highly highly highly recommend!

Really beautiful glossy rich golden blonde colour. My hair is in great condition despite not having had a trim for months. Product arrives well packaged and on time, according to the schedule I set, with very clear instructions and gloves. It really is a foolproof process and I am delighted with the results. I recently started using eSalon when the hair salons all closed during the pandemic. I get better coverage that lasts longer with eSalon than I did at my salon. Even my stylist was impressed when they finally reopened and I went in for a cut. I will continue using eSalon and do my own color at home. I save a lot of money and can work around my schedule!

eSalon perfectly color matched my hair! I uploaded several photos in both artificial and natural light, and I typed up a few sentences about what I was looking for. I loved that I was able to provide input about what I was looking for versus checking a few boxes and hoping they sent me the right color. It’s ultimately why I chose eSalon over other sites.

I love the new color that arrived june 20th. I just colored on June 28th so I'll see how long it works on the grays. But so far I'm pleased with the color. I go back and forth with likeing and wanting the deep burgundy and then the violets. This color is the burgundy so I'll probably stay with it for awhile then maybe switch it up!

The color is long lasting ,and vibrant; it is the exact color of my skin tone. I can see the difference from my store brought vs. eSalon, it last a lot longer,and still I see no gray is peeping in the front of my head in my most resilient area .

After not being able to get my hair done professional due to closures, I had to try something else. My dark hair has gray roots and it was making me look awful. I tried eSalon and loved it. So easy. I loved it so much that after my salon opened I still decided to color my own hair. My hair stylist that I've been going to for years asked how my color could look so good. I was nervous using color bought online. I went for it and love my hair. My color is the lightest blonde and I did also tone my hair after color, but this color was not as brassy as the store bought bleach blonde kits.I was pleasantly surprised!!!

I loved that the root color is darker than the ends. No glowing roots.
I loved how clear the instructions were and that everything I needed was in the kit.
I have a little bit of grey showing through but I want to color once more to eliminate operator error on that. I am excited to try the highlight kit too if it ever comes in stock. I also appreciate that my personal colorist chose a lighter shade based off the photos I uploaded.

I can't fault the kit or the customer service. Hair colour came out beautifully but unfortunately faded faster than I'd hoped. Got in touch with e-salon who couldn't have handled it better and have formulated a new colour to help me. New colour arrived and is perfect - they listened to my feedback and changed exactly as asked. Considering how busy they must be currently, it's the best customer service I've had. Would definitely recommend.

Just received my very nicely packaged hair color along with the cape I ordered and I must say I am very happy with it. I decided to do my hair today and am thrilled with my results thus far! I have very resistant , stubborn gray's and I hate if my color looks miss matched. After showering and blow drying I think my hair looks great! Very happy !

The exact color I wanted! I went to a professional salon and asked for copper for my hair.. I ended up with a weird dark red and brown color with copper tones. I hated my hair. I got fed up and decided to fix it and try esalon. I had initially asked for a different color, but when I described what I wanted esalon suggested a different color for me.. it literally was EXACTLY the outcome I was hoping for!

Someone had recommended Esalon to me so thought I’d give it a try. So happy I did! I picked my hair color and then spoke to a hair colorist over the phone to fine tune the choice I had made. Once I received the color kit-it was easy to mix and apply. The color was just as described. I couldn’t be happier! Esalon is the way to go!!🙂

I’ve been using the same box at-home hair color for years and it was recently discontinued so I’ve been in a panic to find something I love just as much. I thought the color selection process was simple and I left a note about making an adjustment - I have no idea how those are used or if they really affect anything - but I used my kit and really love the results. The root color was spot on - probably more ‘natural’ looking than my old color which always started intense but faded to a place I really liked. The second bottle of color for my ends is what I really loved. It was lighter and more golden than the roots and gave my hair lots of dimension and shine. So, I will definitely use eSalon again and I probably won’t change a thing!

Love this product has great coverage of not only my highlights but also amazing coverage of gray hair!!! Next time I have them sending me a lighter color because the one I chose was a little too dark for me but that was my mistake. Their colors are beyond accurate and spot on to the hair quiz you fill out before choosing your hair color!!!!

I finally found a product that is a blend of tones instead of one flat color! I stopped using hair color-I couldn’t find gray cover, dark blonde and honey highlights all-in-one. The colorist mixed dark blonde and gold to give me a blend I really love. Thank you!!

I've done this twice and couldn't be happier with how my color turned out (even though it was a bit darker than I thought it would be.) I was worried the first time because I was going back to my natural color and I had very blonde highlights in my hair. The colorists responded to my questions pretty quickly and were so helpful. This is not a "cookie cutter" operation--I felt it was very personalized. And you can't beat the price.

I always had my roots done at a salon every 4 wks to cover grey, this was the first time for years that I coloured my hair at home. I was nervous the colour wouldnt be right and i also have highlights so didnt want them to be affected. I was really surprised how they managed to match my colour exactly right from the photo I sent and how easy it was to apply, also there was a lot of colour so didn't run out at all. I will continue to get the colour as it is the same quality result as a salon love it would definitely recommend I have already requested my next box for when my roots grow back.
