So happy with the color. M roots and ends match perfectly! I am alway so nervous about my roots because they are so gray and light that even the hairdresser sometimes winds up making them pinkish. It was a long process to do roots and ends but no longer than in the salon and I saved so much $! I am super thrilled and can’t wait to do my roots again!

I have been going to the salon to get top highlights for about 7 years. I felt like the highlights are played out and with the coronavirus, it was the perfect time to color my hair. I first did a box dye of light brown. It was one color on the top and one color on the bottom. I couldn't wait to get rid of it. I found esalon while doing a google search. I loved the questions they asked and the photo request. They even personally contacted me. This was all making this company super professional. My color arrived in a nice box, it came beautifully packaged with a one time free color. We followed the directions easily. It was easy to apply, smelled nice and worked wonders. I am IN LOVE with my medium brown mahogany color. My husband LOVES it too! I am so thrilled that I can have salon done hair from home without paying the high amount of money. I look forward to my next box (6 weeks) and I might even add a few extra goodies to that box!

I really loved my first experience with eSalon. I have literally never colored my hair at home in over 35 years. I was very nervous and the colorists were extremely supportive. I thought the process was relatively easy, a bit messy, and quick. They definitely need to amp up the color for my grays and adjusted my formula for next time. Goodbye to expensive salon appointments and hello to eSalon. I am so excited!

I love my hair color I get from E Salon. They send out everything you need to get a professional hair salon coloring done, that you can do for yourself at a LOW COST! They will work with you to make sure you are making the right chose in the color you are ordering! You can't get better then that! While in lockdown I tried an off the shelf colour. It hardly covered the grey hair so thought I'd give this a try. Great product easy to use and covered the grey well. I've recommend this to friends and it's a lot cheaper than my usual salon colour. Sorry hairdresser I'll be doing my own colour for now!!

I really love this product. I love the personal touch in the packaging . Including the little poetry inside the outer box. The first colour was ok but my roots didn't cover brilliantly but the second lot of hair colour was the best root cover I have ever had! It all just blended with the rest of my hair colour .

This was the first time I have attempted at home hair color and was not disappointed with the results. Easy to follow instructions. Had my husband help with the back. Color was great, covered my grays well. I do need a slight adjustment in color which my colorist was happy to do. I am now in week 5 and needing a touch up but was pleased with how well the color has held up. My hair is still soft and shiney. My only complaint is that the order was slow in getting here, so will order it for earlier delivery next time. Overall, great product, easy to use, good results, good customer service!

I was so scared to dye my hair myself, but my grays were getting very bad and we still can't go to the salon right now because of COVID-19. I ordered my first kit and it arrived very quickly in the cutest packaging. The directions were easy to follow and everything I needed (besides the plastic clips) was included in the package. The color turned out great! All of my grays are covered and I love the tone/color. It is a nice deep color and it is just what I was looking for. I don't know if I will ever go back to the salon to get my hair dyed!

I’ve made a few changes over last five years (added highlighting kit) but auburn has always been my natural color. At 59 I’m so glad I stayed red and never grew out the gray my six grandsons tell me I’m the youngest grandmom ever Thank you esalon autoship color perfect no surprises

Although my color was a bit darker than my normal color I loved it! It’s hard to pick your normal color when you have 3 different colors going on lol. I had the gray coming in and the color that had been there a least 3 months ( due to the Covid-19 happenings) then the highlights. My husband and everyone said the color looks really good. The process was very easy and the instructions well explained. Thank you eSalon for having a good quality product at an affordable price.

so happy with my colorist Crystella doing a great job with the color . I had a problem with the first order with brassiness and red . one conversation with her and she went to work on creating a color to drab that bras and red out she did a great job . will stay with E salon as long as I can .being on a fix income and not able to go to salons this is great can't beat the price and so easy to follow instructions they are wonderful .. thank you all so very much for caring keep up the great job.

This is an an amazing find. Not only is the colour specifically made for you but the whole packaging and contents is so easy to use. It’s so well thought out and simple easy instructions. Love the formula. It made my hair so soft. I have to be truthful. I cancelled my subscription because I wanted to try another brand. However I will be returning to e-salon. The quality is so much better.

My hair is fabulous. I ordered a dark blond and a highlighting kit and my husband (with no previous experience) did highlights and lowlights with a highlighting cap. Took ages but looks better than when I spend £150-£200 in the salon. Love it.

I LOVE this haircolor!!!! I have had my hair highlighted for years, and didn't want to try to do it myself. I was afraid of my ends taking on a green tint. My ESalon colorist sent a color to put on my ends first. It worked perfect!!!!

Love the color. The results are amazing. My hair texture is amazing as well. I had enough solution left over so the quantity was sufficient. Except the solution was very strong smelling and it teared my eyes all the time inspite of doing it in well ventilated area.

I had long natural growth and also a lightened, dyed bottom half of my hair and was stumped how to do anything with it when I couldn't go to the salon. On top of that, I knew that an eventual salon job would be expensive. ESalon gave me two different formulas for my two-tone situation and now I have even gold hair - no color lines! It looks as natural as possible and it was as easy as the box dyes from the pharmacy. Will definitely be doing it again.

I have colored my hair for many years and had it colored in salons. The store colors would always leave my roots with a raspberry tone and later turn brassy. I’ve used my Esalon color twice over the last few months and it’s been great!!!!

I bought this for my roots having previously spent a lot at the hair dressers every 8 weeks. I was nervous about home colouring my roots because I have an ombré balayage, a whole head colour didn’t scare me but this was new to me. The colour was a perfect match ( I have no idea how ) , the applicator brush was easy to use and the little touches were there to make everything easy. I’ll use this again even when salons are open for my roots.

I finally got the guts to try to apply my own permanent color due to the pandemic shelter-in-place, and the results are fantastic! It was a little awkward trying to do the back by myself, but I'm sure that will be easier with practice. The color is PERFECT! And my hair feels so soft and conditioned. Mahalo!

Was so scared to do my hair myself had been previously box dying my hair due to financial reasons and it always made my hair greasy and so drab. I coloured my hair with e colour everything was so well explained and easy to follow and my hair looks as if I had been to the salon to get it done professionally for half the price and my hair feels absolutely amazing, no more greasy hair.

I haven't colored my hair at home for years, but because I can't get it done professionally right now I thought I'd try. I'm happy I tried eSalon. It was easy to apply, rinse out, etc. I was surprised how nicely the color turned out. To save money, I might continue to use this and not go back to the salon.

I was a bit nervous trying a new color that I ordered over the internet. Got brave and did it. The color is amazing. It looks natural. Other brands I have used would take three or four washings before the color would balance and look natural. I will recommend this to everyone.

I picked a color and was told it was too warm for me. She proposed to prepare one especially for me and she was close to be right on the spot. It's different from my regular color but very nice.

I am a 53 years young African American woman with NATURAL, 4c hair. My gray coverage was apparently 1 1/2 to 2 inches of new growth. I have tried SEVERAL products that claim to be made specifically for my hair type, and have never received the type of results I did with ESalon. I followed the instructions to detail, and my results are very satisfying. No gray hair!!!. I will definitely recommend this product, and will use it again in a couple of months. My color selection was soft black. I did not take a picture because I was not expecting the great results I received, but will on my next process. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

I love how I just answered a few questions and just like that they sent me a color that was right for me. It was gentle on my hair and evenly colored my hair even though I had lots of highlights. I was afraid it might turn too dark but it didn't. Super easy to use And will most definitely order again.
