I highly recommend eSalon hair color. It's easy to apply, plus 2 pairs of gloves are provided!!! I will always use this item. Whenever I have questions, I receive a prompt and well composed response.

I've been holding on to the kit since I first ordered it months ago and have been reluctant to use it. I have been using my box color for so long I was afraid of what the results would be. I have to say I love it! The color is exactly what I was looking for and what it gives me that the box color doesn't... is dimension! My box color gave me the color I wanted but it was flat with not a lot of high or low lights. This looks natural and I've gotten a ton of compliments!
Oh and it was very easy to use... no problems there! The kit has everything you need to complete the process and there's no odor! I have sensitive skin and it didn't irritate my scalp as many products do. That was a relief! My hair feels soft and isn't dried out or brittle.
I'll be using this product again. I will have to get back to you on how long and well the color lasts. Thank you!

I started coloring my hair with a light blonde in the winters to keep my sun bleached color and help with oiliness. Now that I've gone gray I needed some extra help with the coloring and I've gotten that with E-Salon! They are amazing and will get back to you on any question you have!

I've been an eSalon customer for years and have requested a few color changes over the years. I am so impressed with all of the colorists! Every time I call and express the color/look I'm trying to achieve, they just get it and they have patiently answered all of my neurotic questions hahaha..... The last color change I received was exactly what I had in my head and turned out beautiful and vibrant.
Everyone from the customer service, colorists and shipping departments have always been stellar in their customer service.....friendly, professional and accommodating. I would and have recommended eSalon to friends and family! They rock!

Great colour, the first order didn’t really cover the grey, they tweaked it for me and sent replacements. Fantastic service and tweaked one is perfect. Really easy to use, instructions and video’s really helpful too, highly recommend.

I had the last shipment altered to add more copper and less mahogany. My goal is to drastically, over time, increase the red in my dark brown with natural red highlights color. Over the next few months I expect to get to my desired shade. I am extremely happy with this product, and the staff that I get to work with when I call in to speak to my colorist.

Just did my first one and it feels and looks great! So shiny and silky. Added photos today. Now I want to see how long the colour will stay in good condition and if it doesn't drain my hair and lasts for a desent time, will use again.

I can’t believe that on the first try these guys totally got it right. I sent them a picture of my hair and the color it was at when I loved it and they were able to duplicate it the first time.

Matched closer to my natural color then any other brands I was able to find. I had them tweek the color a little too get it even closer. I'm happy I decided to give them a try.

I have not colored my hair in 5 years so I was nervous to try an at-home product. I was extremely impressed with the products I received (they included everything from two pairs of gloves to a sticker to hang the instructions). After coloring my hair, my hair feels soft and healthy unlike other products. I did lose a lot of hair in the process... I feel like that's typical for fine-haired folk. In all, my hair color turned out to be darker and less copper than the picture of my ideal color but I do actually like it. It is a nice change.

I have to admit I was skeptical when I tried this. I have never been able to find a color in the stores to match my hair color as perfectly as eSalon's match. When I color my hair I am only looking to give it a more vibrant look and to cover the gray. This covered all of my gray, brightened up my hair and no one noticed!!! This is exactly what I want my hair color to do for me! I will absolutely keep on using eSalon!

I had a spotty history of being able to find a dark ash blonde on the store shelves - often settling for medium or light shades as a make do. Sarah the colorist nailed my request and I have found the color to be perfect - dark enough to work with my naturally brown brows and light enough so grey roots don’t scream post two weeks of coloring. The amount of product is great - I have medium long hair and find I have enough so I can run it through my ends for consistency. I am loving this product and the fact that it comes to my mailbox in a very rural area is another plus. I am recommending this to others. Love it!

I bought (red) mahogany for my hair. I thought that it will be to light for me but when I start doing my hair with the color, I was very happy with it. This is my first time doing (red) mahogany on my hair and I love it so much. I will be using it again. Thank you very much for my product.

I have previously had balayge and I was worried that an at home color would completely wipe away the brightness that those old highlights gave me. But I took a chance and it paid off! Because the formula contains two bottles (one darker for roots and one lighter for ends) I was able to have a truly professional, seamless look!

I was a bit skeptical because when I put the color on it turned so dark. I was afraid it would make my hair dark brown or black. But it turned it the exact medium pearl blonde I have been looking for! The conditioning effect and shine is amazing. Also it worked really fast compared to my store box color. I am thrilled. After the first day, my hair turned out exactly like I wanted it. I wanted my natural dark golden brown to match my eyebrows, with highlights that match my medium golden brown eyes. The end wash really helped blend the roots to the rest of my hair, and the result looked like the sun had naturally lightened my ends. I am a happy camper!

I thought I'd written a review ages ago, but now I see it isn't there.
Just want to say that I am delighted. Not only is the color great, but it is gentle. Usually I have an itchy head the night of coloring - not with this!
Secondly, the customer service is amazing. And the flexibility is brilliant. Not only did I get an adjustment that was totally PERFECT - but - even more amazingly: I was in the UK when my order was due, and they sent it to me in the UK!
Given that I spend a lot of time in the UK, this is beyond great. It means that I can get my color wherever I am.

I pay big bucks at the salon to do my hair and I was scared to do it myself. I love the color and how shiny the hair is. Beautiful color. I still have to learn how to cover the sides where it is gray, I tuck behind my ears and I was afraid to use too much and have stain on my face. It did not have a strong smell. Very easy to use. Very pleased.

I sent my “hair specialist” a message regarding what I wanted for my next order. She responded promptly and gave me some great advice. A couple of weeks later when I received my color, it was exactly what I wanted. I’m excited about my process getting to a lighter shade!

As always I am a skeptic. And now proven wrong. My 16 year old granddaughter applied the solution according to directions. My hair did not dry out or fall out , and my scalp was not irritated. The end result was what I hoped for. I will reorder in a week or so. Happily surprised !!!!! Thankyou !!!

It was easy to use. My hair looked and felt professionally done when I finished. The grey was covered well and like having the tint rinse boost to use when I shampoo . I believe it has helped to make color last a longer time than my salon rinses.

I was a bit sceptical initially but having read reviews thought I would give eSalon a whirl. I absolutely love it. It’s the first time I have done my own colour at home as in the past my mobile hairdresser did it for me. But this was really easy to do and the colour fabulous. It’s not “flat” but brings colour and shine to the hair. I will definitely continue to use eSalon!

I am in my mid-40s and have never colored my hair, I don’t go to get my hair cut or anything. I started getting some grey around my temples and decided I needed to color that only, I love my natural hair color. I was hesitant, did a lot of online research, and decided to try esalon. I just touched up the greys, perfect color, but I was still doubtful it would last. It’s been a few days and it still looks great. Blends in perfectly. Hasn’t dried out my hair or changed the texture in anyway. I would definitely recommend this product.

I took a chance on this and I'm so glad that I did! Having almost 50% grey and resistant to color, but this was just what I was hoping for and it covered my greys 100%. It was as if I was in the salon having a color consult. The colorist nailed it !

I have had my hair cut about 3 times with this stylist and this time, she asked if the red was my natural color. I said no and she was surprised, said it went perfectly with my skin tone. I told her about esalon and she said it was a great price for that color.
