My first colour package was brilliant. Everything included in the box from dye protection cream, wipes, to two pair of gloves. My sister applied the dye(s) for me and it was straightforward when following the instructions. The overall result was impressive - consistent overall colour that could've been done in the salon. I've requested a couple of colour adjustments for my next order but only slight ones - I'm very happy with the outcome and would recommend the eSalon service.

The new formula mixed is by far my favorite. It has covered the bleached bottom portion of my hair and is almost exact to my natural color that you can't even notice my roots growing in!

I went to my regular stylist for a haircut a few months after my regular cut/color appointment. She was shocked to see that I had been coloring my own hair and was totally amazed that it matched my real hair color so perfectly and my hair texture was great!
I also love the fact that I can change the delivery date whenever I choose. I have a special event coming up which falls a few days before my next scheduled delivery. Thankfully, I can change the deliver date so I can get my hair colored right before the event.

I have a lot of hair, its medium length and so so thick. Going to a salon costs me in the $100's. Even coloring at home is difficult because it usually takes more than 1 box of color to do my hair. When I used eSalon, I had a ton of product leftover. It was so nice to not have to worry about running out of dye before my hair was completely coated. My hair has a natural ombre that I've never cared for, I've tried professionals and box dyes and have never been able to get an even color until now. The color blend is perfect, exactly what I was going for. For the first time in my life my roots and ends actually match! I've gotten tons of compliments. The product was packaged so nicely, the instructions were simple, and it didn't take that long to color. I'm honestly just impressed with the whole thing. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I purchased my first order about a year ago and since then had it reformulated with more specific instructions and pictures. My Stylist Angelynn nailed it ! Love my new color, love the quality of it, and the service is simply awesome ! The how-to videos are a great way to follow easy and specific instructions ! One can not ask for more when coloring yourself !

I love this product, Company and everything about them!!! This color was great!!! All colors I have tried cover gray so much better than any other product I have bought or even going to salon!! Its so easy to use, does take a bit of time though!! But I just make it a me day, and do my own nails and facial while I wait!!!

I was so happy with my color results. I was so nervous to try something that I hadn't seen, but the color is beautiful and it has lasted so well that I can hardly tell I have re-growth. I am very pleased with this product and hope it holds up in the future.

I was fortunate that my long-time hair dresser - who understood that I was retiring and needed to save costs - gave me my exact salon formula. I passed this along with my first order and honestly, modestly, my hair looks no different than when I had it done at a salon. In other words, it looked great! And, I found doing my own color was actually FUN! I now feel like I should have done this a long time ago and saved myself a lot of money. And I love doing it when I want - not according to a salon's availability! I'm actually looking forward to doing it again.

I absolutely love my hair color. I had gotten my hair done at the salon from blonde ombre to red and noticed that my roots were starting to come through at week 4/5. I was trying to find different ideas to color my roots without the price tag of a salon and found esalon. I ordered and so glad I did. My color came out exactly like my colorist did and it was refreshed and toned and for 1/5th of the price...LOVE! definitely on reorder and will continue to use this service.

The color blends in perfectly. If you are honest/realistic when looking at the options (you can also send a photo) you can select a color that will match your color. I was trying to match my color to cover grey in the front. Sure beats paying over $100 and this way I can to touch ups more often!

I was so nervous to try this but am glad I did! The color came out so rich and beautiful. It covered great and my hair was so soft. My hair has been blonde awhile and I wanted to go back to my natural dark color, but I have so many grays. My colorist suggested I do it gradually and started me with golden blond. So pretty! Love their honesty and professionalism!

I just got off the phone with my personal colourist, Berenz, who was calling from Colorado (I live in Canada) to discuss my hair colour. Normally I don't give input or review on products or services, but I knew I had to after finishing a conversation with her.
The level of care and consideration is legitimate and incredible. I was terrified of doing my own colour after being pampered my excellent hairstylist. My personal budge prevented me from continuing this pampering but eSalon is just as good and give you all the tools necessary to have awesome hair.
Berenz always takes my input and works with me to make the best colour possible. Thank you so much!

Was really anxious about ordering and coloring my hair on my own. I let it sit in the box for a couple of weeks before I got my nerve up and colored my hair. I've been using these products for many years (when it first started, ad on cable channel) and love them! The added products (HeartLockIt shampoo, Love Unconditionally conditioner) have restored my hair health! I am so grateful! Living in a rural area, dry climate, well water (minerals) and using commercial products just annihilated my hair (long, wavy). I was distressed (no pun intended)! Then came E-Salon and saved me! The color's terrific for me, I get many compliments, and it's fairly easy to do (even with my hair length). It lasts, doesn't fade, and is worth every penny paid for it! THANK YOU E-Salon!!!!

I asked eSalon to change my color as I found it to be too dark right after coloring. They adjusted per my comments (teeny weeny lighter) and I absolutely LOVE IT!! It looks so natural it looks like I didn't even color it at all. Again I LOVE IT!!

I have 4 children and a full time job, eSalon is saving me time AND money! Instead of waiting for an appointment, taking off of work for 3 hours, and spending $75, I am now consistently coloring my grays every 4 weeks, which only takes an hour to do, AND spending a fraction of the cost (which I am now spending on the awesome Heart Lock It shampoo and conditioner) TOTAL COST for color and shampoo and conditioner = $44! AMAZING!

Found the perfect color, It lasts a long time and does not ruin my hair. eSalon worked with me to make sure that the color was exactly what I wanted. Great customer service. I cannot wait until the Highlight Kit is available. I would also like to see a little Root-Touch Up kit available...... Great company!

Was dubious as to what to expect but was prepared to give this a shot, couldn’t be happier for the price and ease of use. I have always home-coloured and despite the two step it was a simple easy to use process without spending 3 hours in a salon. Will definitely use again and have my next order in my basket ☺️

I absolutely love the color. I use Wen Cleansing Conditioner on a regular basis, so the conditioner that came along with the color made my hair feel gummy.(Otherwise my rating would've been 5 stars) Everything else was perfect.

I have been using eSalon for a couple of years now. I am mostly grey, natural color being blonde. I swear by this product 110%. I’m very picky and work in an environment where you need to look your best. I have to color between 4-6 weeks and have my daughter help me or I will color. It’s convenient, fast and easy. You must take a clear pic of your hair for the colorist to see, I believe it’s crucial. I’d say have your hairdresser take the shot due to the lighting in the shop. I was in the hair chair getting a haircut and had numerous people ask me about my color while watching my blowout. I felt like a movie star! LOL. GIVE THIS A CHANCE!! If you properly take the photos and describe what you want, they really do their best to get you to the color you want. I also use the Tinted Love, it cuts the brassy look out.

I don't go to the hairdressers/salon - ever. I cut and style my own hair and I use shop bought dyes, but I was tired of spending money on colour strippers and new dyes because the colour wasn't quite what I expected it to be or it came out too dark, etc. I am so impressed with my new custom colour from eSalon, it is exactly what I wanted. It has added depth and warmth to my hair whilst being subtle - I will be ordering again!

For the last six months, I would pull up the eSalon website and start to fill it out, and then never submit it. Recently I made my first purchase. I very glad I did. The color that was suggested for me is just what I envisioned. The support team is fantastic. I had a few questions and they were answered clearly and politely. The product it self is easy to use and the instruction guide and all the small accessorizes, such as the time made me feel like I was at a salon.

I love my hair after using the Dark Brown eSalon colour made especially for me. My hair looks soft, silky and richly Brown. The curls look healthy and have that much-needed bounce. All my greys have disappeared, Goodbye Greys, hello delicious Brown.
