I love my red hair but keeping it up in the salon was time consuming and expensive. I love how my product is delivered to my house when I need it and at a price I can afford. I have had them adjust the color a few times and they have always gotten it spot on and gorgeous. Love this product and this company.

My color was exactly what I wanted and then some!!! My colorist exceeded expectations and I felt like a person with my custom color! I was initially worried about coloring my own hair, but the directions were easy to follow and specific enough for hair color newbies like me to get through it, no problem!!

My first shipment of coloring was too bland and didn't have enough gold to make my hair strawberry blonde, it just looked reddish brown, but I wrote to the colorist and suggested the changes and VOILA, my hair looks natural and has depth. THANK YOU!

Seriously amazed! I’ve been using the box root touch up for years, mostly because I think it’s ridiculous to pay the same amount for a full color just to get my roots done at the salon. I happened to see something about eSalon in a magazine and decided to try. I was very nervous, I will admit. I got my first box and thought the color might be a little too dark. I sent them some other pictures of my hair and told them the color my stylist used, so they easily adjusted my color and sent me another box for free. I also bought the color kit with the cape, clips, brush and bowl. I watched the videos on the site to see how to section my hair for the roots. I’m basically doing everything they do in the salon at home. I especially like that there’s a time in the process to put the color all over to blend everything together. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair! I’m so happy! Thank you eSalon!

Last time I dyed my hair was when I was in the college...so I was nervous doing it alone, but it turned out not messy at all, on my hair & bathroom! I loved the color eSalon made for me for the first time 💟 It was natural dark brown with a hue of red/mahogany, covered my gray beautifully, and the amazing conditioner left my hair silkier than before coloring. Hope the color stays well & I'll definitely try again.

I failed to submit a review when I initially used the product, so here it is: I received so many compliments from everyone with all of them asking where I got my hair done. And for me that says a lot as I had in the past would stay with one hairstylist for ever it seemed. Love! Love! Love!

My hair was dyed previously to ordering this with the roots showing a good couple inches. I was nervous but it actually turned out pretty cute. Has a natural ombre look :)

I have been going to the local hairdressers probably twice a year for a colour, at a very expensive £90.
I am so pleased with the colour the colourist made up, it has covered all my greys (I'm 48) the colours is so perfect for me & so glossy too.
I will be a customer now for as long as you are in business!

Beautiful and rich color. Not like your run of the mill store bought type, either. This is the real stuff. It's like being in the salon but way cheaper and you are at home. The directions are so easy and not overwhelming. Someone that has never colored their own hair could understand these simple instructions. The color was beautiful and it has not faded whatsoever! 1 month and it still looks like the day I colored it. Excellent service, too. Shipping was quick and if you want your color adjusted, that is really simple to do as well. So glad I tried this! On auto ship and awaiting my next order. Love it!

This product is so much better than buying the box ones at the store! My hair feels and looks very good! The kit is terrific and has everything you could ever need. Two pairs of gloves was helpful. I get compliments all the time about my color.
No one would guess that was NOT from a salon.

Not only is my custom color perfect, my hair is so shiny and soft after using the color, shampoo and conditioner. The price is very reasonable, I can order my color whenever I need and the delivery is really fast, but my favorite thing is the fact that this product is cruelty free.

What I like best about eSalon color is that it doesn't fade over the 6 weeks between treatments. I can do a hair color after I get a hair cut, and no one notices a change in color, much different from when I used the Supermarket brands. And it also leaves my hair in a more shiny condition. I’m so glad I came across eSalon! I used to spend tons of money and (worst of all) time at salons and I would end up unhappy. I’ve done eSalon twice now and I love how it’s so easy, not messy, great instructions and wonderful color! My hair is healthy and shiny. Love it!!!

THIS is the best color that I've used! It lasts a long time, my hair does not break or get split ends and I recommend this to everyone. I use the shampoo and conditioners and I get compliments on my hair all the time.

The color I originally picked out (intense blonde red) was too bright for me, so I called customer service and not only did they send me an entirely new color free of charge, but they threw in a $15 hair repair mask (because I had to strip the red out) for free, and even shipped it at no charge. I have recommended this service to my friends and will DEFINITELY order again. I love my new color too (medium blonde).

This hair dye has an amazing color. It’s exactly what I wanted. Even when going to the salon, stylist could never get my color right. It’s absolutely incredible how an online salon can get the perfect color match with only a photo and a few questions to answer.

Boy, was I wrong. I first did a strand test because I was sure that the color would be way off. How could you possibly match my color from a photo and questions I answered. When I saw the result of the strand test I was very surprised at how well it looked, so I dove in and did all my roots. WOW, it turned out fabulous. I few days later I went to my stylist for a cut (she has been coloring my hair for about three years and I needed to cut down on cost) and she also couldn't believe how well the color matched and what a good job I did of getting all the grey. She had never heard of esalon, but I'm sure she is looking into it. Thank you so much for helping me.

I have bought various home dye kits from the high street and none have ever left my hair feeling this good. They've created my perfect colour, and although i was a bit daunted at first, it was really easy and beautifully presented. Will now only use this!

I love the quality of the color as it does make my hair shiney etc...but would like to add a smidge more of red...just a little more but not too much. Still want it to look somewhat natural. Like a chestnut brown...medium brown with a touch of red...

It was a bit darker than I have been used to but most everyone loves it! Took me awhile to get used to it. I think I would like to try to go a bit lighter. But all said and done, I do love the color and the lasting effect. It's well worth it's cost.

I have been using this hair color for over a year and I absolutely love it!!! My hair is soft and manageable with lots of body. I refuse to pay salon prices but "box color" only lasts a week or so. This color covers my gray and lasts until I am ready to color again. I highly recommend this product!!!!

Switching from the salon to doing this myself, I was really nervous. I like how the color does still have some dimension even though it is one color. In the past, I always had color and highlights. I was hesitant to go to one color but due all of the gray I have, my salon color was getting pricey and time consuming to keep up with. I am happy with esalon so far.
