As a true born natural red head as the aging process kicks in it has lightened my hair to a strawberry blond. I decided to try the E-Salon product and highly recommend this to any natural red head. It is very natural looking and does not look like a cheap product on your hair. My hair was so soft and due to the wonderful product I only have to color my hair once a year, usually at summers end when the sun has bleached it.

This color is AWESOME! I went to a new hair dresser shortly after coloring me hair, and she said she LOVED my hair color ... that it was such a rich, chestnut brown. I thanked her, and said I just did it myself. She was so surprised ... she thought it was my natural color. :)

I've been using this product for 3 years and I get great coverage & color. I do love the pampering of having someone else do it, but I moved away from my favorite hair colorist, and now with eSalon hair color I can do it myself at my own convenience and still get great color results.

I absolutely love my stylist. On my first order, although it was the color I ordered, my preference was to add a touch of red as I felt like I had that "mousy" color. I have always had my medium long hair colored in a salon. However, I thought I'd give this a go after seeing the ads on Facebook. I read the instructions FIRST, followed the steps verbatim (and with a glass of Cabernet... )
The color is absolutely spot-on. The process makes sense and not only that, my hair is glossy, easy to comb, bouncy and the grey roots are hidden, perfectly blended to the crown and length. For one who has never colored her hair at home, I am a true believer. All I say again is read the instructions, go step by step..... I love my hair, it looks prettier than ever and at a lesser expense for maintenance. Very pleased!

In my hair days, I have gone from monthly salon visits spending untold amounts to grocery store box color. With life changes came checkbook changes for this girl. The hair colour that was tailored to my preferences and needs was excellent - the best hair colour I have tried yet, and the colour was just about what I wanted. The brilliant thing is it can be adjusted until I am happy with my colour. Great price too! I will never be buying any other colour again other than this, very pleased with it.

Very happy with eSalon. They are always listening to what you have to say to make your color exactly what you expect. They make adjustments as you request. They give you plenty of notice before sending your product out and make adjustments if needed. They send emails to make sure you are happy. My hair color has been exactly what I wanted because they made adjustments to get it there. Customer service is superb!!!! Would like to see the solution a little thicker other than that this is the best product I have ever used!!!

I have really stubborn gray hair right above my ears. Every time I colored my hair, a few times at home but mostly in a salon, the gray would come back. I'm talking about 1 to 2 weeks later. Finally, through eSalon, I've found a product that works.

I love the ease of eSalon. My daughter actually applies the color and straightens my hair, as I have course hair. She was very surprised at the quality and instructions. The packaging and presentation is beautiful. It's so easy to follow! I've made one adjustment to my hair color and it came out amazing! Every time my daughter does my hair, I look and feel as if I've come out of an actual salon. The color lasts a lot longer as well. I usually need to touch up every 4 weeks but with eSalon, I go every 8 weeks. InLOVE with eSalon!!!!!

I am in love! The custom colour has helped me look much more natural and has taken out a lot of my ginger colouring which was due to an old bleach job that went wrong. It's fantastic that my roots and ends are now the same colour and I haven't experienced any adverse side effects (breakage, dark or light patches, fading, itching) like I did from drugstore colours because this is specially made for me and my hair type. 100% yes!!!

This is my first time using esalon and I could not be happier. The color mix for me was exactly what I wanted, not to gold and not to red, a very rich looking brown 😊 The process of coloring my hair was very easy and the directions straight forward. I also love how the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling silky soft, with body and shine. I will use esalon for my hair color products from now on!

I have used your hair color at least 3 times by now. Since using it, I've noticed that my hair is more manageable, and the color lasts longer than having it colored at a salon. I was so nervous I washed it off 10 minutes early because it looked so dark. Then I saw the color and was THRILLED, I could have left it on that extra 10 minutes. I love love love this product. I will never go back to the Salon to break my roots "they call it here in Boston"=$100. I have found the secret thanks to Allure Magazine. I am recommending this to all my sisters in the sisterhood, stop throwing your hard earned money away on hair color just to cover the grays. Where do I even start?...OK, well I'll start by how I decided to try Esalon...it was by all of the other excellent reviews I had read about it! And, here I am writing mine! - If my review can help another girl like me, who was struggling to find the perfect at home color, that was not brassy, that was easy to apply, and was affordable then, please take my word when I tell you - this is it! - The process of finding my color was so smooth, working with the website and color specialist was a breeze. Shipping was fast, the cost blew me away, to think of how much money I had sent at high end salons (at about $200 +) per visit, and to get even better results with Esalon, I was in my glory. The kit literally inludes everything you need to get the best results - although I did purchase a few more items (ie: the mixing bowl, timer, hair clips, ect.) You really don't NEED those add ons but i found them extremely helpful during my application process. Over all, Esalon has made this whole process so personal and custom to my (and yours) order and instructions. I cannot rave enough about how happy I am and how much I look forward to continuing my services through Esalon. Thank you all so much for the product I had been on a quest for for years now. - Esalon, you nailed it!

eSalon has been my go to for years, I never let anyone else formulate my hair! I love that it's truly custom colour, with off-the-shelf pricing. The colourists have always been incredibly amenable to changing things to find the perfect formula, and the company reminds me my colour is coming, right when I start to think about it needing to be refreshed!

My hair color I LOVE. My wallet loves it too. I used to spend salon money towards color and a cut at an "okay" salon and have an "okay outcome". Now I get my color from esalon and go to a high end salon for my haircut. I spend less too! My hairs never looked healthier. LOVE it.

I have a definite full head of dark brown hair and unfortunately gray/white hair made it into my life in my late 20’s. This color covers perfect and they match my hair so well. I love that I’m given everything I need so I can do my own hair instead of spending so much money to go to the salon!

I started using this product about six months ago and so far I have been impressed with the results. I have Keratin treatments twice a year on top of this and regular haircuts to keep my hair in great condition. Even men comment on how lovely my hair looks. Now that's saying something.....

Since I found eSalon and got my first wonderful color, I have used no other. The deep, vibrant color mixed to suit my coloring comes out rich and is really full coverage! I don’t ever want to go to buy hair dye again! This color was perfect and everything I wanted! It still has my dark almost black color look but my favorite shine of purple when in light or sun. I’ve never been happier! This is worth it, especially since it gets delivered and you never really gotta think about it for when you are ready to color again, plus you can customize more for your liking!
