As mother of 5 kids. It was hard to find time to run to the salon or store when my grays started to show. The delivery service is super convenient for me. As far as color it was okay at first. But my colorists was able to adjust to what I wanted. This product was really easy to use. Smells great!!! The shampoo and conditioner is awesome. I was extremely happy to find it there shampoo and conditioner was SULFATE FREE :) I would recommend their service to anyone. It's worth it.

My colorist nailed it! I couldn't be more pleased. I haven't received any comments from others; I feel good about how it looks! I'm no longer trying to work in an appointment when my work schedule takes me out of town.

I was a little apprehensive at first, but as I compled each step I was more and more confident with my decision to try an new brand and color. The color came out looking very healthy and natural. I got lots of compliments afterwards!

I really like having the ability to color my hair at 10pm if I need to and not spending a couple of hours at the salon. Add to that the great color, gray coverage and the low price and I am extremely happy with eSalon!

Tried esalon on a whim because I just couldn't find the exact color I was looking for. My work has very strict guidelines on hair color and it has to be JUST RIGHT. My first order, I fell in love, but it was the orders after that where I truly became a convert. I asked for small tweaks to my color and they were awesome, getting it to the point where I actually said, "it's PERFECT!" after my last color. Don't get me wrong, it was great the first time, but great wasn't good enough for esalon. I also love that they give you TWO pairs of gloves so you can take off the dirty ones while you wait for the color to set. It's the little things in life- and esalon makes sure that all the little things are right.

Very natural color doesn't fade for me, I stick to doing roots and it matches my hair , Grey's are well covered, so much easier I used to mix two different colors and I'd always have to go to the store and sometimes I would be out of one and not the other or etcetera etcetera now I get it through the mail it matches so far my hair is in good shape the more I use it I will see if it continues to be as nice as it seems if so very satisfied I am now buying my girlfriend one for her hair color which is opposite color of mine and hopefully it will do well for her she has a problem with fading she doesn't always use the best of shampoos and she likes to keep the color for some reason Hurst fades no matter what she uses I believe it's because she has natural read that tries to breakthrough which looks very pretty but she likes it just a dark so we shall see I am satisfied definitely

I really liked how easy it was from selecting your color to application. My goal was to cover grey hair & match my natural color. Worked beautifully. The only thing I noticed was that it did not last that long. Within 2 weeks I could see some of the grey, not the roots, but throughout the length of my hair. Overall I am pleased with the product & will try again.

My first kit did not cover the gray roots so I contacted the company and they sent another kit free of charge. The second kit was a different formula to cover my grey and it worked out great! I love the color and the coverage. Instructions were complete and the whole process was surprisingly simple. I will use them again.

This is the first time using esalon. I had already placed my order when I came across so many negative comments. I was beginning to think I had wasted my time and money. I did my color today and I love it! My hair is soft and has a shine. The old highlights and gray are covered, and the color is I had expected.

Aged 44 with a few greys at my temples I was happy to never colour my hair but was persuaded by your page to try. Wonderful product, easy to use, I'm such a novice but result was an even rich dark brown, no greys, felt so good to see the new me, demi-permanent so can see how I feel in a few weeks!!

I was a little skeptical ordering hair dye online at first but I decided to give it a try and I am so happy I did. Everything about eSalon surpassed my expectations. I was most impressed when my box came and how custom everything was. The color turned out exactly how I wanted it to and my hair still feels incredible. I don't know how they make their money because the value in the box was way more than I paid for. I will be purchasing from eSalon again!

This product gives total gray coverage! It has given me freedom from going to the salon every 3 weeks on top of saving me money!
However I do use Pureology hydrate shampoo & conditioner due to I am 54 years old and having very long hair to my waist, I feel it works best for me.
Customer service is and has alway been five stars.

I hadn't personally colored my hair in years; the past 7-8 years I had only gone to a stylist. I was a little hesitant, but eSalon had gotten very good reviews. The product was easy to use. My husband was a champ to help me. He did great. The hair color REALLY matched my hair. I had selected one color while the consultant had suggested a slightly different color. The consultant was correct. It looked very good and has lasted very well. It has been 9 weeks.

Love, Love, Love this service. Don't get me wrong, I love my hairdresser, but I don't love the prices they charge for something I can do myself. I have long hair and get charged more even if it is just the roots they are doing and eSalon and its products have allowed for me to do my own with a top quality product. thank you for this great product and service.

I love this hair color! I was slightly confused by the two bottles I received, but when I read through the instructions, it made perfect sense: 1 bottle for my grays, and 1 bottle for the rest of my hair. The bottle for my gray hair was slightly darker than the bottle for my rest of my hair; that way, it all blended together perfectly. No more two-tone hair! Easy to apply, no harsh smell, and my color looks amazing! I will so purchase again!

My natural hair color is dark brown but has always been dull. My custom color is a deep dark brown with a mahogany shade mixed in. It's is soft, shiny, covers all of my stubborn greys & outlasts any color I have ever tried. I love it!

I absolutely love having the ability to pick and choose what hair color I want and having a team of colorist at my fingertips to ask questions. I've been coloring my hair for 15 years or so using off the shelf but respectable brands and the color was NEVER consistent. It seemed like the luck of the draw sometimes. I have been using esalon for several months and the color is exactly what I wanted. I sent a picture and then initially chose a color that the esalon advisor thought was darker than I wanted based on the picture I sent. She was right and the color I get each time is perfect. The results are consistent, it's easy to use, it always comes on time, and it does not damage my hair. In fact, I think my hair looks healthy, shiny and young!

Went to stylist in NJ for years. When I moved to GA she gave me my formula. eSalon was able to match her formula on the first try. No one noticed the difference.
Covers my mostly white hair perfectly, and the shampoo and conditioner they send along with the kit are exceptional.
I get my hair professionally cut now. But I won't waste my time getting it colored. I can do it at home and not waste my time hanging in a salon waiting for my color to take.

I live in an area where salons are very, very expensive. I just cannot go to a salon to have my hair colored/brightened/grays covered every couple of months. I am so happy to have found esalon. As the seasons change, I just let them know what small adjustment to make to my color and it comes out perfectly every time.

This is the second time I have used this custom hair color. It is freaking amazing! It covers up my grey hair which is framing my face (of course) and blends in perfectly with my natural red hair color. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find a perfect match to my red hair? This is an amazing product, and is 90% less money than when I used to go to a salon. Everyone who knows how to shampoo their own hair can do this! Try it! You definitely won't be disappointed!!
