The color was exactly what I wanted it to be. It was perfect and looked amazing. Additionally, it faded really beautifully so that my hair looks natural and not like a faded dye job. I was really happy with the custom color and will definitely order it again.

This is such a great hair color!! It keeps my hair soft and it the color smells good after I wash it unlike all hair dyes I have used in the past. My husband used to complain of the smell of the dyes I used, but this one doesn't bother him at all. I was one to buy hair dye from the grocery store trying to save money instead of going to salons since I have to color every 3-4 weeks. I won't go back to that idea anymore since Esalon dye is awesome!! High quality dye that stays in very well!! I am very happy I have tried this and the auto shipment has been very nice to receive in the mail. I like how they will adjust the color anytime you would like to also.

This is the best colouring system I've ever experienced. The coverage and personalization is the best. The shampoo and conditioner used after the colouring treatment is wonderful as well! My hair doesn't smell like it just got coloured and it is super soft and shiny...I have naturally coarse hair but e-salon changed that for me! I get many, many compliments!

I have been coloring my hair with a brand box hair color for years and the problem I always have is the color would never be the shade that I wanted. With eSalon it was perfect!!, I know that may sound crazy but really it was the perfect color the FIRST time!! So happy!!

I have used Natural Instincts hair color for 20 years I thought I would never find another hair dye, I would like as much. I tried Esalon and I will never change my hair preference again. I am so happy with my custom hair color if I ever want a change all I have to do is ask.I am so pleased with this company. I definitely highly recommend trying. Thank you Esalon

It is a great colour overall. After the first try I had the colour worked on for better grey coverage and it works well now. My hair is very shiny and I haven't noticed any chemical damage so I'd have to say I'm a happy camper. Just the grey thing is why I'm giving four out of five.

Just used my esalon hair color for the first time. Color was great and the gray coverage was as good or better than salon dyes. I used to color my own hair with drug store hair coloring, but the roots never came out well, so I started going back to the salon. No more! I'm happy to color my own hair on my schedule, and it doesn't take as long as a salon coloring.

Custom Hair Color really is made for me! At first I was very skeptical! I had 3 boxes at home before my friend colored my hair for me and then when I was ready for the second, it was so easy and I think I did a better job than my friend!!!! It's really that easy and definitely a 1, 2, 3 and you're done! No waiting for 3 hours at the hair salon and I save more than 60.00. I really am hooked!!! Thanks again eSalon. I've dyed my hair for close to 15 years now. I never knew there was a noticeable difference in store bought dye. Well let me tell you, there is! The first time I tried eSalon was like magic. I chose the color I want and you can add to the color like red or blonde. When I saw my hair dry after dying my hair, it looked like I had been to a salon. There is such a difference to store bought. I will never go back to store bought hair dye. And eSalon is not expensive at all! It's cheaper than going to a salon and spending 100 dollars. I love what this does to my hair! Thank you eSalon!

Everyone tells me they love my color, then they ask me who does it! They can't believe it when I say "I did it"! Needed a trim and the stylist asked me who does my color, when I told her, she said "are they trying to put us out of business"! Then she said I'm doing a great job and the color is perfect!

i am so happy with your product , i usually just use boxed dye from the drugstore but i will never go back to it,i did like the colour but wanted to change it a bit and contacted your customer service and they helped me out with a new coulour and i was so impressed with the service ,i would highly recommened to anyone to use e-salon ty for everything and i cannot wait until my next shipment . linda b

Thank you for putting together a nice color. It was not that harsh black , but had hints of auburn as well with a nice soft black, It worked out great! My hair was also very smooth and shiny.

I always have people ask me who is my colorist and they are always shocked when i tell them I do it my self with a custom blended color from esalon. Makes me happy to have such great color and spend a fraction of what other people spend.

Absolutely vibrant beautiful colors. It is a completely different experience than traditional hair color. I use a dark color over my natural blonde and the deposit color leaves my hair happy and healthy. 💗💗💗💗

Color was perfect. Even my hair stylist stated that the color looked good on me. I'm lazy so I just bring my color kit to my stylist & she puts in the color for me. My hair looks more shiny & healthy looking since I started using this color kit. U should try it.

I just used my esalon color for the first time and its fabulous. Totally covered my grey and it looks natural and beautiful. My hair color looks professionally done. So happy! I was so over the boxed color and was going to go back to salon but dreaded the time and cost! This is awesome. Hope that my second color goes as well.

I am on my 9th order and the color quality is great..... I was having to go to the salon every 3 weeks because my hair grows so fast. Getting my color from eSalon has changed all that. I now do a touch up every 3 weeks and an all over every 6 weeks and I believe the color is BETTER than what my hairdresser was doing. How do I know, I get compliments ALL the time. NO ONE ever seems my roots because I can choose when I color my hair and not have to wait for an appointment. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I have red hair and have always had to find someone with a beauticians license to be able to purchase quality hair color and now I don't. I've been doing my own color for a long time and never been this happy with a product. I got just enough red blended with my brown for my custom color. The product is easy to mix and apply from the bottle. A great shampoo and conditioner are included, along with gloves, AND product to prevent and remove color from your skin. Pretty darn awesome. I plan to be a customer for a long time.

My color was excellent! I'm not able to afford salon coloring right now but this is the next best thing. I have mostly gray hair that I have been having professionally colored for several years(did the box color from the drug store before that) and this comes very very close to what my most recent and excellent colorist has been doing for me. Very relieved to have this option until finances are looking up again. Thank you Courtney!

I have been coloring my hair for years, both at home and in the salon, and this is the BEST! Very impressed with how it actually covers my grays! eSalon hair color is so easy to use it's inexpensive you can find your perfect shade I love it I absolutely love it my hair is soft. I have been using this product for over a year and I will continue to use it. If you are on the fence and thinking about changing hair colors I suggest to just give it a try it will be well worth it and you will be very happy with it

I love the way my hair turned out. I have lots of gray, I mean lots, not just a few here and there, a lot. But for some reason only the front half of my head has gray none in the back. Having dark hair naturally, gray REALLY stands out, it looks like I have bald spots where the gray is. Store bought permanent hair color never lasted, 2 weeks and my gray was back. This I love, almost 3 months before my gray shows. I absolutely love not seeing gray hair. Thanks you tons.

I love my color. The kit came in with everything I would need. For the first time in years I have finally found a color that most matches my original color, covering my gray hair. The color lasted longer than the previous well know brand I was using. I recommend these products.

I am not a hair color expert, but the store colors would always come out wrong and fried my hair. This product was easy to use and didn't hurt my hair as much. Plus got GREAT recommendations from the hair stylist that have helped with other hair related issues. Great experience. Easy to use, and very responsive to emails.

I like having it shipped directly to me. The color is great and last longer than what you can buy at the beauty supply stores. It is a thicker formula and does take a bit of effort to rinse out. But if you don't mind taking some extra time to wash it out of your hair, I think you will like the results.

You guys have done it again! My color came out beautiful! I have more than enough color to cover my extremely thick hair, the color blended perfectly from roots to ends, gray coverage is impeccable and the shade of red is exactly what I wanted! I have gotten so many compliments! I absolutely love eSalon and would recommend it to anyone!

This was my first eSalon order and I am very pleased with the outcome, the color is beautiful and I am finally able to get my temple greys colored! I like how the hair coloring process was so tailored to my needs and the instructions could not have been simpler. I ordered the dray shampoo also and use it on days that I need an extra boost of volume after a workout or long day.

I've been drudgingly going to the salon every 5 weeks paying any where from $90 for just color to $140 for color and cut. I hate sitting there for 2-2 1/2 hours. My color is tough to get right, always goes orange at first until the stylist tweaks it. Thank you eSalon this is the best news I've had in months. You got it right the first time with my custom color, delivered to my doorstep for a reasonable price! YAY!

Turned out fantastic! I always have trouble with boxed blond hair dye as it is so harsh on hair and never holds. It covered the grays and kept my highlights in. My hair was very stiff and sticky after I dried it so I had to rinse again and then my hair was soft and smooth. I did not give 5 stars only because I want to make sure it holds the color for more than a couple of days.

Covers grays well and for a long time. I like that the new color blends with the old color. I also like that I can get consistent color and don't have to make a salon appointment months in advance and spend a lot of time and money at a salon. I get to do my color on my own time, which works for my busy schedule.
