For this first time I had to do the color all over. It is a bit difficult to shampoo out but my hair is very shiny after the second day and a few good shampoos. Love the color!

The colour came quickly considering I am in the UK. It came in a lovely box with all I needed to get started. The instructions are easy to follow and the colour is easy to apply.
The smell is a bit strong, so use a ventilated area to apply. I had no itching while the colour was developing which is always a good thing.
After the rinse, the wash and the conditioning I couldn't tell what my colour would be like, but I was very happy with the results. The colour had blended perfectly with my hair colour, my roots were totally gone along with all those stubborn greys.
I will be ordering again

ESalon has found the greatest formula! With every other hair color I've tried, my grays appeared within two weeks and gradually became more noticeable until I really needed to color again. I just received notice of my second shipment from eSalon and I'm barely becoming aware of the grays.
I also haven't had any more redness in my hair than naturally occurs. Thanks, color is perfect!

I was so tired of the "flat, blah, blah, blah" colors offered from store bought, O.T.C. hair colors. My husband does all the coloring for my hair, he too had been fed up...Until I discovered esalon, I hadn't used haircolor in nearly 5 years. Recently I was getting my hair trimmed and the stylist remarked how beautiful my "natural" my hair color was/is...I smirked and told her that I had, in fact, colored my hair, using esalon's hair color, as well as esalon's hair products. My hair had turned strawberry/orange tinted blonde??? from a hair loss shampoo! My stylist worked magic and rectified the order quickly, and sent out a new package, which I absolutely loved! Unfortunately, I'm turning grayer, and grayer as I've just turned 60. I'm also sufferring from hair loss due to illness.

This hair color is the best. I especially like that it does not have an overpowering smell of dye and there is no color running. There is plenty of product to cover even very thick hair like I have. Having your color made especially for you is a lot cheaper than going to a salon. As an ex hairdresser I fully love these products.

This is a fine product and much easier than trying to pick a color out at the store. It is certainly less expensive than going to the salon. It smells better than most, the product comes with everything needed for good results. I'll continue to purchase until I decide to grow gray.

I've used many store bought hair coloring kits that left me with satisfactory results. Although hesitate about ordering hair color online, I wanted to compare the longevity of the coloring results to the other brands I used in the past. I was impressed with the arrival of my hair coloring kit package. It was beautifully and carefully prepared and had easy to follow personalized instructions. Due to the thickness and length of my hair, it took longer than the recommended time to apply. However, the color balance and hues of my ends far exceeded my expectations. It has been two weeks since I colored my hair and there are no signs of gray strands peeking through along my hair line. With other products I tried, the gray would reappear several days after coloring. So, without a doubt, my personalized colorist prepared a quality product that I am pleased with and will continue to use. Thanks eSalon!

I have been very happy with this hair color product. I find it gentle, and mild fragrance is good also. I have alot of grey roots so my schedule has been arriving perfectly for me. I only wish the renewal shampoo lathered and cleaned a little better my hair feels heavy after I use it. So I use another brand that strips my color off sooner. However, I love the color conditioner,

My hair is totally gray and the salon was foiling it to a medium golden blonde. This color is better than what I was getting at the salon - and at a 75% less cost. My hair feels better conditioned and is certainly less frizzy using your shampoo and conditioner. Kit was easy to use and the instructions were very clear. I am beyond totally happy. Will certainly reorder.

I was skeptical at first, but I have been looking for ways to save money and decided to try this versus going to the salon. The process was super easy and I loved the instruction card and extra care they send you with the dye. After I finished the process and dried my hair, I was so amazed! This looked better than most of the times I had my hair professionally dyed - and for 3/4 cheaper! I will keep using this product.

My hair stylist has told me that this color is perfect! It has been perfectly formulated for me, the color is bright and multi-dimensional, with depth and body, and offers complete grey coverage. She did not believe it was not done by a professional in a salon. I am very happy with this product.

So glad I found this site!!! I had highlighted my hair sometime ago. I grew tired of the highlights and wanted to dye my hair back to original color (which is more of a medium ash brown). I picked out a light ash brown to go over my highlights. Somehow my highlights became a bit less obvious, but my hair as a whole became lighter. More like a light coppery brown. I hated it. My black eyebrows no longer matched by hair at all. I just used my custom colour last night and am thrilled. There's still a tinge of red to my hair (have purchase the red colour corrector and will use than soon), but my hair is back to a deeper brown that's far more natural. My eyebrows are happy again.
My hair is really soft, and no strange chemical smells to it. So glad to have found eSalon!!!!!

I am extremely happy with the results of my first eSalon hair coloring experience. The kit came with generous supplies of all needed items and excellent and clear instructions. I love that I no longer have to go to the drug store and try to figure out what color my hair is ... and what color I want it to be. I now have eSalon tweek my color so it's the perfect shade every time. I moved to a new area and desperately missed my stylist/colorist. I went to 2 nearby professional salons and one was too dark and the other was too light. I tried esalon after getting a recommendation from some friends and the color was EXACTLY right. I was so happy that an online color service could be so on point that I'm no longer going to a salon except for a hair cut. The packaging and instructions were very nicely presented and clear. I was a little nervous to choose a color online but the process was easy and the reps at eSalon did a great job selecting my color. My scalp is sensitive to chemicals but I had no issues with this product. The instructions were personalized, detailed and easy to follow. I love how eSalon thought of everything you would need to color your hair, including a one-application shampoo and conditioner. I would recommend eSalon to everyone!

The very first batch of color Perfectly matched my natural blond, and when the sun hits my hair, even a bit of my natural streaks show, too! I really love the color, and it is the first time I feel like I am - restoring - my hair to it's natural color, rather than actually 'coloring' my hair!

My coloring didn't go well this time, however; my daughter did it for me, and she'd never colored hair before (she didn't quite do it right, so it's not the color's fault;) I've already placed an order for August 12, a few weeks earlier; I'll have my Mom do it for me next time, otherwise, I absolutely love this product!!

I am very thankful that eSalon sent me a lighter color based on my profile/picture since the color I originally chose would have been way to dark. The color that eSalon chose for me was darker than what my hair was at the time of my order but wasn't outrageously dark (which my color would have been if they hadn't suggested the color they sent). I've received many compliments on the rich color of my hair and my hair actually feels healthier after using the conditioner that was provided!

Very pleased with my eSalon colours so far. Covers all my greys and lasts through til my next hair appointment. Leaves my hair feeling lovely and soft and without the pungent smell some other colours leave behind. Not completely happy with my shade yet but very happy with how helpful my colourist is in trying to adjust my shade to suit me.

I used to comb 3 or 4 stores to get the box color I wanted and sometimes, I just couldn't find it! For $20, my perfect color now comes to ME. My hair is healthy and shiny, and I can change it any time I like, altering a little or a lot. I can determine how often I get it too. LOVE it, it's perfect!

This was the perfect color and was spot on to what I requested! Thank you. I have used eSalon for a while now and it has always been great, but I haven't been able to put my finger on the exact color I wanted until now. Not my stylist's fault, but they have certainly helped me figure out what shade to go to and how to perfect it!

I love my color! My husband and family love it! I get compliments every time I go out and people tell me they love my color and are shocked to find it is colored, but when they find out they want to know who did it. People are even more shocked to find out I order it online, do it myself, it's so affordable and only takes me an hour start to finish including blow dry and style!

I have been using my color now three times and I really like that I can go longer in between treatments. With the product I used before four weeks was the longest I could go, with eSalon I can go six weeks and it fades evenly. When I ordered the color I asked for a strawberry blond but I didn't want a pink scalp. I don't get a pink scalp and the color is great.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy this was to do and how nice the color looked. It was almost what I was looking for, I have asked to tweak the color a little less dark and a little more red. Looking forward to the next shipment in August!

Gentle, no harsh or brassy tone. Hair in better condition since switching 3 months ago to esalon. Easy to use and it it automatically mailed to my address at the time interval of my choice to I don't wake up one day and see an inch of roots staring back at me! Definately recommend!

I tried e-salon for the first time and I love it! I sent in a picture of myself and the experts suggested a different color based on my skin tone and they were spot on! They have great customer service and respond very quickly to your emails. I had a little trouble doing it by myself since I can't see behind me but it turned out great anyway. Suggest you try this product, I don't think you will regret it!!
