This product leaves my hair very soft and shiny. When used regularly, I don't have nearly the trouble with frizz as usual, even in the humidity of summer in The South. The color experts worked with me to find exactly the product and color I needed. Very impressive product! It costs about $25 as opposed to $75 at the salon. I couldn't be more pleased!

I was coloring my hair every 6 weeks but by the end of the 5th day, my gray was already showing. No more! Now my gray stays away for a good month if not more. I love the personalized service and my hair looks and feels great.

I love the color I received. I think the match is perfect. After a couple washes my ends started to fade, but they may be because I need a trim. I would recommend!

I'm a stay at home mom, and finding ways to cut costs can be tricky. I grew my hair out and got an ombré to avoid salon costs; however, I have some gray hairs. This hair color far exceeded my expectations! I've been getting my hair colored for years, and I also color it myself (with better results than the salon, actually), but this color is THE color I've been searching for! I will admit that I was not liking how dark it looked while it was on my hair, but knowing that hair color isn't permanent, I realized that if I didn't like it, it would eventually be gone. So I reluctantly washed and dried my hair, and. . .WOW! Unbelievable! I almost can't wait to dye it again. . .almost.

I have dyed my hair red for years, and I have to say this is the best hair dye I have ever used at home!! The color matched my previous color. (And I used to get my hair done at Ulta) Its way cheaper and the next time I washed my hair there was almost no run off or staining of my towels!! That has never happened before!! Like I said I am in love with this product and will be using this for now on!!! So worth the money!!!

I have used V Sasson red for the last 5 years or so.... what I didn't like about it was the color turned
orangy pink as it was getting time to recolor. I absolutely Love my Custom Hair Color! My root color
is a soft chocolate brown, with my hair strands a shimmering red copper. So natural looking- covers my gray completely, and as my roots grow out I can touch them up without having to redo all my hair- I am completely happy & satisfied with this product

This color had turned out amazing! The instructions were very easy to use and figure out. The color fill was easy and the black turned out great, there is hardly any red tones in the color and I love it! My hair doesn't feel weighed down or dead, it feels silky soft and if not better then it was before I dyed it! Will definitely continue using esalon color in future! Love love love it :) thank you!

I have used this product for 3 years, along with good quality shampoo. It doesn't fade if applied correctly (section the hair, and use the brush). It doesn't damage my hair, either. My stylist frequently comments on how healthy my hair is. I have so much gray that I would be spending $100 or more every four weeks. This product does a great job of covering the grays and it is a nice alternative to the salon - and I can do it in my home. I recommend.

I've used numerous brands only to find that they fade before 3 weeks. My eSalon color has been on for almost 4 weeks now and still has its golden color. It covers my 90% head of gray very well. Even though it is a bit more expensive that the "off the shelf" products, it sure saves a lot when compared to a Salon coloring. Best change I've made when it comes to my hair.

This was my first coloring in two years or more and I am extremely pleased! I had my doubts, but I just finished blow-drying my hair and it is an exact match to what I needed! I can't believe how accurate you all were in determining the color I wanted. I will definitely purchase again when needed in a couple of months. I've been using eSalon color for a few years now. The very first time I used it I was amazed at the feel of my hair after rinsing out the color. With all previous color products, my hair ALWAYS felt like wet matted yarn after coloring & I needed tons of conditioner before I could get a comb through it. But not so with eSalon. My hair actually felt like normal hair even before I used the conditioner. That was a most impressive first for me. I have made a few shade changes and adjusted the timing of shipments, always with ease & friendly service. I'm sticking with eSalon color & I highly recommend it.

I was very nervous when I first ordered my hair color. But the price was so good that I thought, why not try it. Turns out this has been the best coloring I've EVER gotten. I have paid over $300 to get my hair colored & I've never been as happy as I was and still am when using esalon! This is my 4th time to use them. I will never go back to a salon again!

Let me start by saying I'm a natural red head which can be hard to find shades that look natural. I was apprehensive at first to try a mail order hair color. eSalon is amazing! I sent a current picture and explained what I wanted. My hair is also curly.
If you're willing to send in feedback and work with them to find what you're looking for, this is the way to go. It's arrives as often as you want, the smell isn't over bearing. My husband doesn't even smell it, like he could others.

This was my first try with eSalon and they knocked it out of the park. Box arrived as promised filled with clear instructions, quality products and great presentation. 45 minutes later my hair coloring was done and it looked better than several expensive salon colors I've had. Each time I catch a glance at it, I'm completely pleased! Great, great job.

Just changed my color to Medium Brown (cool beige) & it's perfect! I think I've found the perfect color with the right highlights for my hair. I have found that you need to communicate with the consultants to find the right match. I originally picked out 2 colors and sent both color choices to them. They sent me this one and it's great. I've been with eSalon for about a year now and my hair has never looked so good!!

This product is phenomenal! It is easy to use and do yourself at home. The color comes out very natural looking on your hair-not brassy or fake looking! I get many complements on it! They got the color right on the first try but I appreciate that they followed up to see if I wanted to make any changes to the formula. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. It is a little pricey compared to the box dye you can buy in a store, but well worth it for the outcome and what you save instead of going to a salon! The website is easy to navigate and I like that you can set up delivery on an ongoing basis or edit delivery at anytime. Give it a try today!
