Since I have the right color everytime, I no longer have to try the store brands. To many time I would find a color I liked and store brands would stop making it. I don't even have to think about this anymore, my color comes to me for a reasonable price. I don't have to go to a salon to pay over 100 dollars to color anymore. I just love esalon. Thank you.

I am 42. Have had premature grey since I was 16. I have been coloring my hair for years professionally. Now I'm trying to save some money and thought I would give this a try. With unruly greys I thought it would be a challenge. When I told the stylist exactly how my hair reacts to color, and what I do and do not like in a color, it's turned out perfectly. We did a slight adjustment to the timing and the second time was a charm. The color is even. No greys. Last as long as professional. It's shiny. And I get lots of compliments!! I love it so much!!! Highly recommended.

The color is perfect and exactly what I wanted. I love esalon from the packaging to the final results. Unlike packaged "reds" that I have used, this product does not stain my scalp and cleans up nicely. So glad I found esalon.

I have been using this hair color for some time. I recommend it to everyone. I will never spend tons of money getting my hair colored again. When I first started using esalon, we made an adjustment once or twice to perfect my hair color...and perfect it they did! I have a "thing" about having a natural looking hair color. My hair color looks naturally beautiful. My hair is very shiny and in great condition even though I color it every 6-8 weeks. I get compliments on my hair all of the time. This product is not harsh on your hair at all. I love it! I hope anyone reading this will at least give esalon a try.

Best hair product out there! Yes it's more expensive than my old one , however it comes with 2 pairs of quality gloves, a stain remover wipe (amazing) stain protect cream , shampoo and conditioner. Well worth the money! !🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am extremely satisfied with ESalon. In comparison with several hair salons that I have gone to, ESalon color last longer, holds fast to the individual pieces of hair and does not come out "brassy" or fade into other colors that I did not want in my hair.

I love this product! Even my hairdresser loves this product. She wishes she could use it for all her clients. Beautiful color, easy to use. Great that it includes everything you need in the kit.I have been using this product for a few years now. I loved the color I first choose, but as I have aged and more gray is to be hidden, I found the color was not exactly right anymore. I told them what I wanted, they made a small adjustment an it was perfect again. Great customer service, great working with the specialists. Will never change to anyone else.

My hair color is beautiful. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Doing the roots first then the full head with what I think was glaze.... took a big chunk of my afternoon but the results are worth it and look terrific. Maybe I'll just keep it easy peasy and only do that 2nd step every few applications? In any case, I'm very satisfied with my eSalon experience and look forward to continuing our mutual endeavor. I'm impressed with the colour match, given the colourists only went off a description and a couple of photos. It's a little browner than I imagined, but looking at my previous pics that they were matching with, very similar. Overall, very pleased with this colour. Time will tell how it fades, but good results up to now.

I am giddy , so impressed with the quality of this hair color! I usually have to do root touch ups every 6 weeks and it has been almost 8 weeks and only now am I ready to color again! The shade was a little darker than I like , but all I had to do was message my colorist to adjust it! Awesome product and helpful to have acess for info or questions at your fingertips!
This is a great service and so handy! Well worth the money to do this rather than go to a beauty shop!

I saw this advertisement for the first time on FB. I don't know what possessed me to order, but I'm so glad I did! It was easy to order, my colorist double checked my color choice because I chose darker than photo of myself provided, came straight to my door, instructions were clear and easy to follow, color is beautiful and covers the gray well! I highly recommend esalon.

I was worried about signing up to a direct debit - but actually it's very convenient- and the product is really good - no concerns about excessive smell as previously reviewed - all in all - I would recommend.

I am so happy with my eSalon hair color. The custom color blend adds a bit of red color to my hair without making it seem unnatural. When you open the box, you find customized directions for you. I love that there is two sets of gloves, one for applying and one for rinsing. The included single use packets of color lock shampoo and conditioner. The best thing about the custom hair color is that it does not have a strong smell. When I used to use other hair color brands, my husband would not like the smell afterwords. Now it is not noticeable when I color my hair, except for all the compliments I get about how nice my hair is.

Everything about this product & this company was great. It was easy to complete the questionnaire & the color made for me is just right. The instructions that come with the kit are easy to follow, I am happy to say my husband did it for me. He said the color is perfect. I won't be spending $85 plus every 4 weeks to color my hair at the salon anymore. Thank you eSalon for making this product so affordable. I wasn't sure how this was going to work but it is amazing and I'm thrilled. I am a customer for life. P.S. The customer service on line has been wonderful. Kudos to this company.

I was so afraid I was going to mess my hair up doing it myself. I have highlights with grew growth and find myself going to the hairdresser every 4 weeks now. I have been trying to achieve a red shade on my hair forever and the store box colors did nothing. I even tried non metallic henna a few years ago and that only turned my hair orange. I was skeptical to try seal on, but I am so happy I did! The formula did not irritate my scalp and the color is awesome! It's a little darker than I wanted, but I'm still very happy with it!

I really love, love this product. It is not itchy on the scalp and my hair is really soft, which I found really nice. With the other store products I would find my hair stiff and dry. I couldn't believe all the little touches like the cream protector from stains and the remover. Also, 2 pair of quality gloves. the shampoo was really unexpected but appreciated. All in all super product. Thanks.:)

Not only is the website user-friendly in selecting your color options but the customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with!!! The customer service is not like you're waiting on hold forever; you feel like each and every call that you make with them should you have to do so, is personalized just for you kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. They also surprised me the very first time 2 years ago when I ordered my first color product, they wanted to make sure that I had all my selections in line for what I wanted. They had one final confirmation discussion and I just can't say enough about the customer service! CARRY ON and continue to do an outstanding job as I continue to use and refer eSalon, you guys are the greatest!!

Just began using this service and so far I'm really pleased with the personalized attention and the quality of the products. After my first shipment they checked on me to see if I was satisfied. I made some comments about trying to keep the color from fading, and they worked to remedy this with an additional booster product in my next shipment. And it definitely helped.
I intend to continue with the service. For not much more than I'd pay at the store I'm getting so much more.
