I love my hair color! It covers gray roots well, has a wonderful shine and looks natural. My hair always feels and looks healthy and lustrous after coloring.

The color treatment works great, and the included instructions are easy to follow. I especially like the tip about working the last bit of the color through during the rinse as if it's shampoo. My color comes out so much better now. And it's way less expensive than going to a salon!

I have very color resistant Grays. The formula was great at covering those Grays. Lasted about 4 weeks before first Grays poked through. Formula was super sensitive to my hair which was soft and manageable after. Great product!!

I love it. My husband says I look like I did 20 years ago. I love the richness of the color, several people have told me it looks "so natural" which is kinda funny since purple isn't normally a natural hair color.

I received my custom color in a fantastic box that was equipped with every thing one would need to complete the whole home coloring experience. It was easy to understand and the results? Let's just say, I will never use another product! The color is PERFECT and I feel 16 again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, red hair is hard to perfect and you nailed it!!!!

None of that horrible, run you out of the bathroom smell. My hair looked and felt fabulous. I love the fact that the kit comes with a shampoo and conditioner. This is it for me. No more drug store products.

I admit I was a little nervous at first, this being my first time to color my hair myself. The directions were great, easy to follow and the product is beyond belief! The color is rich and shiny and the gray roots are GONE!!! I called to perhaps change my initial order of a medium brown to dark brown and was advised by the colorist specialist, after looking at the photos I submitted, to not change. She was 'spot on'. The head of customer service even followed up with me to make sure my contact with them was satisfactory. So KEYED to find this product.

I really liked the way you choose your desired colour and the excellent way how you do this on the e-salon website. Very clever. When the colour arrived it was boxed well and the instructions were very clear and concise on what to do. I was expecting a stronger odour after reading other people's reviews but I never really had a problem with this. I have had the colour on for many weeks and it has hardly faded so I am very impressed. I like the way that e-salon e-mails and keeps one informed and you can easily change the colour if you want to experiment with a different colour. I am looking forward to when the next box arrives.

The color lasts and is not as "brassy" red as drug-store boxed hair colors I have used in the past

This product is great long lasting and no harsh smells .It is very convenient no remembering when should I do it you decide how often and tweak it accordingly. Once it is set you just wait for it to come in.

Love the hair color. My hair responds to it well. Not too light or dark. I also love the specific instructions just for me. Besides making me feel special for once in my life, I typically don't do well coloring my own hair. So having instructions geared toward my specific need makes it easier for me and my hair looks great. Thank you!

I love this product! The color is vibrant and does not damage my hair. I love that it is affordable and shipped on my schedule. There is never any pressure and everyone has been very professional. Best of all, my colorist Brittani is a REAL PERSON who called me back and worked w me to achieve a custom color I love. I tell all of my friends about e salon. Wonderful!

I have been putting off coloring my hair for years, until the gray hair became too many to pluck. I was nervous about too much color change and the damage it would do to my hair as well as the cost maintenance. I was looking for something affordable that would be a subtle change and would keep my fine hair healthy. The process and experience with esalon and the coloring of my hair has been amazing! It made me feel comfortable and confident about coloring my hair. And I LOVE the color of my hair! It was perfectly matched and blended to color my gray and gave it a darker shiny tint of auburn. My hair felt soft and nourished after, not at all dry or damaged and it even gave my fine hair some volume. My only wish is that it had covered my gray better and longer. I will be using it again and working with my colorist to make that change. I will continue to use esalon and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I decided to give this new way of hair color a try after some really not great results from home hair colors ! I am so pleased i did, the whole product and customer service has been great , I must admit my hair before i used this color was bleached blonde dark roots and brassy tones ! so I was a little worried about the results . A colorist contacted me about my hair color what i hoped to achieve ,My color arrived quickly well packaged and my own label and instructions ,I was wanting to go a few shades darker and although the results were not quite as dark as i would have liked the color was even and and has lasted . I have contacted them and the next order will be sent on date i have requested and color tweaked a little . On the whole very pleased and will be a regular customer .I have regular trims with hairdresser and she was impressed with the color and condition of my hair after using this product .

This is my first experience with esalon and I am really happy with the results! It covered all the gray in my hair, and it also evened out all the "lines" in my hair that grocery store hair color didn't cover.

Choosing the right colour on the site was made really simple and straight forward. It arrived almost 'gift boxed' with a 'personal' instruction leaflet. It was easy to apply with very little odour and no 'dripping'. The shampoo and conditioner supplied made the finished look incredibly shiny. The 'stain guard' and 'stain removal wipe' were a welcome extra bonus and 'TWO pairs of decent gloves' just completed this brilliant product. I would highly recommend this product and the customer service to anyone without a second thought.

I decided to add a little burgundy to my hair, I described what I wanted to my colorist and the new color arrived right on time. I was a little nervous but applied the color. It is perfect. I love it. I don't know what eSalon's secret is, but my color does not fade. 5stars again!

I have resistant gray roots, and this stuff color matched them to the rest of my hair perfectly. Usually I walk around with slightly lighter roots, which looks better than gray but still not natural. I feel like I have my old hair color back now! The shade (light ash brown) is very natural, not chalky or too dark like some colors I've tried in the past. The only suggestion I would make would be to divide hair into six sections instead of four to really get the back.

I was really unsure about this hair color but thought the concept was so cool, I had to try it. I am so glad I did. The packaging is super cute and it was very easy to use. Of course the best part was how well it covered my gray and how the color turned out. My gray was 100% covered and the color is absolutely beautiful!!! I think it's my favorite color I've ever had!! And it seems to have great lasting power. I'm 3 or 4 weeks in and my gray is still undetectable!!

I've just recently used this product and i cannot fault it at all everything is there and more i had a lot of grey hairs and could only get it covered properly in the hairdressers which was expensive home dyes never did the job properly and then this little beuty which i stumbled upon worked covered all my grey hair left it soft and shiny fresh boosted my confidence and it all comes in the lovely little box i deffinetly recommend this and i definitely won't be cancelling my next order.

Extremely rich in color and completely covered grey and grown out highlights. Easy application and they gave me more than enough product to apply to my extremely thick, long, and coarse hair. Will continue to use. The personalized product and directions was exactly what I needed. Love this!

The color is great. It isn't fading. They thought of everything, perfecting hairline skin from stains, handy wipe for cleaning up after. Nice gloves. Even the shampoo conditioner smell GOOD! And best of all, I'm not seeing color in the shower afterwards like I would for a week or more with box. 4 stars instead of 5 because coming from box color, it's more than 2x cost. Worth it but wish it were about $5 less each go but very happy.

I have been coloring my hair for several years. I have been to expensive salons, to chain hair salons and have done the diy at home hair color. Esalon is by far my favorite hair coloring process. The results are shiny, even colored hair. The roots are covered perfectly and the color is long lasting. In all honesty the process is time consuming, but we'll worth the results.

My colorist got the exact color I wanted and this product is so easy to use! Can't find this perfect color in the stores. My hair is short, so I don't use much and can get 2 coloring sessions out of one box! The color reminds me of my younger days....ahhhhh. =) Can't go wrong with this program. LOVE IT!

Feels like I never colored my hair! This color is adjusted to my preference and covers my gray beautifully. I use dove intensive repair shampoo and conditioner in between the esalon tinted love shampo. Strangers stop and tell me how pretty my hair is!
