It easy and it does last a little longer than off the shelf color, but salon coloring last much longer.
The color is great the grays look like highlights.

I really like my new color that they personally picked for me based on my pictures and the desired outcome. I do want to move on to adding a little more red color to it instead of brown. The delivery options are a great thing for those of us who forget or are too busy to remember to get it. They communicate with you on a regular basis. I started with a darker color and changed it when I lightened my hair. I use this product every other color time and find it works great. I have skin sensitivities and l have not had trouble w that. You have to make sure to leave it on long enough because if like me w very strong gray (had since I was young) then you know how other stuff works...or doesn't. You may have to leave on a little longer by 5 min...in my experience. I love it because I save money and time. I love pampering myself as much as the next girl but sometimes it just gets in the way. Doing this at home is a great option for me.

Hair color is very good. Commuicating with staff to make color changes very smooth. Available information on web site gives you many tools to work with to make your choices. On occasion I have sent photos of my hair to assist the colorist in my requests. Again very professional with these communications. The product is great and easy to use

This product doesn't leave your hair brittle and dry like the off the shelf products. I love all the accessories that come with each package. The applicator bottle makes it very easy to get into all the "nooks and crannies" of your head to ensure you get to all those pesky little gray hairs!! You also can't beat the price for salon quality.

Color is wild 1st few days but I always get compliments! It then mellows perfectly. People cant believe its not my natural color. My regrowth is hardly noticeable! Love it!

This is the best hair color I've used by far. When I color in the salon it starts to wash away literally in two weeks it's been three weeks and it's still going strong. And i'm washing my hair. I am African American and in case you didn't know, most of us only wash our hair once a week and even with that my color used to start coming out when water hadn't even touched it ! I am very happy with this formulation. I will need to get the touch up brush though because I have very visible grays in the hairline and that has improved but not fantastic like the rest of the hair. But this is understandable, it's next to your face that you wash twice a day! Overall very happy with this product.
The only thing left to do is change my shipment date as I am not coloring as often.

The color matched perfectly and covered my gray better than any other product. The color is also very beautiful and super shiny! After a month, it is also holding the color better than ever. I especially loved that there were different products supplied to do the roots and also for my very long ends. There was plenty of product to cover everything. I LOVE eSalon so much. I've been using it for 3 years now, and don't think I'll ever go back. I just changed hair stylists and my new stylist asked if the color was natural. If she had to ask, I think it's a pretty great/natural match.
I also love that every time I ask for a change if my hair color is getting too warm or brassy, the next batch is perfect. It's not a drastic change, but just the right amount to bring it down a notch. Then we're back to the original recipe.
Because I have very thick and long hair, I get two bottles of color and gloss, and it's still less expensive than going to the salon. I still have my own natural highlights show through, so my hair is never flat and one dimensional. I can't recommend eSalon enough. Give it a try.

Every single hair dye I have EVER used, EVER, has dyed my scalp. It washes out a couple days later, sure, but the scalp gets dyed, Except this one. I'm sat here now, my scalp is it's normal colour and the hair feels AMAZING! It feels gorgeous, soft, and looks gorgeous. Having two dyes to apply is a faff but honestly, for this? Totally worth it!!

It was EASY to use. It did not burn or make my head itch. It still turned out a little to red. It is like a deep chestnut. I was hoping for a little less red but with my hair less red may not be a choice. Thank you very much. I do like it and it is so soft. It did an awesome job covering the grey.

I don't usually do my own dye, but this was probably as easy as it gets. So organized, clear instructions, nice color, no bleeding. Great! Just a bit darker than I wanted but they are already working on lightening it up next time!

I love the hair color-is so close to my original-if it wasn't for the gray growing out you couldn't tell the difference between my color and the hair dye. My hairdresser said not to color the ends so they won't get do dark and that was a very good piece of advice.

I love the color that has been mixed for me; it is exactly what I asked for. The first time I colored my hair with eSalon, I didn't get the gray coverage that I needed, but the eSalon colorist listened to my concerns and adjusted both the formula and the instructions to meet my needs. I do have trouble completing each step in the time they say it should take, which I think is a result of working on your own head. Overall I am very happy with my eSalon experience.

I've used the same color for over a year and really like it. It's a good color for me but I like the idea that if I wanted to change the hues a bit I could. This color allows a bit of grow-out with my hair, which is a nice thing. I'll continue to use this product until I go to my "real" color - whatever that is!

I have more than 50% percent gray and eSalon's hair color covers it completely! The color is very natural and they tweeked it to make it perfect for me. My first try with eSalon and I have to say the directions were specific and the tools were very helpful. The hair clips and application brush were really nice. The color I have to say was exactly the color I wanted. It turned out amazing and for Red/copper hair the shine was incredible. This color product did not fade which is what red hair color does within two washes. I a at week #4 after using it and except for my "wisdom roots" the color still looks great. Oh and my hair was and still is in great condition after using eSalon products too.

Very little odor. Immediately leaves my hair feeling healthy and shiny, while allowing my natural highlights to show through. This means I don't have that typical flat, dark color you get when you have first colored your hair with store-bought color.

best product i have found to purchase to do it yourself at home. Dark colors are not solid dark like many others from the major manufacturers. You can always comment and have your color changed for the next order. Thanks so much
