I like the formulation that salon uses. It works great for my hair. It keeps my hair shiny, soft, and also doesn’t frizz out my hair like a lot of other hair color products. Which is why I keep coming back to them.

My newly adjusted colour is perfect. This is exactly right for me. The red shines through and I’m really thrilled with it. I love the tint rinse as well it really boosts the colour and shine.

I am absolutely in love with the blonde, it's natural and it looks fresh. The application was super easy to handle
The things I didn't like is the strong smell and I also had the feeling that it was a little tough on my hair structure.
However, I will give it another try before I decide if I'm going to stick with it

I have used this product for at least 5 years maybe longer. Holds up under sun, color doesn't fade. I can make changes whenever I want which is wonderful!

The colorist did a great job on contacting me to ensure the colour I got was the colour I was wanting. I know this costs more than store box colour but this is much better quality of product and you know what you are getting. You also have the access to specialists to assist through the entire process. I had used store box colour for years and I can't see me going back to it after using eSalon. Try it once....see for yourself

This hair color line is FABULOUS...gave me an incredible color with fantastic staying power!! Leaves hair soft and shiny and offers wonderful grey coverage....and finally, one of the best things about it is that the color really lasts!!! Customer Service is incredibly helpful as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product who would like salon results right at home.

Hair feels soft and color is beautiful. I followed with highlights and a pro toner and after all steps were done, I really like the results. I've received a lot of complaints. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow.

Love the custom color set. I have worked with the color professional 3-4 times since I started using my custom color formula back in 2020. Each time I got a quick response to my questions or requests. With the few tweaks to my formula I now think the color is perfect. I get so many compliments, even from people I don’t know. I’m 72 years old and even Dr’s I have had to see recently thought I was in my 50’s . I’m sure my beautiful natural looking hair color is a part of why they think that. I will continue to use eSalon’s Custom Color set for a very long time. So glad I started using it.

Die Farbe ist schön leuchtend . Ich wurde schon öfter positiv auf meine Haarfarbe angesprochen. Der Geruch beim Anmischen ist angenehm. Gut sind auch ,2 Paar Handschuhe im Paket zu haben. Einmal zum Farbe auftragen und später, um die Haarfarbe wieder abzuwaschen.

Zuerst fande ich die Farbe zu dunkel, aber ich muss sagen, dass sie mir echt gut gefällt, könnte eine Nuance heller sein und dann isses perfekt / der Ansatz ist leicht ins braun gehend / sonst super gleichmäßig/ aber ich hatte auch Strähnchen die ca 2 cm raus gewachsen sind

I had been coloring my hair for years then went totally grey. After working in a place with over 20+ mirrors I decided I didn't like looking at that woman with the grey hair all the time. So I saw this add on FB and thought I would give it a try. The color is soft and not brash. It is easy to apply. I was a cosmetologist in a former life and this is about as easy as it gets. They also have so may other options if you want to up your game. It's a win/win for me!

Die Grauabdeckung ist super . Meine Enkeltochter hat mir geholfen,die farbe aufzutragen. Ganz wunderbar. Auf grund meiner operation, konnte ich erst gestern dir farbe auftragen. Die nächste lieferung kommt schon am 10.06. was meinst du ,ist das zu früh?? Ich würde gerne mal etwas mehr kupferanteil ausprobieren.
Die Farbe die du mir geschickt hast,ist die nur für die grauabdeckung derAnsätze .

Very pleased with the service and outcome. I had bad highlights coloring experience in November 2023 and was frustrated with how damaged and patchy my hair looked. I waited 6 months to color it again and I have lost trust in hair salons. They either cut my hair too short or mess up my color, so I decided to do it myself. Esalon instructions on how to deal with blonde highlighted hair was fantastic. My hair is now a few shades darker and it looks great. Just what I was looking for!

The color matched my original hair color to a tee and covered the gray that was coming in! I have had my hair color now for 6 weeks! The color is lasting well - my hair has shine and the gray is covered. It is time for a touch up though as my roots are coming in with some grey. But no problem- the hair formula is easy to put on in specific areas - and the stains on hands, scalp or around hairline are easy to get off if you miss a spot or touch a spot without a glove on. This is all so much easier than I thought it would be! And I am happy with the results!

My hair was a light brown, I had a plum color a few years ago but I tried so many formulations and different brands to get the same color and it never worked out so I just stopped dying it. I tried this, and it gave me the perfect color, and I think filled the cuticle a bit cause my curls are way less frizzy after the dye. Very happy with my purchase, and will be purchasing again whenever it fades. Thank you so much!

This time around the colour is so much better , I do find my hair lightens / shows the grey quite quickly , it will be interesting to see how long this lasts

I was nervous this being my first time. The color came out awesome and matched my current color perfectly. It also did a great job covering my greys. I also noticed that it did not burn my scalp as much as the color at the salon. Thanks to Mindy for whipping up a perfect batch.

Just wanted to tell you again how much I love my hair color. I love the convenience that mail delivery makes. I don't have to go to the store to discover they don't have my color that day. I was so excited to get my first box and tried it 3 hours after I received it in the mail. And I love it, they nailed the color perfectly!!! Great job!! I'm a strawberry blonde and it's very hard to find my match and they got it right the first time. The color they blended for me was medium/Blonde/copper red. And it's perfect for a strawberry blonde.

Ok this is the second time i’ve used esalon color,so delighted with results first time thought I would give it another try . Just as pleased with results although I think my timing was off or applying dye technique wasn’t as precise. I had some areas not quite holding color as well but think it was my fault rather than product. Bought the root spray so when it’s really noticeable I will use that until next dye application. Still feel it’s worth the effort and price is far below what I would pay at salon. I’m satisfied and will continue to use esalon. Thanks.
Adding an update ,it’s 2024 and still using and extremely happy with color system ,even my former colorist from Ulta said it was professional looking that she could not replicate the lovely color herself! That is a great recommendation!

Absolutely love this. Colour in root was different to the length colour so looks streaky! However I’m not sure if that was just me and my first time with a bowl and brush! Customer service is fantastic and i can’t wait for my next order! My hair felt Amazing after! Highly recommend!
