I prefer to use demi hair color as it give me a multidimensional hair color and grows out without the dark line of demarcation. I noticed my gray hairs were increasing in numbers and not covering well. This adjustment to my color formula covered the grays without having to go to a permanent formulation!

My hair color is dark auburn not an easy color to match. The colorist at E Salon got it right the 1st time. This hair color made my hair feels soft and smooth. Better than my hair has felt in years. my waist length hair requires 2 bottles plus the formula for the ends. My hair is waist length, thick and coarse. Definitely would recommend it!!!

There are many reasons I love this product! It's always the perfect shade and I like that if I want it a bit lighter or if I Add a bit of red the process to make changes is a piece of cake. I really love the convienience of having it ship to me. I am so busy and I have no time to sit at a salon for hours!! Great find for me!

I have been using eSalon for many years and my hair, specifically grey content, has changed. After a quick email to eSalon, my color formula was adjusted and I have amazing grey coverage again!

I have been using esalon for quite some time now & I'm very satisfied. Just had to tweak the color a tiny bit for my 2nd. color. Haven't had any problems since. Very satisfied with this product, cost, etc. Wish I had known about it sooner. Saving a lot of money. I'm in my 60's & it covers my gray perfectly. Thank you esalon!

I love the color and the quality! I've been using esalon for over 3 years, and people never believe I dye my hair! It's easy to use, the delivery is easy and prompt, and the color is flawless. Can't possibly recommend this enough.

I had asked for help with my color, as I aged my old color was simply too dark and made me look horrid. I sent a picture of myself, with my uncolored hair...and with only that to work with, eSalon custom mixed a color for me that looks so much better! I'm happy with the "new me" and would recommend eSalon to all my friends...well actually, I already have!

I would never go back to sitting in the hairdressers for 2 hours costing £60 to have a colour treatment, which does not last as long as this product. The colour is the most natural looking I have ever achieved and does not damage my hair. It is a bit of trouble putting it on, but well worth it, as it does not have to be done very often. Thank you for a great product.

I was a little reluctant to try this but since the last color by a salon lasted only one month, I finally decided to try it. It was perfect instructions on how to apply the coloring to my hair (trying desperately to coloring my gray roots). The color turned out great. I know it has only been less that a week, but if the color holds, I will be back.

Ok so I just got the kit in the mail today. I was nervous and couldn't wait to try it.....well... it took 3 tries but you guys didn't give up. You listened to me ramble on about this and that and skin color and eye color and what I loved and hated and what I wanted but couldn't have....You truly listened to it all and you developed the perfect color for me. The perfect cinnamon hair color just for me. Love it!!!!

I'm 56 years old and have been coloring my hair for years. This color is the best I have ever used from a bottle! I have Red hair and the color came out beautiful, not harsh. It's very shiny! Love, Love, Love it!!!

My hair is course, naturally curly and thinning. After using esalon, everything has changed, including new hair growth. My hair feels so healthy, the coverage is awesome and it doesn't fade fast like all the others I've tried! Additionally, esalon has the best customer care department too! I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend esalon to anyone!

Great for covering my gray. Looks natural. With directions for application personalized for me (gray coverage only), my color is pretty consistent from roots to ends.

Once the color was adjusted to a lighter shade with the help of my awesome colorist via phone, my kit then promptly arrived by mail a few days later. I then went and bought higher volume developer of level 30 (vs the 20 that came with the kit). The color processed successfully with slight brassiness that was perfectly corrected with a DIY toner. I now love my new copper mahogany red color and have received many compliments on my "Spring shade". Even after going to a beauty supply store the total coloring cost was still 2/3 less than going to a salon. Thank you e-Salon! You're my new and permanent go-to for all my coloring needs.

I decided to give eSalon a try after reading the reviews. Answered the questions about what I want, sent a picture of current hair colour and I was off.
I did my hair 2 days after product arrived, brassiness is gone, and the colour was perfect! My colourist was so good, I have had to change my order so it doesn't come every six weeks like the box stuff from the drug store. I have my new colour waiting, but I still don't need it yet. I would recommend this product to everyone, it is great.

I've been using esalon for a few months now and have consistently been pleased with the color results. Right before getting my latest box, my hair stylist asked wherected I went to get it colored and was surprised when I told her I did it myself with esalon. She commented that she was so surprised because the color fades like a salon-quality dye. Best 20-some bucks I spend every other month.

I am glad that I went back to my previous color choice. I am so happy that Esalon did not give up on me when I hated the change. That is why I like working with this company. It was my choice to change the color and it didn't work, but they were kind enough to work with me to get it back to the color I had previous. Thank you for your patience with me.

I have been using eSalon for a little over a year now and I am so happy to have discovered it! The cost of hair coloring is so expensive, and with eSalon, I am now able to color my hair when it's convenient for me with salon quality products for a much more affordable price. I have adjusted my color with the eSalon specialist a few times as the seasons change and I prefer a little lighter or darker color. I have always been extremely happy with the results. I ordered the clips, bowl and brush as well as some other hair products with my first order, and was very happy with all of those as well. I have never spoken to anyone in person at eSalon because their online system is so wonderful that there is no need to. I always get immediate, and clear responses from them. I recommend eSalon to everyone who compliments my hair color! Gray coverage is good as well with a little help from a product that eSalon suggested that I add to my specialized eSalon color. I've used drug store hair color for years, but I will never go back. It used to take me three hours to color my hair, now it takes less than 45 minutes from start to finish. The colorists listen so I you want it darker or lighter you get what you want. My hair feels much better now as well. So I am not having to purchase products to fix damage to my hair.
The kits come with gloves, complete instructions, stain remover and stain preventer. I really do feel I'm at the salon in what I am receiving. I live in Colorado where the elements are not always kind to ones hair, the leave-in conditioner is also really good.
I would recommend this product without question.

I had eSalon pick out my color via picture. They nailed it the first time! There color is awesome, easy to use...little smelly but works great, awesome coverage! I would never go back to cheap walmart stuff!! They will also send you a surprise once in awhile!

the colorist worked with me to get just the right color for my hair. I have tried many, many hair color products but they did not seem to get my color right. eSalon got it right. I am 57 and my hair is starting to go grey at the temples. The hair color stays true until the next coloring and the color takes to the grey perfectly!

I have been coloring my hair for many years. At first had it done at the salon it was expensive but I didn't have to color too often. As it needed to be done more I switched to over the counter boxed color. It was cheaper but really dried out my hair. I tried this product and love it. No more dryness, frizz or burnt look. The color is lively and lasts. Most of all my hair is soft and shiny.

I have coloured my hair since I was about 15 I'm now 65!!!!. in the past couple of years I have paid ridiculous sums of money to "professional" hairdressers and still the colour faded with a couple of weeks and my hair was not in the greatest condition. NOW my hair looks and feels fantastic - my husband does the application (he is soooo thorough) and I cannot rate this stuff high enough

I was really sceptical that they'd figure out the perfect color for me, or that it could cover my stubborn silver hair. But I am totally amazed! And the price is just about THE same as I was purchasing at the drug stores. I am 100% satisfied. My hair color is beautiful and matches my skin tone perfect which I've never been able to do on my own. And on a budget could not afford expensive salon trips often. 😃

Love it. When I first started with E-Salon the color was good but I wanted an adjustment, more blonde tint, less red. No problem...they listened, adjusted and I love it. Even my beautician has commented more than once how natural it looks!

I was nervous to try at-home color for fear of damaging my hair, but I love this color! It's very easy to apply, it has great coverage, and the color is amazingly multi-dimensional. After coloring, my hair is vibrant, shiny, and feels so healthy. I'm so glad that I took a chance on this color-now I can LOOK like I've been spending money at luxury salon without actually spending money at a luxury salon!

I am so impressed with this color. What a great match after answering just a few questions.
The only reason I gave it a 4 was that, even after rinsing and using the shampoo and conditioner my hair felt a little greasy. When I called to see what was wrong, I learned that I a may not have rinsed it well enough so I will be sure to do that next time. The color was perfect and I am ordering for my second time.

This customized hair color is perfect! On the first effort, it was a bit dark and it was easy to adjust my order and it had been a perfect match ever since. It is very easy to apply and use when I have an extra 30 minutes before a shower. Really, I don't know why anyone would pay to have temporary gray coverage done at a salon! The $25 is such a value compared to the $60+ at my salon, it's easy and I get great results.

I have gone to many hair salons and even my hair stylist said it's the best color she has seen on my hair. I even colored my hair for my wedding and had a hairstylist come to style my hair on the big day and even she was amazed I had colored my own hair. Great Product.

I have never been able to match my hair color by choosing color from a box on the shelf. eSalon Custom Hair Color was a perfect match! I was so pleased with the results. The custom color provides excellent coverage and color for gray roots. Color is exactly what I expected. Application is just as easy as the over-the-counter color I was using, without the damaging, drying affects of those chemicals. This color also lasts substantially longer.
