The color set in very well and it was exactly what I wanted. It wasn't difficult to do, the only thing bad about it was, luckily, I had two bottles because my hair is long enough that I needed both bottles.

I have now received two lots of my eSalon colour (I have also bought their shampoo, conditioner and spray in hair hair root lifter) and I am absolutely delighted. The quality of the colour is consistent and my hair has never been in such good condition for a long time. Friends and colleagues have commented on how natural the colour looks (I am really not into grey) and that it has taken years off me (I am 60). I wish I had known about this years ago - highly recommend

I love the luminosity this colour has given to my hair with 100% grey covering. I would defiantly recommend to try the e salon for your hair colour and also my hair feels in fantastic condition as to when I use to use box hair dyes overall love it 😀

A lot more affordable than going to the salon and I can color my hair as often as needed. I have been using this product for nearly 2 years now to help with my roots/grays and I am very satisfied. Very easy to use, the color match is awesome! So close to my natural hair color.

I can't say enough good things about this initial color purchase. I got the vibrant color I sought as well as a toned-down color for my (light) roots. I have the prettiest and most beautiful color now, and I am officially a customer for life.

I am so pleased with esalon's colour matching service! I filled in your forms last weekend, spoke to a lovely colourist in the week and received my box, all the way from California to England on Saturday! I've coloured my hair (well my lovely husband did the hard work and loved the free brush, thank you very much) and it is exactly what I wanted, a beautiful light blonde. My colourist had advised me that we wouldn't be able to match my bleached ends which I was happy with as I wanted to move towards a less damaging and more natural-looking treatment. The only worry I had was that if not strong enough I could end up with orange hues, something that has happened before with other dyes. My colourist adjusted the formula to take that into account and it has worked perfectly, not a hint of ginger in sight with the colour blending to a lovely, natural-looking finish at the roots. I can't thank you enough.

First off, this is by far the best coloring kit..beautiful packaging, simply instructions and ease. For those of you out there questioning this product let me tell you a few things: 1) minimal odor, 2) thicker consistency, so no running, 3) no itching during wait time, 4) rinses so easy, little mess in shower, 5) the shampoo &conditioner smell clean, none of that overwhelming masking of scents, 6) lastly there is none of that lingering odor of "I just colored my hair"! Love you this product, and will Not disappoint

You guys really NAILED it! I had very brassy / orange colored hair. I submitted a picture of what I wanted, it was from several years ago, my natural hair color, more of a brown with quite a bit of red in it. I originally picked a color myself, but eSalon customized my choice and made some changes, it turned out AMAZING! It looks natural and healthy again. Thank You!

I mix darkest brown with mahogany red and get so many compliments even from my sister who works at a high-end salon. Its semi-permanent and covers my grey wonderfully...I love it and great value!

No more finding a great color and then it gets discontinued and no more experimenting and then wanting to shave my head. You tell them what you want and that's what you get, and for a reasonable price. If it's not quite right or you want to change a little later, let them know and they'll adjust it. Customer service is professional and courteous. I took a lot of time after I heard about eSalon to decide about trying them, but after I did, I'm not going back.

I think e-salon is a great program. I've been using it for over a year and it is exactly my color. The decision on the color was made by e-salon and me, so I choose the actual color. You can receive an order whenever you want. The great thing is that it's delivered straight to your door.

Ive bleached my hair since I was a 10 year old skateboarder. Now I am 40 I tried to cover the little grey I had with a well known brand - it looked fake, terrible so when it faded out I tried esalon.
Esalon looks so natural, not a heavy, solid colour. Just a natural mid brown. I am truly amazed by how natural it looks.

I asked for the team to tweak the color to darken it a little bit and the color is absolutely beautiful. It makes my eye color stand out without any make up on. I am very impressed at how one little bottle covers all my hair!!!And now I don't have to worry about the store brand discontinuing the color/brand I used to like, because now it's made just for me! I love eSalon - I receive lots of compliments on my hair - actually until the roots start to show (which doesn't happen often) no one even knows I color my hair, this is such a good product and my color match is perfect - the salon where I get my hair cut is amazed at how good my color is. I've been coloring my hair various shades of red for more than 40 years and this is by far the most natural looking color I've ever used. I opted for the semi-permanent because I like the different shades that come through as time (and washings) go by, without the obvious root line. My hair has never looked better!

I must admitted I was a little skeptical about ordering hair color online. However, I must say my hair has never came out better even when going to the salon to have it done professionally. The professional color stylist at eSalon looked at my photos and must have understood exactly what I was trying to achieve. I finally got the red out and true rich brown to come through and shine. I love it.. And I must mention how fair and reasonably priced it has been. I have been a member with eSalon for 6 months now and don't plan on cancelling anytime at all. Also, I have just put my first order in for some styling products. Once I receive them and test them out I will be back to give an honest review. Thank you, eSalon for understanding and giving me the results I have so longed for..

I had never colored my hair before because I stressed about all the different choices of product but most of all all the choices of color. I have always loved my hair color and was afraid I would choose something that didn't match what I wanted. When I learned about eSalon I gave it a try. It is so easy and I got exactly the color I wanted on the first try. Love that my hair comes out the same color each time, in my previous experience at a salon, my hair color was different each time, depending on who was mixing it. Love that I can do it on my own time and not spend hours at the salon.

I love your hair color! All the things I asked for, you delivered! No brassiness, no fade to red, and a color match of perfection! My hair stays beautifully colored the entire time between colorings! I love it and tell my friends about it all the time!

This is a wonderful product and service for busy women like me who work 60+ hours a week, have a family to look after but do not have the time nor money to spend 2-3 hours every 4 weeks in a salon. I choose my shipping frequency, can adjust the shade of color as needed and they send me everything I need to quickly and successfully take care of those gray hairs myself. The color lasts longer than box color or salon color and leaves my hair so shiny

Was out of state unexpectedly and resorted to a Midwestern city professional salon. They did a gorgeous job getting my golden blonde hair more neutral. I asked and 9N was used. Used a pic and color name with esalon. A gorgeous match for so much less cost. Compliments everywhere I go!
