I've been using eSalon for about a year now, and am very happy with the product! My hair looks and feels great after coloring every time!. It would be nice to have a larger amount of conditioner for longer hair users.

Having a friend who spends a great deal on her hair color, it means a lot to me that she has complimented me on my hair color a number of times. She specifically mentions that the color is such a good match for my skin coloring and that it looks like an expensive colorist has worked on my hair. Gotta love that! My only negative comment is that it still has a strong ammonia scent when the bottle is opened. Other than that, it's a 10!

I love this! The color match was right on. My own hair professional assured me that I could do this myself and she was right. It is very easy to accomplish and the results are simply professional-looking. I can honestly say I have been asked several times where I get my hair colored. The instructions provide all the information you need. The online company is easy to work with and the price is right. I give eSalon.com an A+ for products, information, and help.

I was very nervous to use this at first.....but the results were amazing. I have never had a home colour look this good.
And the condition of my hair afterwards was brilliant. Just like leaving the salon. It may be a little more costly (though not too much) but the results you get are priceless

I have been using this product for well over a year now, and the ease of use and superior gray coverage will ensure my continued use. The shade I use is natural looking and lasts. I am very pleased with the product. In my opinion it is better than salon products.

Being new to hair coloring I was worried about trying a new product. I sent in my request with a picture, told what I hoped to achieve & wanted to avoid. The color was PERFECT!!!! My hair is once again back to it's natural color & does not look like it has been colored at all. The shampoo & conditioner made my hair silky soft & smooth, making me regret not purchasing them also. The color is long lasting making it even better. You can't go wrong ordering these products.

I found eSalon by accident and decided to try it. I was very impressed the first time I used it, which is when I was stuck at home, sick with strep throat, so no contact with anyone except mom and my son. When I got well, about a week later, I was out and about and got so many compliments on that one day alone, I was just overwhelmed. And they weren't those "Oh, what a great hair color you picked, your stylist is a magician"-type compliments, they were those "Wow, your hair looks great! Love it"-type compliments. They were THOSE kinds of compliments because my colorist at eSalon got it just perfect on the very first go around. The color is rich and my hair, though short, is shiny and healthy - that's what the compliments are all about!! Also, I am allergic to just about everything, violently so, and I have to be very, very careful about all ingredients in everything. I have had no adverse reactions at all, none! That's a terrific load off my mind - now I know how I can color my hair, perfectly, with no allergic reactions. Bottom line....great colorist, great system, super easy to do, perfect color and highlights (if you have gray hair at all) every single time. I have been coloring and highlighting my hair at home for almost 30 years, so I definitely know a thing or two. Because I don't have grey, I only color every three months, and the shade is close enough to my roots that it's hard to tell. That being said, I have NEVER found a hair color that didn't fade in that time period, until now. I have been using e-salon for almost a year. The color is perfect (not oversaturated) on the first day and truly lasts the three months with any color treated shampoo, etc.

I Love my hair color from eSalon and getting it in the mail is a HUGE BONUS, I don't have to go anywhere last minute to look for it and then if the store doesn't have it go somewhere else to try and find it or they quit making it all together. This is the best way to get what you want and it come to you every month or 6-8 weeks what ever you set up! My hair looks and feels better then it ever has and I will use eSalon Hair Color FOREVER! Sent in my picture with a description of what I wanted to achieve and chose my color. A few days later I received an email basically stating that my desired color was not what I picked, so they were going to make an alteration. I decided to let them handle it and I was greatly surprised! I have been using the recommended shade for months and am very happy. Every time I've tried to pick an otc color by what it shows on the box I've never got the desired results. Best color results at a cheaper cost and I don't have to look at all those boxes hoping I get it right!

I have been coloring for years, myself and by a salon. This is by far the best value for perfect color that doesn't make you sit in a salon for hours and hope that you are going to get a color that you can live with until you can afford to sit there again. The color is amazing, super shiny, and doesn't smell up your house. Super satisfied!!!

It is definately salon quality - in fact it lasts longer then my expensive 'salon' color jobs. The color is exactly what I choose and I love the auto ship feature. Communication from eSalon is superb so I always know when it is on it's way and have an opportunity to change my mind if I want. The kit is totally complete - they think of everything - and the instructions are detailed too. The quality of my hair is excellent as well. Buying across the counter hair color dried out my hair so I had to go to a salon to combat these results. With eSalon I will never need a salon again for hair color.

I love this hair colour ... I have always had problems with allergic reactions and severe itching with salon colour treatments, but the e-salon colour has given me no problems at all in this regard. And the custom colour gives me complete control to get the right shade of golden blonde that works so well with my complexion. I get compliments all the time.

I love that I don't have to lighten the roots before using the custom color - in the past with over the counter colors I had to pre-lighten before applying the color - now easy: mix color, apply, rinse - DONE and Love the color!!!!

I have always colored my own hair and used boxed color. Always did all over color, never highlights. I have only used esalon 1 time all over following instructions and it came out with beautiful highlights, I love it and need a second color now. I loved the product itself: especially the coverage. It turned out a tiny bit darker than my natural color, but I have received many complements. I like that a colorist calls and speaks with you and that you can follow up with one for adjusting color.

After reading lots of reviews I decided to give eSalon a go. How glad I am that I did from the initial consultation, delivery , to my detailed instructions I could not have been more impressed. I submitted a photo of a colour i wanted (Cameron Diaz as a brunette) and the hair colour came out exactly the same. It is shiny and it doesnt feel damaged after the process. And you are equipped with stain removers and an extra gloss bottle for when the colour starts fading out.

I have been using esalon for several years now. The color is perfect every time. The timing of the shipments is my only challenge. When I have travel planned it is sometimes hard to coordinate when I need to receive it. Last minute trips sometimes require I wear a hat to cover my roots, lol!

This is the third time I have ordered and the second time I have received this particular color! It lasts me about 6 months which is awesome!! And they have gotten the color so perfect you can't even see the growth. I only color for body and to cover gray hair.

The color looks amazing. I chose a bit of red in the blond tint and it's a really good match. The red is subtle and really shows up in the sun. I went from a lighter shade of blonde, but my natural color has become a nondescript dark color. This shade is great.

The colour match was spot on and I was pleased with how long the colour lasted. 10 weeks later my second bottle has just gone on and It was just as easy with the personalised instructions. Still very pleased with the results. Will be ordering a third bottle when the time comes.

I had been highlighting and lowlighting my hair so long that I didn't even know what color my hair was. I saw this product and figured, why not....It's not 150 dollars wasted, nor is it 8.99 of no results. The choices are amazing. There's a lot of them and they come with pictures so you can really visualize what you want...and the colorist delivers! The color is rich, rich, rich like you get at the salon.
I also think my hair is in better condition than it was before I colored. I bought the shampoo and conditioner from them also. Reasonably priced and my hair is gorgeous! Shiny and silky!

I love my eSalon color and have recommended eSalon to others! After tweaking it (by the second or third coloring) - it is perfect! The color is shiny, multi-dimensional, natural looking, not brassy (especially after the neutralizing), covers gray well, and not flat or phoney looking (like box color or chunky highlights). Very satisfied!!!

I had previously used box hair dye from the drugstore and always found that the handful of greys I have would be back within the week. I used my first esalon kit about two months ago and the coverage is so much better! Not only is the colour rich and natural, but it took 8 weeks for the first grey to show up again. My hair continues to feel healthy as well. Very happy with this product!

It took me a little while to become accustomed to using this color, as it is applied a little differently than other hair color product. I like that you shampoo and rinse after coloring. I love the color.

Very happy with the hair color. I told them what I was looking for, and that's what they sent. I asked them to adjust the color a little, and they did it. If you want tour shipment earlier or later than usual, they will accommodate you: Just send them a message online. And the colorant does not dry out my hair. All of this custom service at a great price

I love this product. I could never remember what color I wanted and was always buying different brands at the store. This is so consistent and convenient. The price is good and I love the flexibility. I get an email in advance so I can change my delivery date if I'm not ready to color yet; I can change the color if I want it darker or redder or whatever. I haven't bought the extra products (shampoo etc) but the samples that are included are nice. My only suggestion would be that the packaging is kind of excessive. It's very pretty but unnecessary for someone who is a regular customer.
