In the past my brown hair always had a strong red tint every time I colored it myself or had in done in a salon, even when I told the stylist it always looked red and I did not like the red. I shared that information with my first eSalon order, selected the color I wanted to order and was told by the eSalon associate that would not be the best selection and made a recommendation. I followed the recommendation and now have the best hair color ever with this product. Plus my hair is shiny, full and looks and feels healthy. I could not be happier with the results and have recommended this product to several people and will continue to at every opportunity. A great product with a very reasonable price.

I have been using the color made for me for almost two years now. I love the results that I get. this has been great because I do not need to set a salon appointment and while my hair is processing I can get other things done around the house Having the flexibility to choose when I need to have my color sent has been a plus as well. I don't color my hair because I just can't afford salon prices and with several family members in the business I refuse to use store box color. I saw a youtuber review eSalon and figured for the price it was worth a try. This process was so easy, took me about an hour with putting the color on, letting it set, and then rinsing and washing my hair but that beats the hours my mom spends at the salon when I have little kids to tend to. Will continue purchasing from now on!

I have been using eSalon for over a year and love the product. I have found their colorists to be very receptive to any changes I want to make and will give me feedback if they have a question. I use the demi version and love how it gradually lightens and continues to have good color for 7 weeks. I color every 7 weeks but can stretch it another week if need be .

I have short hair that I had not coloured in over three years. I had no traces of previous colour because I keep my hair short. It was easy to use and gave me about 98% gray coverage; but I think that was my mistake and not the products. Shipping to Canada was incredibly fast. I cannot wait to dye again! I am sold on this method and I am not staring at hundreds of boxes in the pharmacy wondering what to do.

Much better than store bought color. The color lasts a long time and it is so convenient to order. My colorist will adjust the color if I request by my going into my account and writing a message.

I've been using e-salon color for about 4 years. I love my color! The colorists have always been spot-on when I've requested any slight changes in my formula. I color my hair about every 8 weeks, mostly root covering on the grays, and then over the rest of my hair. The formula is gentle on my hair and looks natural. Plus, the gray coverage is excellent! I have referred many of my friends to e-salon; even told my hair stylist about it and she thought it was great because my color looked so good! I highly recommend e-salon!!!! Thanks!

I changed the shade a couple of times until I got just the shade I wanted I like being able to adjust the time frame between delivery of the product. When I receive the package in the mail, it has everything I need to process my hair color, including gloves, stain remover, shampoo and more. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.

I have colored my hair most of my adult life. Goodness, I have been every color under the sun--well mostly. More to the point, I have used so many home color kits, too many to name, and this is the best. It is easy to use, gives me great color every time, and most important--it covers the gray (what my grand daughter calls my "sparkles"). I don't have a lot of gray, but what I have is just on the sides around my face--just like my Mom. I hate it--just like Mom. I can't get over how well this covers it without fading. Good stuff, this!

The results I have gotten with using this custom made color are beyond what I ever hope or expected. My color holds without fading and completely covers my gray. Will recommend to anyone who colors their hair

As I got more and more grey in my hair I had to colour more often and it was too expensive to be going to the salon all the time. I tried drug store dye and my hair felt crunchy and nasty. I've been using e-salon products for about five years now and my hair is in excellent condition. I get compliments on it all the time. Even my hairdresser tells me how good my hair looks!

I was a little leary at first but after the first coloring quickly discovered the color is great and long lasting and the directions easy. I like that they contact you prior to shipment to have any necessary consult with your colorist. You can make changes, ask question, etc. Really a neat thing to have your own personal colorist online!

I've had very expensive salon color, and drugstore box color, and have always had a big problem with fading color-- light ash brown going brassy and unnatural looking. Salon color stays very true to the first day color, and what lightening does happens, if much more natural looking. I am really pleased. And it's great on grey hair

I have real hair extensions and the new colour from eSalon matches the extensions extremely well, despite the extensions having sublet burgundy highlighs. The new colour is a keeper for sure.

Other hair color products I have used have always had very viable washout when I shampoo and rapid fading. None of that with this product. The root color was a little darker than I would have preferred, I'm sure that's an easy fix. I love the 2nd part, the gloss for the ends. It blended my color really well and left my hair very shiny.

You can't beat eSalon, I sent them a picture of me and that is the color I received, I have had so many compliments on the shine and health of my hair! Everyone who knows I color my hair loves it and WOW a LOT less than having it done in the salon! The color doesn't change when I swim in the pool or ocean, this is my forever color company!!!

Got the color right the first time. I have missed using a mahogany color for years because every other brand kept turning my grey an orange color. This color was beautiful, soft, not brassy, and my hair was incredibly soft afterwards. New order is on the way and I can't wait.

When I first tried eSalon, I wasn't sure if they could get it right. Or if it would be cheap looking color. All I wanted was to color my gray and match my actual hair color. My first couple of tries weren't quite right. But one email to my color consultant and the next shipment nailed the color I wanted, dark golden brunette. I've been thrilled ever since. I love esalon. I have been using it for well over a year and am so glad I found them. Color at the salon is so expensive and I just couldn't afford it anymore. The store bought color does not last and really fades and turns dull. I found a great stylist to cut my hair and she asked about my color. She said my hair was in great shape and the color was beautiful. I told her about Escalon and she couldn't believe it. She heard of them but had never seen anyone that used it. Her words sere. "I'm impressed." She even mentioned it to the gal at the front counter after she complimented my hair as I was leaving.
I will never use another hair color product again!

For years I used L'Oreal Excellence to self-color my hair. I've also gone to professionals a handful of times to have my hair colored. Hands down, eSalon is the best. I've been coloring my hair for over 20 years and am thrilled with this product which I have now used for about 4 years. The color lasts; it doesn't fade after a week or so as other products fade. I color my hair every 5 weeks yet it remains soft and healthy. Although more expensive than store bought coloring kits, this is much less expensive than professionals, as well as easy and convenient to use. It's also easy to seasonally make adjustments to the formula. I like it a bit lighter in the summer and a bit darker in the winter. I recommend this product and am thrilled that I discovered it a few years ago.

I consider myself a pro at do it at home hair color as I have over 33 years experience of doing it myself. (Very Premature Gray)I have colored my hair three times now with eSalon hair color and am as amazed now as I was the first time. They sent me the perfect color, which dumbfounded me, given the not so good "before" photos I gave them. I have colored my hair for decades using basic drugstore brands. A few years ago I started having my hair colored in a salon. My color stayed richer longer but I still had to have my roots done every 5 weeks. The expense was hard to justify so when I looked into going back to a DIY haircolor I discovered eSalon's Custom Color. In a word, Hallelujah!! They were able to formulate the exact color I wanted, custom made just for me based on pictures I submitted and explaining just what I was looking for. The color stays as rich as the salon color did, with very little fading between applications. And if you ever want to tweak/adjust your color one month, they are happy to make whatever changes you want. It is very simple to use; I only need to use the bottle application method (not the brush) as my hair is short. The color, as well as the shampoo and conditioner which come with it, are excellent on my hair keeping it shiny, soft and smooth. I also love that my custom color is delivered right to my mailbox every 5 weeks so I never have to worry about my color being out of stock at the store when I need it. This is a wonderful product and I am completely satisfied with it. I highly recommend it to everyone.
