Best hair color. I used to get my hair colored at the salon. This color stays true throughout the month. It never gets brassy like the drugstore brands. Don't have to drive to the salon, I save so much time and money. Love it.

Been using this for about two years now - I love it because it's a definite colour and doesn't fade (some I've tried fade to a mousey colour very quickly) and the roots seem not to show as a rigid line like normal hair colours (not sure how they do this!). The service is very efficient and you can reorder as quickly or as slowly as you like, it's up to you. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.

I have been covering my grey for sometime now. I have tried expensive salons as well as drug store products. They all only last three weeks and the coverage is not good, even the $200 salon! I tried esalon after reading reviews. It is absolutely a game changer! The color is amazing and it lasts 4 to 6 weeks!! Since I started using esalon I have gotten so many compliments on how my hair is shiny and healthy!!! I absolutely recommend esalon!

This formula works for me because I did my homework. Before purchasing from esalon, I would always have a great conversation with my colourist. I knew what percentage of purple I needed to add to the base color already. So when I first tried esalon I was able to get the custom blend spot on.

I have been using this Hair Color for over 4 years now. Previously bought my hair color at the drug store with OK results. Decided to try ESalon due to the fact that it is mailed to my home, saving me a trip to the store. The difference, the first time I used it, was unbelieveable !! It made my hair so shiny, sleek, soft and manageable without the use of other products. The color choice was exactly right for my complexion and eye color. Look so natural. I've colored my hair since I was 17 and have used many different products. This is, by far, the best I've had. The color is true and it lasts a long time. When I wanted it a bit darker, eSalon immediately changed it to a subtle difference which is what I wanted. I'm a happy blonde!

I have been using it for about a year now and love it. It covers my greys great. The girl who cuts my hair always says how healthy my hair looks. She says she sees little to no damage from the dye. I had an issue the third time I used it bc I forgot a step in the process. After I sent an email for help, an actual person from esalon called me and explained to me what I did wrong. They were totally nice and very helpful. I haven't had a problem since. I will say though... I didn't dye my hair before I started using esalon, so I think the transition of color was simple and easy. I can see how someone with lots of previous dye and color in their hair can have problems.

This will be my third shipment. About a week after i applied my second shipment of color, I had an appt with my long time stylist. I hadn't seen her for about six months (I had moved across the country). Anyway, I sat in the chair and her first response was" ÿour color looks GREAT"! I said "I did myself with the help of e-salon"! Told her all about it and she thought it was really great. Commented about what good shape my hair was in too! Very very happy with my color from e-salon!!

My color was the perfect shade for me with lots of subtle hi lights. The smell was no stronger than the store bought colors and it was easy to use with clear directions. It came in a nice box with everything I needed to color my hair. Will definitely use again.

I love the quality of this hair color. Most people comment on how beautiful my hair is and the color...but most do not realize that I "color" my hair. That tells me this product is as close to "natural" as one can get. :)

eSalon hair colour is the best hair colour I have ever used, you choose your own mix that is just yours,it covers my grey perfectly, it gives a all over colour, no patches, it feels thick and creamy when you rub the water/dye mix on, I have had my dye altered a few times and each time it has been what I've asked for, getting it sent to me every 4 weeks is really good as well ,I don't think I will ever go back to using shop brought hair colour

I've almost always colored my own hair. This is by far a superior product to other "boxed" hair color I've used in the past. I love the color and my hair is much shinier and healthier looking. To me, it's worth the extra cost and is still much less expensive than having my hair colored at a salon.

I have used this several years. Product leaves my hair, shiny, with natural several tone of color as in our younger years. Box is well equipped with everything you need for success. So you are not just paying for a great hair dye that leaves your hair looking and feeling great but also for the assistance of a professional colorist! A great deal in my book!

Absolutely LOVE this stuff! Color gave me multi-dimensional color, was easy to apply AND covered my grey without fading! Plus it lasts so much longer! I was able to go almost 10 weeks where other colors it's 6 max. And the price is unbeatable, a great value!

Love this hair color...great instructions and application kit enclosed for terrific results. Color-safe shampoo, conditioner, TWO pair of good stylists' gloves, color guard and remover (for skin) are all included in a small box. Easy, made-for-an-absolute-NONprofessional supplies that makes it look as though I spent 4x what I did at a salon. Not going anywhere!

After many unhappy results with Box store color ( a ronald mcdonald orange hair color).....I found my dream. This is the most consistently excellent hair color I have ever used!! It is a wonderful product and I love how they will adjust it for you at anytime! My hair feels so healthy and soft after coloring and it does not have that awful smell many hair colors have. I recommend eSalon to everyone who colors there hair. I first picked out a color for myself (after having sent in a photo) and a color specialist responded by saying that they thought it might be a bit too dark. I took their advice and went with a lighter shade and it was exactly what I wanted. Later, when I decided to go even lighter, all I did was write in and say I wanted two shades lighter and voila! the perfect color. It's great to have someone professional at the other end and not just a salesperson in a beauty supply store.

I guessed at the color I needed. From the picture I sent, they suggested an adjustment to it. I love the color and I never received this many compliments when I went to a professional! Their customer service is outstanding. It is helpful if you have someone who can help apply the color to the roots on the back of your head. My husband is getting good at that part. I also like having it shipped on a regular basis and the fact that they notify me a few days before they ship it in case I want to make a change. Highly recommend!

This takes all the guesswork, hesitation and "hope for the best" with hair color decisions. The color is custom made just for you! None of the shades in the store were exactly what I was looking for but this product was just perfect. In case you need to tweek it a little, just look at the formula they send with the package and let your colorist know. They respond very quickly and provide terrific customer service. You won't ever go back to store bought again. Most highly recommended.

I've used esalon a few times- the gray coverage is always excellent and the quality of product seems much better than a drugstore box. this is the third time I've colored my hair (aka gray). usually a little dark. I had the colorist change the color to slightly lighter. This time it was a perfect match with great gray coverage.

I find eSalon a little more expensive than the Nice n Easy I used to purchase... but I must say I like that they send 2 sets of gloves (one for application and a 2nd for the shower so you don't have to keep them for 30 min or or put them back on for the shower!). I got a compliment on my hair color while my daughter was getting her hair cut at the salon... that amazed me. There are definite tones to it that I don't get from the retail store. And, I've found their customer service very helpful. I highly recommend them.
