I like the color in general. My gray roots are pretty stubborn so the roots are lighter than the rest of my hair. I'm not sure if there's anything to be done. I left the color on my roots a few minutes longer than recommended in case that would help. Other suggestions are welcome.

I love, love, love my color, I received so many compliments! This was my first time using eSalon , it's awesome! Wonderfully vibrant color with excellent coverage. Vielen Dank !! Endlich eine Farbe die zu mir passt und die mich glücklich macht. Das Ganze war liebevoll verpackt. Alles was man braucht war dabei, die Gebrauchsanweisung einfach zu handhaben. Die Menge völlig ausreichend.
Am meisten hat mich das Endergebnis überzeugt, einfach mega!!! Ein Abo ist also der logische Schluss!!! Daaaaaanke!!!!

Farbe definitiv in Friseur-Qualität. Tropft nicht beim Auftragen. Abo flexibel, sehr angenehm. Habe schon 2x meine Farbe anpassen lassen, da ich sie selbst zu dunkel gewählt hatte. Jetzt passt es. Also ich brauche ich keinen Profi zum Colorieren. Ich liebe das Classic Shampoo und den Conditioner, wollte das Duo gestern für die laufende Pflege nachkaufen, leider ausverkauft.

From start to finish this was a very wonderful no disappointments whatsoever experience the box that everything comes in itself you feel like a princess well I did, the hair color itself was absolutely perfect, I'm home recovering from an accident so it wasn't in the cards for me and my friends picked up a couple of colors for me but I'm coming right back to these experts I I have not one complaint your personal colorist is wonderful getting your account set up is easy it's a really really nice way to treat yourself!!

Zu Beginn hat es ein paar Anpassungen benötigt. Beim dritten Mal wurden meine Änderungswünsche so umgesetzt, dass für mich die perfekte Farbe entstanden ist.

My first delivery and did not disappoint. Very well packaged and labelled with good instructions. Easy to use and amount was great for my hair length. Extremely good coverage and now shall not be using anything else now as the colour and ease of use was excellent.

I had my hair dyed at a salon a few months ago and I wasn't thrilled with the color. I was a bright copper orange and was looking to have a more natural, copper color. I was super nervous when the dye was on my hair because the color looked way off. Once I rinsed it and got out of the shower, I couldn't believe how beautiful the color was. It's perfect!! I'll definitely be using esalon again for dying my hair instead of spending a ton of money at the salon.

Not only is the color a perfect match....but it looks so natural! And the coverage on my greys.....chefs kiss!!! I'm so thankful that I tried out this product. My hair looks and feels great. There's no harsh smell once it's all washed and shampooed out and the personalization of the package that arrived was just awesome!

I liked the product and how simple everything was. I didn't get the results I was expecting for the first color session. However they immediatly credited my account and I was able to get an updated color in the mail 2 days later. The customer service was amazing. I still feel like it isn't as dark as I wanted but my hair has natural red tone so I feel like that is part of my issue. But I feel like the overall quality is really good and the customer service was top notch.

Ich habe gestern erstmalig das auf meine Haarfarbe abgestimmte Colorset benutzt und bin mehr als begeistert. Ich habe es mir für den nachwachsenden Grauansatz bestellt und mischen lassen. Meine Erwartungen sind übertroffen worden. Die Farbe harmoniert bestens mit dem Blondton der Haare, sie glänzen wundervoll und das Auftragen war super erklärt und einfach. Ich habe mich anfangs gar nicht herangetraut da ich schon einige Pleiten erlebt habe mit orangenem Farbton oder zu gelbstichig. Ich bin einfach nur begeistert und kann so den teuren Friseurbesuch hinauszögern. Danke auch für den netten Kontakt mit Katharina und dem guten Service. Weiter so....

I’ve been using Esalon for four years. It’s made coloring so easy. It’s on my own time, in my own house. I can easily color by myself. Esalon Hair Color always leaves my hair feeling soft and silky. I have dark brunette, naturally curly hair. I wear my hair straight, soft curls, or scrunched in a natural free style. Esalon has always managed to take the brassiness out so that in the sun, I don’t get a red hue from the coloring. Every summer we spend a lot of time in chlorine water, floating in rivers, and playing in lakes. And the gray is perfectly covered for 6 weeks. I’m 70 years old, my hair is below shoulder length and even after using ESalon for 4 years my hair is very healthy.

Y’all, this is magic. I submitted my info and 2 photos of my hair (which had multiple colors, exposed roots, grays…all the problems). My stylist Sylvia absolutely nailed. I have NEVER been this happy with my color. It’s consistent, natural-looking, maintained my natural highlights, and is BETTER than I could have hoped for. I am terrible at coloring my hair, and this was so easy. My boyfriend said it looks like I had my hair professionally colored. I am a customer for life.

I was a bit skeptical at first however my colorist Sarah got it right. My hair was a faded out strawberry blonde and I needed it to be more red copper. She nailed it. It’s a shiny red copper ish. It’s soft and I love it. And affordable.

I opened my box today and colored my hair. Loved the packing and how individualized it is for the customer. Easy to use. Very well instructions given. Enough tubes to cover my hair. It is so smooth and lush. I do feel that the color turned out a little darker than I expected even though I timed it as per instructions. Hoping that it will turn the right color after 1-2 wash.

Hat alles gut geklappt. Farbe, Shampoo und Spülung fühlen sich toll an und die Haare wirken danach sehr gepflegt.
Ich bin gespannt wie lange es hält bzw wann ich wieder nachfärben muss.

Die Färbung ist super von der Konsistenz! Sie lässt sich super gut,gründlich und schnell auftragen! Da sie nicht so dünnflüssig ist, wie herkömmliche Farben ,kleckert auch nichts! Auch ist die Textur sehr Haareschonden! Bin sehr begeistert! Auch die Anwendung ist super easy !

We had missed a small, but noticeable section
abt 2 “ above my ear from the hairline to behind my ear!!! I called, expecting to pay for a new kit. Instead I was sent another kit by priority to correct the mistake. So impressed. Also whomever I speak with, is always so gracious and full of great tips/info.

I was getting my greys covered every 3-4 weeks spending around $140 plus tip to my stylist. I feel I am receiving the same product and spending so much less. I know people are afraid of change but the way prices are nowadays its worth to try. Thank you ESalon!!

Absolutely love this dye- it perfectly mimics my natural hair colour and manages to cover greys well. It looks completely natural (unlike most over-the-counter dyes I’ve used before that have a red tinge and always end up being darker than intended!!) I like the subscription option and that you can change the frequency of delivery. My only wish is that there was an option when building the custom colour pack to choose latex or non latex gloves for the pack- I’m allergic to Nitrile and found the latex-free gloves provided in the pack caused a bad dermatitis like reaction on my hands. Latex would have been fine! Gloves aside, I love the colour and will continue to use the dye.

In dem Set ist alles dabei was man braucht und meine Farbe gefällt mir sehr gut. Das war meine erste Aktion im Bereich Haare Färben daher ist das Ergebnis nicht ganz so gut gelungen aber die nächsten Versuche werden dann besser . Ein großes Dankeschön an Katharina die meine Farbe zusammengestellt hat. 🫶

Ich habe mir immer eine Haarfarbe gewünscht wie früher.
Ich war rothaarig. Die normalen Haarfarben waren alle mir zu intensiv und nicht natürlich genug.
Dank eSalon habe ich eine wunderschöne und natürliche Haarfarbe.
Sie entspricht voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen.
Besser geht es nicht.

I am 60 years old and have colored my hair at home for a very long time. Then I started having my hairdresser do it because my color always faded out so fast,the same thing happened when she did it within three weeks my hair was probably three or four shades lighter than it should have stayed.That did not happen with my hair color that I received from Esalon ! I’m going on five weeks, and the color has remained just as deep and vibrant as it started out, I couldn’t be happier with it.

Honestly, I was sceptic before I recieved my color set. But when I use it, I was pleasantly surprised. The texture of the mix is very thick like they use in the salon, the smell was even pleasant. My color turned out exactly as I expected. All instructions are very clear. Will purchase again for sure and recommend for a friend.

I love this set. The ability to do my own hair at home, save loads of money and walk away with soft, shiny, healthy hair is amazing. On top of that, it's easy and saves me time. My colorist has been very patient with me in finding a color that's exactly what I wanted and I love it!!!

I choose a colour I would like to have and sent some photos of my current hair and the hair colour I would like. I never expected the colourist to actually analyse my current hair colour and give me a honest opinion. I thought they would just accept my request but the colourist message me and said the colour would be too dark and turn my hair too red and asked me to try the colour blend they made for me. Not only the colourist was right (their blend was not too dark) but the colour is even more beautiful than the one I choose! It reallly suits me.So happy they actually personalise the colour to suit you better and not just accept your requests.
