I absolutely love my custom color! I love how it comes all laid out. I am yet to do it alone as I don't think I would successfully get the back of my head. I wish it came with a brush to paint on the color rather than just using my fingers. It doesn't keep my grays covered for as long as I'd like but it's a great product. Much cheaper than a salon! I've gotten lots of compliments on my color and also told it looks natural. I highly recommend

The color was spot on and the grey coverage was amazing, the step by step instructions were also very helpful, I would recommend this product to all those who have had trouble covering their greys, I will re order when i need this again. Color is not brassy and so easy to use. I don’t know how they do it, but there are high and low colors when you are done. Hair stays in very good shape, I will never use any other hair color.

I thankfully discovered esalon during the second lockdown! Results have been fabulous every time and hair also smells amazing.
For the first time, in a very long time, I have same colour throughout my hair. No nasty dark colour bands of different colours across hair, No overprocessed dried out fuzzy hair. Just even hair colour with amazing results!
The best parts is being able to do my professional haircolour in the convenience of my own home. Home care kits are inexpensive in comparison to going to the hair salon. My hair feels like silk, not dried out feeling of straw.
I have highly recommend this product to all my friends and family. They have also experienced it to be of excellent quality, fantastic value for money.
Thank you eSalon for changing my life, most importantly my hair. It looks and feels amazing!

Wasn’t really expecting this product to be any better than a supermarket box dye so was pleasantly surprised. Easy instructions that must be followed and great results. My roots don’t take the box dyes very well and I have very thick hair but this surprised me!

I have naturally red hair, which can be really hard to match without it being too purple-y or too over-the-top red. I ordered a little darker color than my natural shade to put some lowlights in, and I’m super impressed with how seamless and natural it looks! It’s subtle but gives the dimension I was looking for. The color that was sent is beautiful. It is a medium golden blonde, almost caramel in color; however I asked for strawberry blonde and there is no strawberry or copper to be found. Again, very pretty and my hair feels healthy and all....but I didn’t want to be a medium blonde I wanted to be a medium strawberry blonde. Edit: Customer service is amazing! They immediately reached out to me and helped me work through how to get the color that I wanted. I cannot say enough about the quick response and willingness to work towards my hair goals.

My personalized hair color was perfect.. I enjoy knowing I can lean towards “a little more red” or whatever at any time. Simple instructions, sturdy packaging, and easy reordering. My family cannot believe I’m doing this myself !!

Great product, they smell amazing, apply easy, last long, and my hair felt healthier after applying! Absolutely in LOVE with this company 😍 and they send you everything you need and they have professionals who help you through the whole process and answer any questions you have. If they need to see your hair to answer a question you can submit a picture to taken in natural lighting and they can look at that picture and tell you what you need to know!
