I was impressed with the texture of the hair dye feeling creamy and thick. The color turned out beautiful and my hair was soft and shiny. I was more impressed that the color came out even on the roots and the ends. That has never happened with boxed hair dye from the store. I am very pleased.

my daughter applied my hair color using a smudge technique. she has a talent with hair and did a wonderful job applying the dye. it looks great! it covers most obvious grays but is still natural looking--a definite improvement

Ich habe ein neues Foto zugefügt. Meine Colorista hat mich zwecks Beratung extra nochmal angerufen und mich beraten. Und das Ergebnis ist perfekt! Die Farbe ist sehr gut zu verarbeiten und das Haar sieht nach der Coloration sehr gepflegt aus.
An alles wurde gedacht und so konnte ich ohne weiteren Einkauf meine Haare colorieren. Prima und Danke ♥️

Fantastic product. Kit really easy to use and great quality. The colour is lovely, though may tweak it a bit next time. Overall a wonderful experience and SO much better than buying off the shelf. A life saver especially during this lockdown period. Thank you Esalon .

I was hesitant to color my hair since I've only had it done in the salon. This kit was so easy to use & my hair looked amazing & was so soft & shiny. I wish I had been more generous in applying around my hairline but I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get the color off my skin but the color remover in the kit did the trick. I will definitely reorder.

Just tried my first custom colour set and I’m beyond impressed! I’m very picky about my hair colour and am usually disappointed with salon results. I have medium golden brown hair (with lots of greys) and find that salons always colour my hair too dark, and box dye just turns my hair black. I am so thrilled to have finally found a true medium brown colour and at a fantastic price. I did a root touch up and slightly lighter ends replenisher to not completely lose my balayage and the results were better than the salon. Customer service has also been fantastic. I live in Canada and my order took four weeks to arrive, but understandable during this time and totally worth the wait :)

During the Coronavirus I have not been able to go to the salon to get my hair done because I have severe asthma. I ordered my hair color through eSalon and was pleasantly surprised at how simple and easy it was to color my own hair! I just colored the roots because I had some gray outgrowth that I needed to cover up. The color was perfect and very natural looking. I am beyond satisfied!!

I loved the personalized kit. All of my questioned were answered in the instructions. My color turned out perfectly. I emailed back and forth with a colorist and decided to go with the color I originally selected and it turned out great. I’m never this happy with color at a salon. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend eSalon for hair coloring products. I have tried numerous hair coloring products purchased at retail stores. The result was mostly unsatisfactory. (My hair was often left dry and brittle.) I read the reviews about eSalon and decided to give it a try, especially since my salon was closed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. It did not disappoint. The service is great. I was assigned Yvette, a personal colorist, to answer any questions. She was very helpful and responsive. I received detailed instructions for application. I am completely satisfied with the results. The shade is perfect, and my hair was left soft and manageable.

The color was exactly what I was asking for. i was shocked because I hadn’t had luck in a salon or by box getting what I’d wanted. Even though I knew how to apply it, I loved the easy to follow instructions with everything you need packed so perfectly. Definitely recommend this product/service

The color is fantastic, and my hair is soft and shiny. I've been wanting to try this product for years as the money I spent at the salon every month has been more than I can afford. The pandemic gave me good reason to try it. i was nervous at first. I'm mostly gray and have blond color. When I first put it on the color turned really dark and that worried me, but it washed out and left a rich color on my roots. I adjusted my color to add more ash and the second time even better. I just tried my 3rd color. It went on a little purple/blue but then darkened to the normal color and looks fantastic. I may not have mixed it well enough. I will probably go to the salon occasionally to get lowlights to add some dimension but I think I'll be a customer for quite awhile.

I love eSalon for the great products and the ease of changing the color and tones when and if I feel it necessary. I was way overdue for a color due to covid so my hair was really bad. The roots....the color....all of it! I had heard from a friend about this product and while it took a while to receive, it was AMAZING! The color of my hair is exactly what I was hoping for! I wanted to go a bit darker than what I had been coloring it as red is hard to keep up with. My new color is a darker and more manageable shade of brownish red and I'm a huge fan. Thank you to your wonderful colorists! I'll be using your products for the long term now.....thank you!!!!

Turned out very even, shiny, and dimensional! Quality dye, I just had to realize the hard way that I don’t like hair THAT dark in me (not their fault! They even sent an email recommending that I do a shade or two lighter, but I confirmed my order.) very personal and they take into account your existing color/level, and potentially make suggestions. Will order again!

This is the first time ever that I tried eSalon. I have been going to salons for years where they custom mix my color in the shop and put it on. With the Covid going on I certainly couldn't get it done that way. A friend told me about eSalon and I gave it a try. It came within 5 days and I am extremely pleased with the results. My hair was not colored for 3 months and there is no color line whatsoever on the final results. It is very natural looking! Does she or doesn't she? My hair felt conditioned and healthy. I'm gonna do this every 6 weeks from now on! YAY!!

The color I received is exactly what I asked for. In the past I have tried boxed products from the drug store and was never able to get a true dark ashe blonde . Esalon not only gave me a great color, it covered my grays really well . I was pleasantly surprised!

This is the first time I have coloured my hair myself but the experience was a good one. The colourist got my colour perfect on the second time. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the colourist did everything I asked.

I can’t say enough good about eSalon! I thought I would never be that woman that colored my own hair. I have spent $$$$$ on my hair over the past 40 years! However, I was forced to color my own hair 2 years ago due to physical impairments at the time. I hesitantly ordered from eSalon after reading through several reviews - like hundreds! I was so surprised at how easy they made it. When I received my custom color, I kept reading through the directions to be sure I had all the steps down as it seemed too simple. After I washed the product out of my hair I was honestly shocked at how much I loved the color! It was better than what I had been receiving at the salon! And even better, it lasted longer than it does from the salon. I was having to have my hair colored every 4 weeks as the color had faded so bad. Now I color about every 6 weeks - only because I need to cover the grays. My color doesn’t fade near as fast! I love that I have a professional colorist verify my color with me before every order ships out. And I have it set on auto ship so it comes automatically every six weeks like clockwork. Obviously, I am in love with eSalon! I couldn’t be any happier!

Absolutely love this company. I decided to try dying my hair this way and my stylist sent me exactly what I wanted. I usually cannot go dark( paid many stylist to do) without it washing me out as I am very cool toned. The color I was sent is perfect. Will be doing my hair at home from now on.

Natural, luminous, rich color. I'm sold!!! The gray is totally covered, and my hair feels and looks great. This is my second time using Madison Reed dark blond. I'm getting more skilled at targeting the back of my head, using clips. It's easy and so much more affordable than the salon prices! The color is multi-dimensional, not flat, with natural, subtle highlights. I'm really happy with the results.

I wasn’t sure that attaching a picture but my hair looks right now would actually get me the perfect color. The coverage was great. I had about 4 inches of white hair growth that needed to be covered. The color they chose matched perfectly and so what the coverage. Blended right in to the existing color I had. My hair even felt good after it was colored. I am definitely going to re-order. I kind of feel like I did a better job in my colorist has done in the past.
