This was my first time trying eSalon and I am very happy with my color results! It was very easy to apply and I love the personalized color kit. I sent a picture to my hair stylist of my hair color. She loved the clor and stated I did a really good job with applying my color!

I JUST USED MY 1ST KIT WITH THE NEW, CREAMIER FORMULATION, AND I HAVE TO SAY, I LOVE IT SOOO MUCH BETTER!! IN THE PAST, I ALWAYS MANAGED TO GET COLOR ON MY TILE FLOOR AND HAD TO QUICKLY GET IT UP SO AS NOT TO DISCOLOR THE TILE GROUT. THIS CREAMIER FORMULA AVOIDS DRIPS AND IS MUCH, MUCH EASIER TO APPLY. THANK YOU FOR IMPROVING THE FORMULA IN THIS SPECIFIC WAY!!!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the kit itself. Shared details with everyone I know. Even my husband was impressed. The only problem I had was the actual color result being on the dull and dingy side. However, it was a big change, and perhaps after the second application in a few weeks the results will brighten. Will update if so. Anyway, it looks better than the heavy quarantine roots I was rocking!

I was highly impressed with customer service to begin with and the price. When I received my packages it was so well and cute put together, it also had everything I needed to color my hair. The product is amazing and I’m so happy with my hair!

Very pleased with my color. They matched the color in the picture I sent. The texture and shine after the application were as good as when I go to the salon and pay 3 times more. They sent everything I needed with very clear instructions. Very happy!

This is best color I have ever used. Perfect color exactly what I wanted, no hair stylist got it right even seeing my hair but they saw a pic and got it right the first time.

I’ve never permanently dyed my hair before so it worked perfectly! The colors maybe a smidge darker than what it shows you on the site, but it’ll lighten in the sun to the perfect color. Only thing I’d say is make sure to do your roots last because if you run hot like me they will process faster. It won’t be super dramatic or anything but you can tell somethings the slightest bit amiss lol

After trying store bought color and getting terrible results, I decided to try eSalon. My hair was two tones as I hadn’t touched up my blond in months. This color did the trick! I now have beautiful brown hair that looks like I never colored it before. It’s not easy to put color back on bleached hair and I was skeptical, but it worked beautifully!

Just what I was looking for. I asked you to add some more "golden" color to the last tube of tint and now I really like what I can do for my hair in the weeks in between when I dye my hair. I can keep the golden glow happening! Thanks.

I decided to try esalon during this quarantine - I filled out their questionnaire and they did a GREAT JOB with my color - i am a redhead so it is not easy at all.
Got the products in the mail - they give you EVERYTHING including shampoo and conditioner and oh yes even gloves
VERY happy with the end result and plan to do again and again

Die Farbe war super und leicht zu handhaben! Nach der Coloration fühlten sich die Haare gut und gepflegt an - 1000 Mal besser als gewöhnliche Haarfarbe, die man in der Drogerie zum Selbstfärben kaufen kann.

I used Color set today. I really like the color. Every color I have ever had on my hair fades within the first couple weeks. Most women seem to hold color but my hair does not. I have tried not shampooing or over drying my hair to using products and get the same results over and over again. I am hoping color holds with this new product.

I was hoping that eSalon could match my color after my move from NY to NJ and then the virus outbreak and you nailed. it. I just needed to do my roots and now you'd never know I didn't go to my new stylist! Now that I feel good about looking look, I"m going to continue using this until I feel comfortable going back to my regular salon.

The easiest root touch up ever ! I am beyond happy with this product. It's not messy at all either.
Plus....I am saving money by not going to a salon , I have always said that no matter what the cost my hair was worth it that's what kept me going to a salon but the time and money that I'm saving with
E salon for the exact same results is amazing.
And if something needs to be changed even something so small as the glove size , they are right there to take care of it for you thank you E salon💞

I can’t believe it took me up until the current situation to discover ESalon. It’s hair salon quality in the comfort of your own home and so much more reasonable. I had a full head of blonde highlights and I would normally get my roots done every 5 weeks. Due to the closure of salons, I had dreadful black roots that I knew I could not cover with a Supermarket / pharmacy hair colour at the fear of getting green hair. I emailed the ESalon Team some photos and they very honestly advised if I wanted blonde, my roots would be warmer, I could buy a highlight kit or go back to my natural colour of light brown, my colourist emailed me and rang me to discuss and confirm before mixing my colour. I was a bit disappointed at having to go darker but I wanted rid of my roots. My colourist assured me as I gave my hair a couple of washes, it would lighten to a lovely rich colour and he was so right. I have my colour in 3 weeks, it’s a beautiful bronde colour and I have no root re growth. I am honestly so impressed. It was delivered in a lovely presentation box with simple easy, personalised instructions, very easy to follow. Apart from going to the salon for a cut when they reopen, I will continue to get my colour from ESalon.

After trying so many different type of colours and brands over the years, this product is totally perfect and leaves my naturally curly hair in tip top condition, the shine and bounce is amazing. The colourist has blended the dye to create the deep rich red tone I wanted.

I was rather sceptical ordering my colour on line. My hair colour arrived in a lovely box with very clear instructions. My colour was just for my grey roots. I am delighted with the result. It has covered all of the grey and is a perfect colour. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.

The color was exactly how I wanted it to come out. The instructions were easy to follow. I have a red tint in my dark brown color so the red tint rinse adds a pretty red shine when I use it. Covered my greys! Love the products. Ordered during quarantine when I couldn’t go to a salon and now I’m going to save myself the money and just color my hair myself! It’s that good!

No longer a skeptic. I love this brand. Absolutely covered all my stubborn grays. I love my new hair color. I have natural black hair and picked soft brown to cover my grays and have a new hairdo. Have to say I was skeptical about ordering hair color online. After many years of having it done at a salon I wasn't sure how good the product or color would be. My color was washed out and I had about two inches of grey roots. With my salon being closed due to the virus and not knowing when it will re-open I decided to take matters into my own hands. I was surprisingly pleased with the product and color.

I can’t believe how good my hair looks. When I opened my box I was so nervous because I usually use a Demi color. I open the box and what does it say but, Demi color, Yes!! Thank you so much. I’m a bit obsessed that I have a personal colorist for 1/3 of the cost. Class and cost so great Esalon.

So happy with the color. M roots and ends match perfectly! I am alway so nervous about my roots because they are so gray and light that even the hairdresser sometimes winds up making them pinkish. It was a long process to do roots and ends but no longer than in the salon and I saved so much $! I am super thrilled and can’t wait to do my roots again!

I have been going to the salon to get top highlights for about 7 years. I felt like the highlights are played out and with the coronavirus, it was the perfect time to color my hair. I first did a box dye of light brown. It was one color on the top and one color on the bottom. I couldn't wait to get rid of it. I found esalon while doing a google search. I loved the questions they asked and the photo request. They even personally contacted me. This was all making this company super professional. My color arrived in a nice box, it came beautifully packaged with a one time free color. We followed the directions easily. It was easy to apply, smelled nice and worked wonders. I am IN LOVE with my medium brown mahogany color. My husband LOVES it too! I am so thrilled that I can have salon done hair from home without paying the high amount of money. I look forward to my next box (6 weeks) and I might even add a few extra goodies to that box!

I really loved my first experience with eSalon. I have literally never colored my hair at home in over 35 years. I was very nervous and the colorists were extremely supportive. I thought the process was relatively easy, a bit messy, and quick. They definitely need to amp up the color for my grays and adjusted my formula for next time. Goodbye to expensive salon appointments and hello to eSalon. I am so excited!

I love my hair color I get from E Salon. They send out everything you need to get a professional hair salon coloring done, that you can do for yourself at a LOW COST! They will work with you to make sure you are making the right chose in the color you are ordering! You can't get better then that! While in lockdown I tried an off the shelf colour. It hardly covered the grey hair so thought I'd give this a try. Great product easy to use and covered the grey well. I've recommend this to friends and it's a lot cheaper than my usual salon colour. Sorry hairdresser I'll be doing my own colour for now!!

I really love this product. I love the personal touch in the packaging . Including the little poetry inside the outer box. The first colour was ok but my roots didn't cover brilliantly but the second lot of hair colour was the best root cover I have ever had! It all just blended with the rest of my hair colour .

This was the first time I have attempted at home hair color and was not disappointed with the results. Easy to follow instructions. Had my husband help with the back. Color was great, covered my grays well. I do need a slight adjustment in color which my colorist was happy to do. I am now in week 5 and needing a touch up but was pleased with how well the color has held up. My hair is still soft and shiney. My only complaint is that the order was slow in getting here, so will order it for earlier delivery next time. Overall, great product, easy to use, good results, good customer service!

I was so scared to dye my hair myself, but my grays were getting very bad and we still can't go to the salon right now because of COVID-19. I ordered my first kit and it arrived very quickly in the cutest packaging. The directions were easy to follow and everything I needed (besides the plastic clips) was included in the package. The color turned out great! All of my grays are covered and I love the tone/color. It is a nice deep color and it is just what I was looking for. I don't know if I will ever go back to the salon to get my hair dyed!
