This product is wonderful! It came with everything I needed and was very easy to use. I have strawberry blonde hair with a little red and have had difficulty for years trying to get the colorist to match my natural color. I sent a picture in to esalon and the results were amazing. It looked so natural and lasted for weeks. I definitely recommend this product.

For anyone who has hesitated to use "at home" color, eSalon makes it super easy and the results are very professional. I've tried the box color and eSalon is nothing like that. I love being able to tweak the results with the online stylist and also how easy it is to adjust the schedule for shipping as it fits my need.
Definitely recommend to my friends and family who are spending $60-$250 for their color. They also had the hassle of scheduling an appointment and were spending hours at the salon. I fit coloring into my schedule at home and in less than an hour, I've got my color done. eSalon sends everything you need so it's worth it! Love this service!

Easy to order, my stylist selected a new shade to what I had chosen and I’m so glad as it’s a perfect match. Delivery was slightly longer due to covid but that can’t be helped. Nice little kit containing everything you need. Good instructions and lots of tutorial videos which made the process easier. I used my free application brush and found the colouring straightforward and fairly easy. Was very nervous as I’ve had previous hair colouring disasters but I’m so pleased with my end result! 9 weeks of root regrowth and all my greys are covered beautifully!

Initially seemed slightly darker than expected but it was a lovely warm colour with great shine and left the hair feeling soft and healthy. By day two I was very happy with the colour as well and now think it's perfect.
Good instructions and even for someone as inexperienced and clumsy as me was pretty easy to use. and I didn't mess up the whole bathroom either! Thanks very much.

I coloured my hair few days ago and I cannot tell you how happy I am. I am a natural red head anyway and when I go to my salon I have blonde highlights put in but I wanted something bit more vibrant and boy did I get that!!! I am so happy with the results if anyone is unsure about using this product don’t be you will love it!!!

My gray roots were out of control. Because of the stay at home order my roots were going into 10 weeks of growth. I have always gotten my hair colored at the salon every 4 weeks. With an upcoming Zoom meeting I was desperate to get my color done. My sister suggested I try eSalon. I was very skeptical and nervous about putting on my hair. To my surprise the product arrived with clear instructions and everything I would need to color my hair. It turned out perfect!! I originally set up my order for every 8 weeks, planning to have my salon color in between, but since the results are so good I have switched to every 4 weeks with eSalon. I have been extremely happy with this product, as well as the excellent service from eSalon. I needed a color adjustment after the first color I chose was not quite right. After submitting photos through my online account, the color was adjusted by my eSalon stylist and the new color was perfect. The product lasts as long as the color I get from my regular stylist and there is more than enough product to color my shoulder-length hair. I highly recommend this product for anyone wishing to color at home.

Absolutely blown away by how great this colour is. The shade is perfect, left my hair shiny and soft, and it looks very natural - beautiful tones and subtle highlights. It's my first time using it so we will see how it looks over time, but initial experience is as good as getting it done in the salon.

I use to be a licensed hair stylist and this product is true to color and the quality is very good. Love that it comes with stain guard and stain remover, as well as shampoo and conditioner. Smells great to!

Anfangs war ich sehr skeptisch - dachte aber, ich probier´ das jetzt einfach mal.... und, was soll ich sagen? Ich bin einfach nur begeistert: Die Handhabung ist supergut erklärt und sehr gut zu bewerkstelligen! Klar, es ist etwas Arbeit, aber es hält sich wirklich in Grenzen. Das Ergebnis kann sich wirklich, wirklich sehen lassen!! Und meine Haare waren danach superweich :) !! Ich werde es bestimmt weiter benutzen. Strähnchen lasse ich weiter beim Friseur machen, das traue ich mir dann doch nicht selbst zu. Aber Ansatz oder gesamt färben - das kann ich jetzt gut selber machen - und spare tatsächlich einiges!

When I received my color, I was afraid to try it. I was used to semipermanent color and permanent seemed like a big commitment. I stared at the box for several months before my quarantine hair made me desperate enough to try it. Now, I can't believe I waited so long! I LOVE my new color and the grays are gone! Ich bin eine sehr, sehr pingelige Person was meine Haare betrifft. Ich habe sehr, sehr kräftiges, dickes und lockiges Haar. Dies ist natürlich immer trocken und stumpf. Meine Haarfarbe ist einfach der Hammer! Ein super Ergebnis, die Haare haben nach der Coloration eine glänzende, strahlende Farbe. Das Haar fühlt sich weich und gesund an! Ich bin restlos begeistert und bestelle jetzt zum 3. Mal. Änderungen werden umgehend umgesetzt. Was ich auch noch hervorheben möchte ist dass bestimmte Farben für mich gesperrt sind. Aus dem einfachen Grund dass diese meiner Haarstruktur schaden würden. Hier geht es also nicht immer nur um den Profit sondern wirklich um die Gesundheit meiner Mähne. Und es ist immer wieder schön, wenn das liebevoll gepackte Päckchen mit allem Drum und Dran und meinem Namen ankommt. Ganz große Klasse!!!!!

Dank Corona habe ich mir jetzt doch mal einen Ruck gegeben und die Farbe bestellt. Mein Mann hat sich - erfolgreich - als Friseur versucht, und wir beide sind sehr glücklich mit dem Ergebnis. Tolle Grauabdeckung, sehr schöne Farbe, glänzende Reflexe. Da ich recht empfindliche Kopfhaut habe, war ich gespannt, wie es sich beim Auftragen und Einwirken anfühlt - Friseurfarbe ist okay, Drogeriefarbe sehr unangenehm. Die eSalon-Farbe ist vom Gefühl auf der Kopfhaut genau wie die beim Friseur, also volle Punktzahl!

I needed to cover my roots without disturbing the highlights.
I used the bottle and brush method very successfully. The color blended well with the rest of my hair.
My only objection is the ammonia odor. I was under the impression that this product is ammonia free. This is the reason for 4 stars.
Overall, I am satisfied with the product. The price is reasonable and the result satisfactory. I will most likely use esalon again.

ESalon was recommended by a friend. I finally ordered because of COVID 19. My husband helped me and between the 2 of us got it done. (Learned a lot for next time). The result is beautiful! Great color and not smears all over my face/neck. Looking forward to my next delivery. And so much more reasonably priced than my salon.

I tried box color years ago with disastrous results, so I was a bit nervous (but more desperate than nervous with the salons having been shut) to try eSalon. Loved the hand holding (videos) to take the angst out of coloring my hair for by myself. It turned out really well. I'm quite happy.

Love the color. The coverage is great, especially for gray hair. I couldn't believe that they matched the color almost perfect the first time around. I adjusted the color for my second order. I'm excited and I will save so much money by coloring my own hair!

I just love this color!!!!! The stylist was right on point with what I wanted and the fact that she emailed me about my color and made sure I wanted this specific color/darkness (because it was two shades darker than my dyed color already) only shows that she and this company are truly professionals and the customers are their top priority!! :)

I’ve never colored my hair at home. Picking the right color was a challenge for me but my colorist came to the rescue. She reformulated my color based on pictures I sent. It turned out so pretty! It’s Identical to my salon color. It wasn’t that hard either! I’m so impressed. Thank you guys!

I love the color the stylist mixed for me. It's about the same shade as the salon color that I previously had but it has more highlights. I have some white hair and the color covers it completely and doesn't fade like the salon color did. My hair is also in better condition than it was after the salon color.

My sister helped me color at home this past week and boy were we surprised! After years of salon coloring and the expensive visits every 5 weeks the results I got from Esalon shocked me because they were better! My hair color matched well and afterwards my hair was silky and smooth. This after no hair cut for 3 months. Wow! So, I’m reordering and I probably won’t have my stylist color my hair just do the cuts.

This product was packaged nicely and the instructions were easy to follow. The results were great. The color is perfect! Most importantly my hair feels healthy. I haven't dyed my own hair for years but couldn't cope with the greys coming through since lockdown. I was dubious about using a dye kit not least because I'm not very good at doing things like this myself. However the kit was perfect, easy to follow step by step instructions and the results have cheered me up no end. The greys have gone, the colour is great and my hair is shiny and lovely again. Thanks

This is honestly the best dye I have ever used, it's such a strong gorgeous colour like I wanted, went on really easy and hasn't ran loads when showering. It was really easy to apply, smelt amazing and overall exceeded expectations! My only criticism would be that for people with really thick hair, like myself, the shampoo and conditioner didn't quite fully cover my hair but other than that a truly amazing product!

I've had light hair for soo long and wanted a change to a healthy brown color. The last time I was at the salon I left with copper colored hair ;(
My only fear about going to a brown was getting "jet black hair" which is the color you usually get at home. I shared this concern with the hair colorist helping me on eSalon and she was great! This formula was perfect and now my hair is dark brown with healthy golden/reddish tones. I absolutely love it and I am saving lots of time and money bc I am not going to the salon anymore! Well I just got notified today that you’ll be only giving us one pair of gloves with our kit, honestly I wouldn’t have a problem with that but you’ve also not included directions with our kit and I have a problem with that. I have a horrible internet connection so with this last order I had to guess how much time to leave my color on and I’m not ok with that.
