Shipped quick, everything I needed was in the box. Directions were easy to understand. Color was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted brown, only time I got brown was at salon for $150. Box color always gave me black hair no matter what color printed on box. Quality was same as salon, definitely not an over the counter box color. Covered all my gray hair. Several weeks later color is still holding up, no fade, hair looks healthy. I'm impressed. I would recommend trying!!

Die Menge und Farbe wird nach dem eigenen Wunsch angefertigt. Man hat das Gefühl etwas besonderes zu sein. Die Farbe hält auch noch nach der 9. Haarwäsche. Ich liebe es .

My color was perfect! My colorist, Danielle, did a perfect job!
The formula is so creamy compared to the box brands and there is so much more of it!
I have never tried to color my hair with a brush before and I really loved that too!
I also love the little sticker they sent with it to hang up the instructions so they are easier to read. And 2 pairs of gloves! Mercy! What more can you ask for!?!

Having colored my gray roots for several years, both in salon and at home I have finally found my answer! I love that it is shipped to me regularly and on time with everything I need. I liked the color, the grey has been covered, especially around my face. It has turned to a slightly reddish tone, which my hair always does when colored. I will try it again in March and see the results are the same.

I have been using esplanade since 2015 and love it. I am a natural redhead and started to Grey a bit. Esalon matched my color and my greys are gone. LOVE IT!!

I really think this is a quality product. It left my hair in good condition although I may experiment in tweeking the color just a bit. The jury is still out on that but I'll ask my colorist also about going back to a demi-permanent with my greys. Just love it though, thank you!

Es ist alles übersichtlich und super und einfach erklärt. Nicht mit viel schnick schnack beschrieben, also auch einfach zu lesen.
Da ich meine eingene Methode habe meine Haare zu färben hatte ich ja echt angst, das ich nun überall Farbe habe, da ich leider immer rum saue beim Färben, besonders bei der Länge ;-)
Ich muss aber sagen, das man die Fabe alles wieder super einfach abbekommen hat, sogar ohne dieses Produkt wenn man rum gesaut hat;-) selbst in den Ohren war keine Farbe mehr. Echt super, ich habe sogar meine nächste Lieferung erweitert ;-)
Und es ist einfach seine Bestellung zu erweitern oder weniger Artikel zu nehmen und man kann auch die Wochen ohne Probleme erweitern oder auch mal aussetzen.
Die Anwendung war also echt super, das genaue Ergebnis kann ich erst später sagen, weil meine Haare noch nass sind;-)

Habe heute meine erste Bestellung ausprobiert. Handhabung und Anleitung sind super. Der Fleckenschutz hat einwandfrei funktioniert und es ist nichts auf der Haut geblieben.
Nur mit dem Farbton bin ich noch nicht ganz zufrieden. Gefällt mir zwar gut, aber noch nicht das was ich mir vorgestellt habe. Aber das lässt sich sicher noch anpassen, bis ich meinen Farbton gefunden habe. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden!

I am so pleased with the result I got after coloring my hair. I had very blond highlights all over with my roots showing. I wanted to darken my hair to the most natural color (dark blond). I filled out my profile on the site and ordered my kit. They made me a custom color and a few days later it arrived at my door. I absolutely love the packaging, it’s so personal and there are easy to follow instructions. This was my first time coloring my hair at home, it was very easy. This is a great product that I trust completely!!

Normal box dye always leaves my hair one complete 'tone' and always ends up black looking and dull. With the instructions that came in my kit and the personalozation with the volume color and developer, my hair has a beautiful dimension to it that you dont get with store bought box dye. Very pleased that my hair turned out a nice ash brown and not black haha. Love and appreciate that the kit comes with 2 sets of gloves, shampoo and conditioner, a brush a cleansing wipe and skin protectant. Definitely reccomend this kit and will continue purchasing!

After ordering this set, I wasn’t intitially over the moon about my hair colour- mostly because the colour came out more red toned than I expected- however after reviewing the product and mentioning my concerns, the esalon team immediately reached out to me and helped me reformulate the hair colour, within a few days they sent me the new colour and I must say I am so happy with how it came out. Not only is the product easy to use, it’s also of a very high quality, especially considering just how cheap it is. I would definitely recommend anyone to try out this custom colour set- regardless of how much experience you have, you will feel in complete control during the application. Instead of buying any random box dye, invest in esalon as they put so much time and effort into personalising the product so it matches with your desired hair colour. I have brown hair with (now) a lot of gray. I've been coloring for 25 years and this is the best at-home color that I have ever used. The color is perfect - not too light or too dark, which is often the problem with brown hair. The mix of shading has given my hair more natural-looking dimension than any other product has ever produced. I am very happy with eSalon.

In a few words.....perfect. it's the best hair color I have ever used plus you'll color your hair with confidence. It is totally worth the money. Also loved the fact that it did not stain my scalp after washing the hair dye out.

My color is just beautiful but much darker than I like. I went for a violet red, but I think I need to try a more neutral red with some gold. Is that even possible? I will see. Still the color is so much better than I have seen in years in the pharmacy or beauty store.

The color was a beautiful mix of shades, giving depth and shine to my hair...almost like it was streaked! A little difficult to touch up back of head, but an adjustable mirror on the wall opposite my vanity mirror helps!

I was really impressed with the packaging and instructions, and how personalized it all was. My color ended up being almost exactly the same as my natural color and I was hoping for a bit more of a change (I ordered golden mahogany but didn’t really see any “golden”), but my hair did feel wonderfully soft and healthy after coloring. I put in a request for a color change and I’m going to try one more time to see if I can get away from my natural color.

I have long, thick hair and it is turning gray fast. I normally use an entire box for root touch up and two boxes for entire head. When I ordered eSalon, it was time for a full head application. Not only did they send enough to do my entire head thoroughly, I was able to do the last step with what I had left in the bottle. The product feels great going on, thick and creamy. The smell is good and no harsh fumes. No watery eyes from the bleach. I was surprised when I rinsed and dried my hair the roots and ends were the same color. Gray roots dyed are sometimes darker but never the same color as the length for me, so I was pleased. So glad I tried and highly recommend!

My hair color was the best it has ever been this year. The two step coloring process that I use now colors my hair perfectly without me feeling like all that work was for nothing when it came out faded and I just put it in. It is the most beautiful auburn with deep red undertones I have ever seen. I have found my perfect color.

First kit I got I did not like the way my roots turned out. A very light red. So I contacted eSalon and they changed the Color for the second one. That was spot on!! The gray coverage on the roots was perfect! Love the shampoo and conditioner, felt like you came out of the salon.

I followed the instructions very strictly, and the effect is stunning - the colour is actually better than I expected. It looks VERY natural - it's the closest I ever got to the natural dark blonde hair I used to have before starting to dye my hair. As such, it matches my complexion very well and feels great! I’m in my mid 60’s and have been coloring my hair since I became prematurely gray in my 20’s. So, I feel I’m pretty much an expert on knowing what works and what won’t. My kit is always right on the money! The color is like I was born with it. Doesn’t have that dull fried look that store bought color can give you. I've been colouring my own hair since high school, and while I've been generally happy with the results, I wasn't prepared to completely change my opinion of drugstore colour, until I tried eSalon. It's as easy and convenient, but the product itself is worlds-away from what is available at the store. The colour is richer, has more depth, and leaves my hair in beautiful condition too. I'm a redhead, so I'm used to fade-out, and as a result, colouring my hair much more than I should to keep it looking fresh. The eSalon Golden Red, custom blended for me, does not fade out. Without the frequent colouring, my hair is growing long for the first time in years, without the usual breakage. I'm never buying drugstore colour again.
