my hair is thin and fine and is mostly gray/white. The ash blond color looks natural and is easy to do. It doesn't smell bad and feels good while on. It also seems to be staying in well and not washing out easily. Of course, it might help that I don't wash my hair frequently in an attempt to be gentle with it.

I was skeptical about anyone mixing color besides myself, but I love the fact that the color is in liquid form and not cream. It was a nice rich slightly bold red which I am all about the redheads. I enjoy being a ginger and love it when my hair shines

Well today i decided to try my new color. Instructions were more for long hair, I have short. I could not really part my hair as instructed. I do have grays around hair line and neck line. I loved how the color felt not too smelly or harsh. I did have a lot of staining around the face, but was able to remove it when done. I was very surprised on how the color matched all over, not too dark in spots as with Loreal hair color which I have previously used. I am pleased and will try it again. Not sure how it will be in a week. I like how soft my hair is and the shine. So hopefully I will be pleased with the results in a few weeks.

Love this the best of all. Based on my natural color and my current color helps balance my roots to be same color with rest of my hair. Cant get that at a regular store with box of color.

I have never had red hair and esalon did it with one try. Love the color but with as blonde as I was I will need to do darker next time to cover the blonde tint. Other then that it was easy to use and fun to do. And the color is awesome. Would refer anyone to esalons. Great company with a great price and easy to use.

I had a bright balayage that was really overgrown and bleached out on the bottom. I was getting a bit tired of the bright look so I wanted a medium blonde to just blend everything. I used the kit from ESalon and bought some pro foils and just did my baby lights. It came out perfect!! The color they picked for me went so well with my natural tone that you can hardly tell it’s been lightened - but it also hides my grays. No more $200 trips to the salon for me!!

I absolutely love the colour that has been made for me! It has depth, my greys are totally covered and it feels amazing, you couldn't have nailed what I wanted better (I was a bit worried about that due to my colour being a bit red).
Thankfully I had someone else applying it for me, they thought it was a bit messy but I'll see how I get on solo next time.

Mainly because it is very gentle with my scalp. I’ ve tried many colors in salons and at home and the majority of them irritated my scalp or gave me allergic reactions. This one is mild and safe for me. I had also good color results. At the beginning I noticed that the color on my roots appeared a little bit lighter and that concerned me about my grey hair’s coverage, but when my hair regrew, grey was less obvious.

I selected a colour that was closest to the colour I wanted and requested in a comment the exact colour (just in case) . i would of been happy with the colour I selected but the colour I got was the exact colour I wanted I'm soooo happy with it and my hair feels great not straw like when I've dyed it with other home dyes !!!! Will definitely buy again :)

I was a little hesitant ordering, as this is my first order. I went with the Demi-permanent just in case it was awful. Now I wish I got the permanent! I definitely will next time. I have been going to salon for regular color for over 2 years. I needed a more economical option. I tried three box kids but none of them covered my roots very well. It was easy to order, and fun getting it shipped to my house. Easy directions and saves me so much money compared to going to the salon. I had my husband help me (if it meant saving hundreds of dollars he didn’t mind) with the back of my hair, it was a little hard by myself but I’m sure it’ll get easier when I’m used to it. The color turned out to be very shiny and feels a lot healthier.

I Love The Color, it was a tad darker than I expected. It was very easy to use, the instructions are so simple and that makes the whole experience so much less stressful.

I have colored my hair for years, with a boxed product from the store. I have never tried anything else, never had a salon dye job, until now!! I am in love with Esalon. The color is rich and makes my hair look voluminous. I have walnut brown hair with red and gold highlights. I love the gold. Smells great, too! The product was well designed and packaged, and shipped in a timely fashion. I hope I get to share some before and after photos. They are quite spectacular. I've actually been using this service since 2015 and have had 30 deliveries to date. The color is absolutely beautiful! I get constant compliments on my color and how healthy my hair looks. A co-worker always asks what's my secret to such healthy, shiny hair. People can't believe I color my hair because it's so healthy. This product works! It's so easy to use at home. I have the automatic delivery set up because it's home by the time I need it. I don't have to worry about setting up a hair appointment and waiting forever once I get there. My hair color is beautiful. It is very conservative and makes me feel very mature. You are very good at your job. I have absolutely no grays showing through. Its been 2mos. and I still have no grays showing. This was so easy. I was super nervous, I kept reading over the instructions. Thinking is it me or is this really this easy. If this was food it would be the next best thing since sliced bread. I have an idea for my next colors. I would like to get a little wild. I have always wanted to dye my hair black and have red highlights. I would probably have to do the dye job at the same time huh. Well you are the Master and I am the lowly student. I would love to know what you think. This turned out so well. I hate how much weight I have gained and I don't want to send a picture. I will try to get one of just my hair so you can see how good it turned out. Also, how good it still looks. I have gotten so many compliments. I even took the time to tell them where I got the dye. I had no real problems applying the color, although I did make a bit of a mess. I think I am just out of practice. But once done, the color was just what I wanted! The extra bottle that was sent blended with my previous color perfectly!

the color was so true to my own when I was younger. I have tried a different color and they sent me one that was way too dark now I have to wait till this one fades out.
my hair is 50 % grey I only want to blend the grey, I used your product and weaved the color in and results are wonderful I loved it!! I want go back to the same color and technique with great results.
