The color is the same every time and it is so easy to apply. It took me a couple of times to learn how to get all the gray covered around my face but now it’s great.

I love that I can make slight adjustments to my color as desired. This covers those pesky natural “highlights” that I tend to have so much better than the stuff from the stores.

I LOVE eSalon and have made several color "tweaks" since I've started using it. This last one is spot on and is exactly the color I've been looking for! The color doesn't fade nearly as quickly as store-bought brands and I can stretch out the time between colorings. I would give it 5 stars if the formula wasn't so runny. A thicker formula would be so much more convenient but other than that, I am completely sold on eSalon! My color is perfect and I recommend it to all redheads who want quality color that lasts and doesn't fade!

I wanted a medium brown color and it was perfect for me. This is the third week and it still looks really good. Also, myy hair was very soft after the coloring process. I was impressed. I really like this product and will continue to use it.

My hair came to life after using eSalon Custom Hair Color. It's like a hair repairer"REALLY".My first time, I thought... alittle dark...BUT WAIT...It had multifaceted depths of color.The light bounced off it and was so bouncy and healthy looking & feeling wonderful. Where can we ladies even find a salon to do such a spectacular work of art on our hair? If you want your next months color tweaked somewhat...eSalon will do all they can for you. I don' know how they can afford to sell it to us for pennies compared to a salon. You can't mess your hair up,Just follow the easy instructions. Sooooooo easy to apply. Store brands are drying...eSalon is not. For $ 20.00 ???? and custom made.Wow!!!!! Your name on every bottle etc. LAVISHLY packaged. I feel so special everytime I recieve my next kit. It's fun to add a new product each month. I ordered a bunch of the single shampoo/conditioner packets. I take them on trips...so convenient.

Decided to give this product a try and I'm so glad I did. The color was exactly what I had in mind and the results were beautiful. My hair not only looks great, but feels great too. The longevity of the color is also outstanding, 6 weeks post color and it's still looking great!

I was contacted before shipment to tell me that the color I had selected was probably too dark and asked if I wanted to go with my colorist's suggestion. I chose to follow the suggestion made and was pleasantly surprised. I visited my hairdresser the next week for a trim and she even said the color looked good. Thank you from someone who does not like change and was very reluctant to try coloring on my own!

I love this product so much. I have tweaked the dark brown with mahogany and red and I have not used salon color since July 2016. This color remains consistent with no problems for up to 6 weeks and it leaves my hair shiny and pretty. I am more than 50% gray and this covers gray excellently. I use devoted to hue to keep the ends shiny and conditioned but I have used Glass and the shampoo and conditioner also with great results. I think I do a better job than the stylist I had. I also created some tone differences after I do my roots by taking the brush on end and selecting areas to drag it through. The result is subtle color streaks that are really pretty. Thanks so much to the colorists that formulate my color. You're the best

My hairdresser loves my color! She compliments me every time she cuts my hair. She is very impressed by the quality of the color. Esalon doesn't just give you one color hair. My hair looks natural, with different shades of brown in it. I love this product and highly recommend it. Stop buying grocery store hair color product - get Esalon!

I'm a natural redhead. While my hair is still red, it has definitely faded (grayed) over the years. This is the color I have been looking for! I have used it 3 times and I just can't say enough good things about it! This is the color my hair was in my 20's! As an added bonus---lots of compliments!

I love esalon! Best decision. I ever made! My hair has never been so rich looking until I started with esalon. I get a lot of compliments! The customer service is grande. This is a dream come true!!! Saving $150 a month is great, but having amazing color while saving a ton of money, well, that's phenomenal!!
I've been remiss in not leaving feedback earlier regarding Mindy, my "colorist". She really is a godsend. She gave me very good instructions, but even better, she listened to me and knew just what I wanted/needed.

This product is awesome! 2 years ago I went from platinum blonde to a copper red color. I had it professionally done because I knew there was no way I would be able to put color on hair that I had stripped of color and make it look good. Since I switched over to red, I've used several different box dyes to replicate the color I got from my hairdresser. I came close but it just wasn't the same... Until I used eSalon!!! I am beyond excited that this company exists and I get to have AFFORDABLE salon quality, fabulous hair! The color is perfect and it actually faded LESS than when my hairdresser did it! This product and the people behind it have made me a forever customer! Thank you so much!! I apologize if this sounded like a cheesy infomercial! Ha! ☺️

I have been using Esalon on and off for quite a few years now. I experimented with many different box hair dyes and all of them left my hair feeling unsatisfactory and I could never really find the right color. Esalon creates the perfect hair colors for my hair and has super reasonable prices! The stylists are very nice and respond to your requests quickly! I would never use another hair dye/hair company again!

I was so impressed by the process, and that my hair colorist called me on the phone to discuss what I was looking for in more detail. I didn't follow the directions per say, but am totally LOVING how it turned out. When I get my next shipment, i will do exactly what it says to make sure I get a gorgeous seamless shade.

I have the hardest time when I got brunette in the fall - mostly because I hate copper or warm tones in my hair. The color that eSalon sent me was perfectly cool toned and even covered the brass that was left from the previous box color I had done myself from the store. I made the right decision to use this service. No more guessing. I can change it anytime. In fact I just asked for a small change. Am waiting to try it out. I certainly haven't been disappointed. Tried eSalon off a recommendation from a friend who absolutely raved about the product. My hair didn't look bad so I knew I did not want to ruin it with a box of dye from the grocery store
I was a little nervous at first but I am so happy with the product and its results.

Loved the fact that at long last I could colour my hair the exact shade of Red that I wanted. Normally I'm stuck with light Auburn or dark Auburn or in your face bright Red. Mine was mixed and looked fabulous. Gave my that youthful boost of colour without the heavy dye look

My natural color is quite a few shades lighter than what I dye it. Because of this, I didn't want to spend money getting in professionally done when I could do it myself with the right high quality products. I started using eSalon a couple years back and LOVE it! Their products are high quality, easy to use, and always fresh upon delivery. Can't beat the price either.

I have been coloring my hair for almost twenty years. I only let the salon professionals handle the serious lightening jobs (I change my color quite often). And while this product is more expensive than the box colors, it’s totally worth it. No surprises. No funky colors. Just perfection. My biggest surprise was how the color blended my roots and ends seamlessly! I will definitely continue ordering from these guys (until I decide to lighten again). Consider me a very satisfied new customer!

I love the custom hair color. I use to use grocery store box color. I loved it also. I used L’Oréal Féria. I got a great auburn color and got lots of compliments. But after while I couldn’t understand why my hair was so frizzy and unmanageable. So I tried esalon and I was impressed with the first color. My hair started behaving instantly. So I now color with them every 6 weeks and treat my hair with sulfate free products. I only pay a few extra dollars than I did with the L’Oréal boxed color. And my hair is way happier.

This is my 3rd order. On my first order, I sent a picture of my hair and they formulated the perfect color. On this order, I wanted my color a little warmer for the fall. It turned out great! I am a redhead and was nervous about using an online service, but every time it turns out great! I did have trouble at first with the waxy residue after coloring. I contacted esalon and they instructed me to really work in the leftover color when rinsing and it worked! I use to spend a lot of money at a salon for the exact same look I get with esalon.

I was a little nervous about doing a red at home, but I finally decided to do it and boy was I happy!! The color is so rich and was exactly what I was going for. I will need a little adjustment for next time as my roots are a little lighter than the rest of my hair, but I will absolutely be keeping this color and continuing to use this product. So easy and everything you need is provided!!

The added personal touch of having my name on each product is such a nice added bonus, makes me feel like I'm not just a number, also assures me that there has not been a mistake in my order (always reassuring). I've had the same color for a couple years, have had to make a couple tweeks with the color as my tastes change, it's never a problem, it's done and done well. My color feels natural and yet has beautiful highlights. Because of the numerous compliments I always get, I know it's perfect for me.

I tried this service because I noticed my hair was changing and store color just wasn't cutting it anymore. I can't afford to have a stylist color my long hair. This is perfect! I can do it, the color is great and lasts. It doesn't mess up my hair. I have adjusted the color and ship times at least twice and have never had a problem. I am going to try their shampoos now. I will review them too for you guys!

I just moved to a new city and state where I don't know anybody. I went to the local salon and they gave me over to a girl who likes to chat too much! I hated it! I also didn't like the $125 bill. I wanted to save some money. I gave esalon a try and I LOVE IT!!!! I didn't think I could do it myself but lo and behold I did it myself and it came out beautiful! Even tried a new color and I get sooooo many compliments! Thank you so much for your great idea and products. I have literally spent thousands on salon dye jobs. I am a natural redhead so color is difficult. I finally got fed up with the blotchy and tired results from stylists.
