I was thoroughly impressed with my chosen hair colour it l it felt more conditioned. and lasted longer than any shop brought one and my hair stayed softer. I would recommend E-Salon to as many of my work colleagues as possible it is the closest I have come to salon colour that lasts but at an affordable price. You choose and write what colour you want and they make it to your specifications and it is just like walking out a salon but in the comfort of your own home.

I have been doing my own hair since the 1960's. Each time my color would be different. This product came and is the exact color that I want and it was soft as well. I am hoping that the color will always be the same each time. I will be ordering this product regularly as well as the shampoo and conditioner. Was easy to do and did not smell too bad either.and covered the gray as well.

The color works great. It lasts longer than any other color I have used. I am 46 with totally gray hair and I used to be dark redish brown hair. The color we chose I love and is very natural.

There is something about how hair color can change the looks in a person's facial expressions and how they present themselves. Hey, it was $10, so I gave it a try! So glad I did. Best color experience I've had since I stopped going to my long-time stylist when I moved away. This is not your drug store boxed color where you spin the wheel and hope for the best. My hair looks great! Instructions easy to follow, tools worth the additional cost. the color kit comes w all the things i need. it even has color shield, stain remover, just in case, shampoo and conditioner, two pairs of gloves and lots more. i have used three time now and found color does not turn brassy like most other hair color products do w my naturally slightly reddish hair. no overly gaggy amonia smells either. great instructions for a professional looking job. very pleased. i have gotten many compliments on my hair since switched to esalon.

I'm very impressed with my first use of esalon. My hair looks glossy and shiny afterwards, feels very nourished and the colour blended really well. Was much easier to do that I thought and came with great instructions. I've made a slight amendment to my color and the customer services team couldn't be more helpful - very impressed.

Love having my customized color delivered right to my door every 8 weeks. I have only had to make one or 2 minor adjustments to the color in three years. Much more affordable than getting my color done at a salon. Esalon customer service has been amazing since day 1 - so helpful and quick to solve any issues.

I have been using eSalon for a couple of years now and I have never been tempted to return to salon treatments or using grocery store brands. The color has depth and the color looks authentic on me. When I went to my high school reunion, the woman who we all thought was so beautiful, took pictures of my hair to show her stylist. Wow! I am on my 4th order and so far very happy with the product. My hair feels a little "straw-like" when I first rinse, but the shampoo and conditioner they provide brings it right back to soft and manageable. Colorist has been responsive to my questions and requests.

The color was perfect the first time! My colorist suggested starting with a shade lighter than the one I chose, and I'm glad I took her advice. It's only been a few days since I used the product, so I can't yet speak to how well it holds up, but I'm impressed so far!

After years of using store bought dyes and one costly mess up (purchased a cheaper dye and ended up paying a salon almost $200.00 to repair the problem), I took a chance with eSalon and I will never use a store brand again!
I absolutely love being part of the process and I feel like the colorist really listen to the feed back and make the adjustments I want.
My first order the color had a bit more red to it than I wanted, I asked for less red and my second (and now third) orders have been the perfect color!
I would highly recommend eSalon to anyone who dyes their own hair.

I have to say, that I was a little bit worried in changing my look. From red to brown. My box had my name on it, which made me feel really important. All the details and instructions were great. Before aplying the brown I have to say that I did removed the red colour with B4 colour removal. The result is way much better than I imagined. A great light brown. It is a great feeling to know that I just have to wait a month to receive my next order and that I don´t have to read articles and videos, in order to understand and know what to do as a next stept.

I am loving my color. The color itself looks great. I love the original recommendation my stylist made based on the picture of my existing color. I like the ease with which this can be applied. I also like the cost. I am needing to dye my hair more often than ever, and this is the only affordable way for me to do that.

Using eSalon was fun and easy and the color I received was amazing. I am very impressed. I went from a boring dish water blonde to a medium blonde with beautiful copper tones. I can't believe how natural it looks! I am having the color adjusted a bit to make the coppery-red tone more intense so I can look even more sassy. I can't wait to apply the next custom color. My friend say I look 10 years younger! Way to go eSalon!

From the moment i opened the box I was impressed. The bottle and instructions were personalized just for me. The packaging was neat and contained everything I needed to get the job done, even extra gloves. the stain guard was helpful as well as the remover for the areas I did not apply the guard to. The shampoo and conditioner were ample and left my hair feeling soft and silky. My color turned out beautiful, salon professional !

I waited until after my official retirement date before I colored my hair. I wanted a "new" me heading into my new life in retirement from an old career into a new consulting career. I am pleased with the results because it looks so NATURAL!! Love it!

Used Clairol Nice'N Easy for nearly 20 years till they changed the formulas and I suddenly was dark ash blonde instead of medium neutral blonde. After a little discussion I was blessed with a nice neutral blonde color that I really like and my friends are very complimentary of.

I've tried MANY color boxes over the years. I had many doubts this box would be any different than the rest. I decided to give it a go and I was thoroughly pleased with the results. Having slightly adjusted the mixture a couple of times, my colour is fantastic. The instructions are precise and tailored for the individual and there is plenty of feed back options. Pls take advantage of the photo option as this helps in the process. Thank you.

With traveling a lot I love the flexibility to do my hair color when ever I want and not have to plan ahead to make an appt. It took me a while to learn to do it well but now I am comfortable getting it done quickly. The color match is always consistent and I get many compliments from my hair dresser! Pleasantly surprised at how esalon color is helping me get back to my auburn color that colorists here have for some reason, had such a difficult time giving me, even after years and years of being auburn. And it's covering my gray really well without hot roots! Esalon colorists are helping me tweak the formula. I'm liking this. Just wish I didn't have to apply it! I have a lot of hair!
