The hair color expert has done an excellent job. Color works great. There is no cons. Reason for the 4 star is the color is not as deep, i.e, dark as I expected. Other than that. I have no other complaints. I just requested a deeper shade. I am confidant that I would love my next shade. Thanks for your expertise "eSalon". Glad I made the choice to purchase. I'm almost there in tweaking my hair to the exact color and shade I'm going for. I love how they work with you me make educated adjustments. I've never ended with a shade i haven't liked, I'm just trying to slowly go lighter to stop the grey from showing sooner vs later!

Not expensive at all. Does a great job covering grey. I decided to try this got tired of paying hundred on hair color at salons. It does a great job. If I want to change something I just email my color specialist and she email back right away.

WOW! It smells good, it's easy to use, my hair is soft and shiny after using the product and the color is amazing. I'm a natural redhead and this was my first time using color. I'm only graying around my face so I didn't do all over color and was I ever surprised to find that the color match was perfect!!! I used the color all over the last minute of coloring as suggested and the results were fantastic!!! You'd never know I used color it looks so natural. I'm thrilled with the quality and the ease of use of this product!

Instructions very easy to follow and the perfect amount in each bottle. I like the barrier cream which is supplied and the colour lock shampoo and conditioner sachets. The colour looks very natural and I have had comments on how glossy my hair is.

Had been spending $150 or better having my hair professionally colored. eSalon provided a high end alternative without the high end price. We were a little off on the first color but the team worked with me and we lightened the 2nd color. Customer Service is fantastic!

I absolutely love my hair color. When I first seen it, I didn't like it, but after my hair was dried and styled, I was extremely happy. At some point I might want to go a little lighter, but for now, I'm cool. The covering of the gray hair blew me away! It change the color of the gray and now I have highlights. Thank you eSalon!!!!

I have tried coloring my own hair with store bought products and I have gone to salons to have it done but my hair has never looked and felt as healthy since I have been using eSalon.
The color that they sent me is perfect! Looks like my natural color plus very easy and quick to apply. I have had (& still getting ) tons of compliments on my hair since day 1 of using the eSalon color.
I loved the shampoo and conditioner so much that I ordered some of both too.
The wonderful thing that I noticed right away is there's not the odor that comes along with using haircolor typically and also the fact that my hair looks and feels very healthy for the first time in a long time. In fact, my boyfriend even noticed. He usually does not say much so that thrilled me.
I love how I am in controll of the color and I can't believe the price is so reasonable. I have paid 6X or even more at a salon and not been this happy before.

As mother of 5 kids. It was hard to find time to run to the salon or store when my grays started to show. The delivery service is super convenient for me. As far as color it was okay at first. But my colorists was able to adjust to what I wanted. This product was really easy to use. Smells great!!! The shampoo and conditioner is awesome. I was extremely happy to find it there shampoo and conditioner was SULFATE FREE :) I would recommend their service to anyone. It's worth it.

I really like having the ability to color my hair at 10pm if I need to and not spending a couple of hours at the salon. Add to that the great color, gray coverage and the low price and I am extremely happy with eSalon!

Tried esalon on a whim because I just couldn't find the exact color I was looking for. My work has very strict guidelines on hair color and it has to be JUST RIGHT. My first order, I fell in love, but it was the orders after that where I truly became a convert. I asked for small tweaks to my color and they were awesome, getting it to the point where I actually said, "it's PERFECT!" after my last color. Don't get me wrong, it was great the first time, but great wasn't good enough for esalon. I also love that they give you TWO pairs of gloves so you can take off the dirty ones while you wait for the color to set. It's the little things in life- and esalon makes sure that all the little things are right.

Very natural color doesn't fade for me, I stick to doing roots and it matches my hair , Grey's are well covered, so much easier I used to mix two different colors and I'd always have to go to the store and sometimes I would be out of one and not the other or etcetera etcetera now I get it through the mail it matches so far my hair is in good shape the more I use it I will see if it continues to be as nice as it seems if so very satisfied I am now buying my girlfriend one for her hair color which is opposite color of mine and hopefully it will do well for her she has a problem with fading she doesn't always use the best of shampoos and she likes to keep the color for some reason Hurst fades no matter what she uses I believe it's because she has natural read that tries to breakthrough which looks very pretty but she likes it just a dark so we shall see I am satisfied definitely

I really liked how easy it was from selecting your color to application. My goal was to cover grey hair & match my natural color. Worked beautifully. The only thing I noticed was that it did not last that long. Within 2 weeks I could see some of the grey, not the roots, but throughout the length of my hair. Overall I am pleased with the product & will try again.

My first kit did not cover the gray roots so I contacted the company and they sent another kit free of charge. The second kit was a different formula to cover my grey and it worked out great! I love the color and the coverage. Instructions were complete and the whole process was surprisingly simple. I will use them again.

Aged 44 with a few greys at my temples I was happy to never colour my hair but was persuaded by your page to try. Wonderful product, easy to use, I'm such a novice but result was an even rich dark brown, no greys, felt so good to see the new me, demi-permanent so can see how I feel in a few weeks!!

I was a little skeptical ordering hair dye online at first but I decided to give it a try and I am so happy I did. Everything about eSalon surpassed my expectations. I was most impressed when my box came and how custom everything was. The color turned out exactly how I wanted it to and my hair still feels incredible. I don't know how they make their money because the value in the box was way more than I paid for. I will be purchasing from eSalon again!

This product gives total gray coverage! It has given me freedom from going to the salon every 3 weeks on top of saving me money!
However I do use Pureology hydrate shampoo & conditioner due to I am 54 years old and having very long hair to my waist, I feel it works best for me.
Customer service is and has alway been five stars.
