I tried the color for the first time today. I was a little skeptical about the color but I have to say. It was perfect! I have a lot of grey so I’m hoping it won’t fade, that will be the proof. The next time, I think I need to leave the color on my roots a little longer.

I was so tired of going to the salon, being stuck there for 2 hours was so irritating. Then I tried your products and I loved how my hair looks and feels. I get so many compliments too. It took 3 tries and they had my hair color perfect and that's not easy. I have chestnut brown with red highlights. I just love my hair. It's so thick and shiny. I absolutely recommend!!!

This hair color is amazing. It stays on my hair longer than ANY product I’ve used. My hair is so soft afterwards. If I need to tweak it there is no problem. These stylists will patiently work with you until the right color is achieved. I highly recommend these hair products

This is the color for me! It's the closest match to my youthful natural strawberry blond hair color I had. Now in my 50's, my underlying red hair is dark, really no color, with grays. But this color perks out the natural underlying red and blonde! I love eSalon's hair color!

For a first time I swore I was at a salon. The product was easy to use, colour feel texture and smell was just gorgeous..I love the shampoo and conditioner that came in the packet..Could buy it by the bottle.
I did find my colour somewhat darker than normal and so I requested my colourist adjust it.

I love the color that I received. It colored my hair well. I had chemo and when my hair grew back it was all white. The eSalon color covered it well and I feel like my old self again.

This is the first time I’ve used this product! After i colored I asked my husband what do you think ? He said it pretty much looks the same! I said exactly! But the smell and the feel are great no harsh chemical smell!

I have used nearly every colour brand out there but I couldn’t wait to try e salon out, I got my colour delivered this morning and yes tried it straight away and I’m over the moon to say the least my colour is dark brown with a hint of gold and it does that no more one block colour I can actually see the hint of gold through the brown and my hair feels so good much thicker to touch and volume is brill the only thing I will say in my next order I’ll be sure to add the shampoo and conditioner as I didn’t think there was enough conditioner for the length of my hair but although the amount was small it worked left my hair feeling great. I’ll definitely be keeping my subscription with the added shampoo and conditioner. If anyone is thinking of giving esalon ago DO you won’t regret it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My colorist contacted me about sending her a recent pic because I haven't ordered in a while, and she wanted to make sure I got the correct formula. I didn't get around to it.....so sorry:(. She sent me what I have been getting in the past anyway. The good news is that it is PERFECT! It's been a while since I've colored my hair. I have health problems, and I just cannot do it by myself much of the time, so my hair was VERY blonde with just a little strawberry blonde mixed in. I always worry about hair color for redheads because so many of them look harsh, brassy and unnatural on older women. This one looks completely natural. Absolutely no one suspects a dye job! I've loved this product since the first time I used it, and I haven't been disappointed since. I will continue to use this product as long as I am able. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't come with the colorist to apply it:).
P.S. I also got one of the LONGEST admiring stares that I have gotten in a LONG time when I went to town today. Not bad for an almost 60 year old lady! I'd almost forgot what that was like. haha

That dreaded time when you find a few greys! So I didn’t want to change the colour of my hair, so I requested my natural colour so I could just cover the greys. It’s absolutely amazing! Feels and looks like I have been to the salon. 100% recommend this.

I went to a salon to get balayage However my hair ended up being a terrible yellow blonde colour in my medium brown hair and just not well situated and my hair was dry and yuck. I have contemplated using esalon for months now and decided to just go for it. So happy that I did as I am very happy with the results. My hair feels soft healthy and shiny. The colour is great and feeling good about my hair again.

Es handelt sich um eine wirklich gute Haarfarbe, nicht vergleichbar mit Haarfarben von dm oder rossmann. Die Betreuung ist sehr gut. Man kann immer nachschärfen und die aktuellen Wünsche angeben. Empfehlenswert!!!

I was definitely hesitant to use this service, but I have to say that every step of the process has been great. Better than great TBH! I love the option for 0% ammonia permanent color. The initial survey was thorough imho, The kit came quick and is super cute. Instructions are thorough and I love the dark brown custom color and developer kit. My first kit came with 2 bottles, one for my roots and grey, the other for the ends. I live rural and my salon options are super duper limited. This is a dream!

I have been a eSalon subscriber for many years. During that time, I've made a number of requests to tweek my color. Each time the colorist has nailed it perfectly It's just like being in a salon except more convenient and affordable. I get compliments on my hair color all the time.

Die Grauabdeckung ist wirklich super gut und ich habe die Koloration gut vertragen, ohne Jucken der Kopfhaut oder sonstige unangenehmen Nebenwirkungen. Die Farbe stimmt auch, also alles bestens.
Wenn ich jetzt noch wüsste, wie viel die Lieferung kostet, dann wäre alles perfekt.

I absolutely love this color, I’ve gotten so many compliments. I’ve also stopped going to the salon because I think your color is better than the salon colors, it’s more natural and covers the greys just as well. I will be doing this from now on. Thank you for helping me to find out about this.

I have been using eSalon exclusively for my hair coloring needs for several years now. There is nothing better. It took a few shipments to get my color PRECISELY where I wanted it, like my natural color. Each time I gave an instruction (i.e. more yellow in the base; more copper, sliced lighter, etc.) it was followed to precision. My hair’s texture and condition are nearly that of virgin hair, and I’m 60 yrs. old with hair nearly to my waist! I love eSalon! Can wait to try the Copper gloss I just ordered!

I am going to just jump right in...
Pros:
1. Home delivery, what's not to love about that?
2. Clear directions and everything you need to DIY
3. Love that it came with 2 sets of gloves, stain remover, a skin prep pack, and the bonus sticker so I could put those directions right on my mirror!
4. The money savings vs. going to the salon is HUGE
5. The option to apply with a brush or bottle is nice
6. The quality of the packaging/merch is amazing
7. I loved seeing my name on the product that was fun
Side note; I didn't even have to use the stain remover and for me, that was a surprise because that has always been an issue in the past. Yay.
Con's
1. This was my first order and though I sent in a slew of current photos of myself, my hair condition, % of grey, and photos of my previous hair color, online pix I found showing the color I wanted, and a very detailed email outlining what I wanted, the color didn't quite give me the results I was expecting given the extensive info. I provided. I wanted more red and maybe a level lighter. Having said all that I AM STILL VERY HAPPY because it did cover my minimal grey and the level of color is still great. I understand red is hard to deposit but with today's color being what it is you should at the very least get the results you want and then it fades within a dozen washings.
2. I have to apply the color, lol
3. I don't get that great salon shampoo, conditioner, massage, and style. lol
4. I don't have eyes in the back of my head to apply the color well. lol
I would have added before and after photos here but there is no link or ability to add attachments.
I will let my specialist know about my experience and I've no doubt the next shipment will be the perfect color. These things take time and I look forward to being a long-term customer. I hope my review helps new customers take the plunge.

I wasn’t able to find natural red at store- only purple burgundy maroon, sent a pic to team and they nailed the coppery brown red I wanted on the first try. Not as drippy as store bought, was not a huge mess. Im a subscriber, cant wait for next batch

Perfect! I waited a couple of months to review. Seeing as I dye my hair a red/brown shade, it typically fades out to a strawberry blonde within a month. My grays typically show through after only a week. I can say that it has been 2 months and my grays are just beginning to show in a couple of spots, and my color is still going strong! I have been raving about this product and will continue to do so. Thank you!!!!!

I don't want the color of CARROTS or A BURGUNDY, with that being said.....You guys nailed it! What's more important is that when it starts to fade, as all colors do, its very gradual.

I’ve been going to a salon for 25+ years but wanted to try something in between. I’m very picky and particular about the strawberry blonde shades I want. My first box came with 2 different color mixtures and I absolutely love them both. It’s perfect !! I will def keep using this product and may even be able to ditch the salon all together.

With my type of hair as a Black African PLUS it all being grey, I was skeptical about e salon because I didn't see any hair that looked like mine on the site and thought they will not really know how to deal with my type of coarse hair.

I don’t know how my colorist got my color so perfectly. I sent a picture of my natural hair color, gave a description of what I wanted, and my colorist adjusted the goal color I chose to be lighter and I’m so glad she did. I’m obsessed!
