This was the first time I'd coloured my own hair. I was worried, but as we were in lockdown I thought I might as well give it a go and I'm glad I did. I thought the whole process from ordering to receiving the Custom Colour Set was excellent. 48 hrs before colouring my hair I performed a skin test and a strand test and I'm glad I did for peace of mind. My husband helped me with the back of my head - we did miss a few bits but the main parts - the parting and hair line were fine. My hair felt lovely afterwards, and we didn't make any mess.I'm going to go back to my hairdressers to help to support them after being closed for so long but if I don't like the 'new' way of doing things or the prices rocket I will definitely use again.

First-I made sure to send in a good pic of my hair and the color match was prefect!!!!! My old highlights were turning a little green so I also purchased the Tint Rinse and my hair came back to life!!! I use to pay $110 to get my hair done every month and the first purchase was only $10, I am saving so much money!! Love it!!!
Now of course I'm going to be really honest I didn't care for the shampoo or conditioner, it made my hair feel dry. Also I didn't receive the brush that I feel would have helped. Besides that I love this dye and I love my hair!!!

I have received many compliments on my hair color as opposed to previous color I have been using. The color seems more permanent than the "box" hair color products. Pleased with outcome

For background - my hair is naturally soft black and was heavily dyed/highlighted blonde/honey tones. In the process of going back to natural, I dyed my hair (not box formula) to a dark brown. After 8 weeks, it of coursed became brassy, so I wanted to try eSalon.
All in all, this kit is amazing. I loved the entire experience from beginning to end. I enjoyed taking the assessment. Its thoroughness gave me a sense of comfort that I would get the results I wanted. I received my order fairly quickly in the mail, even during the madness of covid. The personalization of the packaging is really cute, the instructions were perfect, the formula didn't have a strong smell, and I ultimately I love the color.
If I could give any feedback - I don't love the shampoo and conditioner. My hair was still stiff after washing, so I used my own sulfate free sh + c. I also found that my tub stained pretty quickly from washing so I recommend scrubbing it off ASAP (but I guess this is the case with all color products). Also a second pair of gloves would be helpful for the last part of the process, but that's me being nitpicky. I am interested to see how the color washes and lasts over the next few weeks to determine if I'd order again. But either way, I highly recommend it!

Die Lieferung war einwandfrei , die Anweisungen sind einfach umzusetzen. Die Coloration hat nur sehr dezent gerochen und ließ sich gut auftragen. Das Ergebnis beeindruckt mich immer noch : Eine natürlicher und glänzende Haarfarbe.
Auch die Menge der Coloartion war großzügig bemessen.
Was mich erstaunt ist, dass die Haare , seitdem ich sie coloriert habe, sehr lange frisch bleiben bzw. erst ab dem sechsten oder siebten Tag eine Haarwäsche benötigen. Sie fetten nicht so schnell nach und wirken trotzdem sehr vital . Ein wunderbares Ergebnis .🤗

The first thing i noticed was the smell it wasnt really strong which is a good thing. Instructions are easy to follow. I was a bit worried not knowing what the colour would turn out like . I was really pleased and 3 weeks on the colour hasnt lost it shine and feels really soft and healthy. I will definitely buy this again. It was also nice to see my name on the bottle and instructions was a really nice touch.

Die Farbe ist der Hammer . Sie ist zwar etwas dunkler als gewohnt aber das sieht richtig gut aus. Hatte am Anfang richtig Bammel, aber wurde eines besseren belehrt. Es ist einfach und schnell anzuwenden und Sie deckt richtig gut. Dankeschön für die Hammerfarbe ich freue mich schon auf das nächste mal !!!!!

At first i thought it was another new business trying to sell but like most of the reviews here I am amazed it’s incredible I took this long to find my perfect stylist. I have never had the blue black that I always wanted and I finally see the ShIne & the volume on my hair super happy 😊 make sure to add the shampoo and conditioner, it’s out of this world. The addition of the additional mahogany was PERFECT! I can't wait for the next color....the 6 week delivery initially was good....but, I'm switching to five weeks...so that I can do the color touch in more timely manner. Great results. Perfect color. And with an affordable price point I may never return to salon for color ever again.

I enjoy changing my hair color, but I have very much been enjoying my custom color. It looks natural and it’s not harsh on my hair. I have noticed since I have stopped using store bought box colors my hair looks and feels better. I have even decided I am gonna stay with my color because it looks so nice.

Well what can I say the colour stays and never fades in the sun and covers all grey perfectly making my hair lovely and glossy and in fabulous condition, never dry and never lets me down.

Was most apprehensive about doing this at home but am well impressed. Very straight forward to apply. The shampoo & conditioner was luxurious & has left my hair so soft & shiny.
Has covered the grey at temples well but proof will be in how long that lasts as it's usually not that long!
Definitely recommend anyone to give eSalon a try.

I ordered a color that I picked out. I uploaded a photo of myself as prompted. I got an email suggesting that the color I picked out was too dark, and a different color was suggested. I went with the colorist advice, and it was perfect!! I won’t ever go back to my old salon again except for a trim.

Wunderschöner Glanz. Im Moment noch am Ansatz heller und in den Längen dunkler. Wird sich beim Rauswachsen und Schneiden wohl ändern. Farbe ist im Haar und nicht auf der Kopfhaut, Danke bin sehr zufrieden, lg Angelika Meinke. I absolutely love the custom colour sets, there is everything you need to apply your colour in the box and the instructions are simple and clear. Being able to make adjustments to your next colour based on results is brilliant. The colour itself applies really well and leaves hair feeling in really good condition afterwards.

I have been using store bought dyes for years. Start having corse hair with age, it was harder to manage it along with white hair coming out here and there, The store bought product could cover white hair but not changing the texture of my hair. I felt every time I use the products, my hair got corse. E-salon formula is the best so far, whatever they put in beside of the dye itself, it changed my hair more supple and silk like texture.
I think it worth it.

Ordered eSalon about a month ago, couldn't seem to make the time to do what I needed to do. But today I made the time, with some help from my daughter, I covered the grays and grown out and made my hair look amazing.
Salon quality without the hassle of making a salon appointment and the $$. I am very happy with my color and look forward to refreshing my roots in 5 weeks and continuing to look awesome. Thank you for an amazing easy to use product.

So said a friend who happened to see me this morning looking like Mrs Pepperpot. I chose a colour, the colourist said 'too warm, we sent you a different one' and it is indeed perfect. The only thing I would advise is not to try lean back over the bath unless you want a trip to a&e but prepare for a chemical overload as you lean forward! Dare I say, the colour is better than I get from the salon. So pleased!

I've mostly been doing root maintentance for a while now, and even when I go to a salon, sometimes I'll drop tons of money and only somewhat like the result. The custom kit made it super easy to keep the copper-red color I've maintained for years. I've used it twice now, and definately will be doing this again.

I am so happy with this product. The color matches my skin tone perfectly, and the grey hair is covered (I know how resistant my hair can be to color, so I left it on five minutes longer). I'm really, really happy - my hair looks and feels as if I just stepped out of a salon. Make sure you read the directions carefully (obviously) and your hair will look great. I really feel the difference from the color I buy at the drug store. A great product!!!!

At first this color was so dark I was not sure if I liked it. I washed my hair often to try to lighten it and I really like the color now. It has no brassiness whatsoever and it is a nice hint of brown in the sunlight. I am very happy with this color!
