I absolutely love esalon. The dyes is amazing and it is easy to apply. The only problem I had was it wasn't the right shade. I reached out to esalon and they fixed the problem right away. I will never go to a salon to dye my hair again.

I love how I just answered a few questions and just like that they sent me a color that was right for me. It was gentle on my hair and evenly colored my hair even though I had lots of highlights. I was afraid it might turn too dark but it didn't. Super easy to use And will most definitely order again.

The kit is great and has everything I need and then some to color at home. Instructions are very clear. Product is low odor. It is treating my hair better than what I was using before and I like that I can change the color if needed as I go and continue to use the product.

I was skeptical of coloring my own hair after seeing so many horror stories online but I knew I had to do something. I was very pleased with how well the color matched but the best part was how great my hair felt and looked after using the shampoo and conditioner that came with the color kit. I'll be buying more of those!

I have been going to the salon for many years now and with COVID19 and salons being closed, I thought I would give this a whirl. WOW! Excellent gray coverage. I have highlights with a darker root and I was able to touch up my roots perfectly at home. The color and coverage was perfect. I felt like I had just stepped out of the salon with a lot more money in my pocket! I am on my 4th week since coloring and it still looks fantastic. Thank you so much eSalon!

This was the first time that I had attempted to colour my hair and I put off doing it for ages. I need not have worried, it was easier than I had anticipated as the instructions were clear, the resulting colour match excellent and my hair, after using the shampoo and conditioner, had never been so shiny and silky.

I have been colouring my hair for 20 years and this is by far the best colour I have ever had on my hair. It looks so beautiful, the colour is shiny and covered all my greys. It comes boxed so beautifully and the personalised touches make it feel very luxurious. I am definitely a fan for life.

I have been going to salons my whole life, but due to this pandemic I couldn't so I decided to try eSalon.
I have very dark hair, almost black, and have been dyeing them red for around ten years. So, as you can imagine, I was a bit worried of having to go lighter by myself at home (we've all seen the videos).
The order part, with the survey and everything, was very easy to use. I clearly stated the color I wanted to achieve and the one I was starting from.
The package arrived in less than a week with absolutely everything I needed. They sent me two colors (the second one was free, yay!) one for the roots and one for the ends.
Everything went smoothly with the application and the final result was gorgeous!!
My hair was even much much softer than before I dyed them (which was a concern of mine): again, I am really really impressed. Will try the highlights set as well, and might never go back to pay the big bucks in expensive London salons.

The stylist did a great job getting me the color I really wanted for a color touch up. I like that you send a picture to help them w the match. The process was easy. I didn’t think I could get the back thorough enough so my husband did have to help out. Maybe some people can do it by themselves, but I feel like it’s a 2 person job for beginners . Would definitely order again

I was so nervous to color my own hair and the first batch came out a little too red for my liking but after giving feedback the second round of color was spot on. Directions are precise and easy to follow. Leaves hair shiny and healthy looking. Will use during this and future pandemics

I have never used a permanent colour on my hair, I'm 47 and going grey in one area and needed something to lift my spirits in lockdown. This colour added depth and warmth to my already dark hair, and bonus covered the grey. Looking forwards to doing it again and topping up my colour!

Stopped using a salon a year and half ago taking a chance on this product. Sick and tired of how long it takes at the salon and the cost
Only had to alter the color once after beginning with esalon and I always get compliments on the color!
Application is not too hard, you just need to be careful and patient and I leave it on for 45 minutes
I feel like my hair is relatively healthy still even though I dye every three weeks
Savings gobs of money and time with this product and I love the color

I've never colored my hair myself but due to lock down I was forced to try. Unsure of what box brand to try an eSalon ad mysteriously popped up and I'm so glad I checked it out. Ordering was easier than determining my hair color but because of the messaging options, picture uploads and the really nice colorists who call to discuss my preferences and desired outcomes..... my color is perfect ! I purchased the tool set on my first order so I'm set. Getting used to working on my own head but the process has been forgiving. The color lasts as long as salon color but I was surprised that I have less color loss on successive washes and staining on my skin than when I go to the salon. Which leads me to question my salon lol. All in all great customer service and awesome experience, I highly recommend !

Habe mich sehr über das Ergebnis meiner Haarfarbe gefreut, keine weitere Änderung nötig. Begeistert haben mich auch die zugehörigen Mittel, wie Shampoo, Schutzcreme usw. in großzügiger ausreichender Menge für meine Haarlänge. Sogar zwei Paar Handschuhe wurden mitgeliefert.
Kann ich unbedingt weiterempfehlen.
Die Lieferung erfolgte zeitnah, wie gewünscht und man kann jederzeit über den eigenen Account Änderungen zur Lieferung, Farbe usw. vornehmen, völlig unproblematisch.

It was so easy to color my hair with this kit. I received everything I needed to color my hair and wash it afterwards. The quality of the color was very good too. I didn't miss some grays in the front hairline, but I think that was my error. Ordered my second kit to color again in a few weeks. Happy customer!

This is surprisingly easy to use and the results exceeded my expectations. Grays are covered and color is very even and shines. Will need to see how long it lasts, but, so far so good! So glad I gave it a try. If you are on the fence, go for it!

I've had various professionals that cut my hair tell me how nice they color is and ask where I got it done!
The reason I first tried eSalon is because I wanted to try doing the color myself for financial reasons and convenience. However, a friend who is a professional colorist told me it is impossible to get a good product at a drug store if you want a blonde shade. I decided to take a chance on eSalon since they use professional colorists and professional products. I was thrilled with the results, and I've never looked back.
Now that we are dealing with a pandemic, I'm really glad I can do my own color at home!
The products are very easy to use and I would not hesitate to recommend them--in fact, I do, all the time!

Used my color today on my roots only (and they are white!). My color is dark brown. The results were amazing! I got better root coverage than I do in the salon. I used the brush technique and had a mess of dark dye on my skin, but when I washed my hair and used the shampoo to scrub the areas that had dye on the skin, it came right out. I’m so impressed with the way my hair looks after styling...rich dark brown and shiny. This is day 1 and let’s see how it looks in two weeks. Thanks ESalon!

I never was coloring my hair before . It was my first time pleasant experience. I like the color , my gray coverage on roots are very good . I just missed some spots on roots as it was my first time and now I can slightly see grayish in some spots but it’s only my fault ! Satisfied customer .

I've colored my hair for about 10 years, but I had *never* done my own color before I ordered this kit. My goal was just to cover my grays and refresh my roots. With just a picture and a brief note to go on, my colorist (Paul) figured out exactly what I needed. I won't say that I applied the color flawlessly--I need more practice!--but my freshened-up roots looked great! It was the warm, coppery gold color I wanted. I then used a gloss to intensify the red a bit.
