The color is so natural it's like I had it done in a salon. The directions were easy and there was plenty of product so I didn't have to worry I would run out. I was very hesitant to try this product and I'm really glad I decided to go for it. Best part is, and anyone who has dyed their own hair has been through this, I don't have to worry that my color will be discontinued or be out of stock!

I talked with my color specialist for quite sometime describing my natural hair color how the color takes to my hair (it gets very dark in the middle) She was FANTASTIC! She listened to my requests and added just the right solution to the problem I’m having The color came out perfect even though I really suck at coloring my own hair! Great customer care and service I’m in love with esalon and the quality hair color they provide at just a fraction of what a salon would charge! My hair started looking duller as I aged I don’t color my grays because I earned them and I wanted to keep it natural looking! I can’t thank them enough for listening and finding perfect match!

I was really nerves to do it for myself as I burnt my hair before and I am going regularly to the hairdresser to hide my greys. Now I am glad I tried. It is a messy job, I have lots of hair and shoulder long. I followed the instruction and couldn`t wait to dry it and see the result. I done well. Sorry my hairdresser but I can do it. I need only haircut from now.

Habe das Set zum ersten Mal bestellt. Nach dem auswählen meiner wunschfarbe, was übrigens sehr leicht und toll ist, habe ich mein Set nach relativ kurzer Zeit erhalten. Und ich kann nur sagen, ich möchte es nicht mehr missen.das set enthält alles was man braucht. Das Ergebnis war einfach nur fantastisch. Die Abdeckung der grauen Haare einfach mal zu 100%.und man merkt den Unterschied zu einem Discounterprodukt.selbst nach 4 Wochen hab ich das Gefühl, das man die grauen Haare noch immer nicht so extrem sieht.also ich hab mein Farbton gefunden und bleibe dem esalon treu.ich kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen

I got my first kit and I was nervous about coloring my hair. The directions were great and made it sound easy enough. (I am only touching up the roots) I did okay for the first try, I had a hard time with the back. But it looks okay and will be even better next time. I was also a little nervous when I put it on and it looked dark, it turned out really nice! I don't know how they mix it but it seemed to have different shades in it? So happy with it and glad I went ahead and tried it. This is going to save me a bundle!

The amount of money I've wasted and at the same time destroyed my hair doing home colouring is unbelievable. I have bleached it and it's fell out, gone green, bright orange on my greys but this was by far salon quality and really easy to use. I was worried about doing the roots myself especially at the back but the instructions were very easy to follow and the results are fab. I'm over the moon. Thank you Tamara! Xxx

The thing I like most is that the color holds. It lasts so much longer then store brought products. The color is bright yet warm. Being able to talk to the colorist is great comfort as well

My hair hair had lightened due to a south vacation. I'm normally a medium to medium dark red, but was now more a light medium red. I asked that my root custom colour set be changed and sent a picture to match the colours. WOW!!! The colour could not be more accurate to my lighter hair! I am thrilled! I was hesitant to do my roots as I was afraid it would not match, but it looks like it is seamless!! I also love the texture of the mix itself - it is thick and not runny at all which means no splattering on the walls or floor. There is also quite a bit more of the mix than a store bought kit so I always have enough for my long hair. Thank you so much, I could not be happier with my decision to change to eSalon!

Turned out nice. Covered up grays and very old grown out highlights and added a touch of reddish brown to my otherwise mousey light brown hair. Very economical and so much better fade out than than drugstore box brands. Will use again.

My first color was exactly what I wanted, Dark brown (cool beige). Impressed by quality of color liquid: no dripping or running, plenty of product left over. I have resistant grays that may require some color/time adjustment. Application was easy and not messy. I recommend wearing an old tshirt that you don’t mind getting stained.

I color my hair often due to ALOT of grey, but I hate going to the salon just because of the time it takes.
When I saw advertisement for E Salon I was not sure about it at all, biggest question was will I get the right color,can I trust them and what they say about their product. Well I watched a lot of videos and everyone had great things to say so I ordered, got it in the mail quick and when I got home yesterday it was at my house..... I love it , it was easy to use and you sent me everything I needed and Yes It was the exact color I wanted and the color they said I would get... thank you and now I want have to wait so long between colors because I can do it at home and on my own time.. I love the gloves they fit snugly on my hands. The dye lasts and that's a plus since I hate dying my hair and will not pay nearly $100 a month to have someone else do it.

This was my first time dyeing my hair myself, I am no expert, but the result is incredible. My coworkers gave me many compliments. My color turned out pretty amazing - darker on the ends and a bit lighter on the roots, hair super glossy and I really liked the smell of the shampoo and the conditioner. I will keep buying with eSalon!

I actually used the color while on vacation in a foreign country, six months after you mailed it to me. You probably don't like people using your product so late after you mail it out, but I did and the color was sensational. I was very pleased. So the shelf life of your product is excellent too.

I had read some bad reviews about the eSalon colouring process damaging hair so was a little nervous but there was absolutely need, after colouring, shampooing and conditioning my hair felt amazing, super soft and looked the best condition it had been in for years
The instructions are simply step by step and were very easy to follow.
The kit itself had everything I needed and plenty for my hair length. .
I am so pleased I did listen to those negative reviews, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable way of colouring their hair. 5*

I bought this for my mum as she is starting to have a few grey hairs at her roots. She wanted to keep her highlights and previous colour which she had done 6 months ago, so we decided to try esalon. The whole process was structured and explained exactly what we needed to do. I can only describe the results as perfect, as the new colour matched her hair colour exactly and covered all the greys. Would definitely recommend and will be using again !
