I wanted a slight alteration in the custom color by eSalon. I corresponded with the master colorist and was sent a new formulation that was exactly what I wanted (I wanted a little more red added in). My color is perfect and my hair has so much sheen and very moisturized with no dry ends. Thank you eSalon for my perfect custom color!

Updated my hair color to remain dark brown with red highlights and my stylist did not disappoint. It is perfect! I now feel more comfortable requesting changes with specific details. I LOVE the customer service and how they work with you to change the color tone to your desire. The product it self has held up. I would Love it more if they had an offer of double the amount because of the thickness and length of my hair I need more than the average sent and I'm sure there are others that would appreciate a continual SPECIAL rate with more quantity to cover such needs.
However I do recommend this product.

I had highlights all over the place and dark roots 3 inches thick. I didn’t think there was any way possible that I could make my hair look normal. Took me a few days but I did my hair today and wow! My. Hair looks awesome. I got colirfir my whole to hidemy roots. My daughter help me do it. It took longer than my last color at home butworth it once it dried itlook like I spent a few hours at the salon. Irs also soft and the color is down right awesome. I look forward to using it again

Post chemo in my 40's..total grey...and curly, which I loved, but the color made for me was super awesome (!m not calling my hairdresser out at all) it looked nice. For those with post chemo hair....try this product. I've been a customer since I had 1/2 inch grey hair. Now I look normal with the color.

At the beginning I didn't like the color because it was to dark for me. But my colorist suggested dark brown because I have a lot of gray hair, she was right the color is dark for my liking but it did covered my gray really good!! This product is great!! It didn't burn my scalp, it Covered my gray, left my hair shiny and soft!! Thank you eSalon!!

Kit was wonderful - everything you need is in this package. Solution did not smell bad at all, no strong chemical smell. eSalon was in contact with me consistently to make sure my custom color was exactly as I wanted. They volunteered to do any adjustments to lighten or darken the color for next month. I really like the online auto-ship where I can add products to my regular monthly order to save me time. I normally just buy my color from the drug store, but I must say, I am very impressed with this company and will be a long time customer for sure. Receiving an actual "color expert" from eSalon to discuss exactly what my expectations are with this newly created color was so nice. Thanks Jennifer @ eSalon !

I am always skeptical of beauty products- especially when all the reviews seem to be too good to be true. This product really delivered- not only is the color perfect but my hair feels so soft and is very shiny. I uploaded a picture and it was recommended that I don’t go ask dark as I indicated. I trusted the specialist and I’m happy that I did!

I've been using eSalon color for a few years now, to match the natural brown of my youth & cover my new dull & grey growth/roots that I just can't tolerate. I am a natural strawberry blonde so it is super hard to find color close to my natural color that doesn’t look fake... After having my daughter my hair has gotten dull and drab. I've been using Esalon's light matt brown for about 2 years and love it. However, I fancied a change. I decided to darken my hair a little but after an unfortunate salon experience where I emerged looking like vampire I've have been really nervous about it. I need not have worried. After a quick email to the colourist, my hair is now a gorgeous chocolate brown shade and I absolutely love it. The colour looks natural and vibrant and doesn't leave a flat matt finish like some box dyes do. I'm so pleased and feel like I have my natural colour back; only better! Thank you Esalon!

Thanks for adjusting the last order sent on May 1, 2018. The addition of the blue and pearl in my formula made a definite difference in the amount of brassy tones, the roots took a nice beige tone, it’s so much better. I also enjoyed the Mother’s Day e mail.
