Fully covers greys and is a beautiful rich dark brown without the red tones that I really dislike. My husband loves the coverage and color too. I will keep coloring with this product in the future. Note, the colorist thought it was 2 shades darker than my natural color....I have to disagree. It is a shade darker, but it covers all of my greys like nothing else has and with my lighter skin with olive undertones it is very complimentary. Thank you for a great product!

I tried the spray coverup. You were out of the DRK brown. So I tried the black spray. The black spray was a good choice. Following the directions, I shook it up quite a bit in order to blend the color. It wasn't covering my gray unless I put the nozzle close to my head. I tried several ways to get the coverage. Also, I used quite a bit in order to cover the gray. I may just go back to my old standby. It works, and is 1/2 the cost.
I love you g the other products. My hair color is very pretty with dark brown mix. The neutralizer is awesome!!! As well as the color mask to give my hair a blend of copper highlites. I've had many complements on my color.

Wasn't sure what colour would suit me but knew roughly what I wanted. After speaking with the colourist who explained the colour I picked wouldn't suit me I felt more confident about the colour and now I have dyed my hair I am ABSOLUTELY OVER THE MOON with my colour.

eSalon was able to do what 3 local salons could not! They were able to fix my color and cover my greys without fading between coloring. I definately reccomend trying this.

Loved the red end mix matched the color I have on no drastic changes which is great the root mix was a little to dark for my liking at first but I am starting to notice the blend of the two together is perfect. I'm so glad the formula came out perfect.

I have a toddler and an infant plus a full time job and my own company on the side, so it makes it super difficult to get to the salon for a major appointment. Especially for my 5 week gray root touch ups. I had been using the store box root touch up for awhile but it was making my hair look brassy and my faded highlights were looking overprocessed and unhealthy. Thought for $10 I might as well try this. Wow, the help from the stylist was awesome and she picked a color she thought would be best for me and what I was looking to achieve. I wanted to go darker for fall but still show the domination of my highlights. The color she chose was perfect. It was a medium brown with hints on mahagony. It made my once too blonde faded highlights a beautiful copper/caramel color just like I wanted. Also, what a great kit to start off with. Very impressed with the packaging and all the extra products to show you what you can achieve. They even said if I didn't like the color they chose then they would send me a revised one to match what I wanted free of charge. I highly recommend this product!

I had gotten used to hair color not really covering my gray hair, so I stopped wasting my money and time trying to make it happen. 12 years later... I just love this product and will continue on using it. It is very easy and the color comes out with a brilliant shine. It is so easy to use and the best part is that they give you the chemical that takes the color off your skin. Reasonable price, convenient and made exactly the color you want. awesome service, all you need with step by step tailored instructions is in the kit . They follow your requests to the T. I heard home color products can be damaging to your hair and going to the salon every 5 weeks was not a practical option for me. This salon quality color mixed to your specific needs. No hassle adjusting the color. Unlike store brand color this one keeps its shine longer. Honest service I wanted to order highlights and they were honest enough to recommend against it given my hair treatments history. This is a good company. I am a customer for life as long as I have hair and they are in business.

On top of the fact that receiving the color in the mail is the best ever as it was made just for me, the color itself is easy to apply and the color has always turned out great. When I go to a salon for my haircuts I always get compliments on the color.

I love the hair color. I don't feel like my hair is dry or damaged. The color is vibrant. The kit they send has everything you need. It is worth doing it myself than going to a salon. It is also better than the over the counter products out there & I've tried them all.

Absolutely perfect, exactly what I was hoping for. I have long (half way down my back) and thick hair that can be incredibly sensitive - there was plenty of product and my hair feels great even 3 weeks on.

I was skeptical at first, but the color that I received was a perfect match for me. Usually at various salons they color gray roots so much darker and end up with 3 tones of color on my hair. Now my hair looks natural even when gray roots start to show.

Way better coverage than my $180 salon treatment with Aveda products. My hair is shiny with the eSalon shampoo/conditioner with the Nourishing Hair mask and the color is fantastic. I always had trouble with brassy tones at professional salons. I updated my photo with the eSalon team and the color was adjusted. Love, love, love it. Even the regrowth is less noticeable. Won't be going back to Aveda any time soon.

That being said, this product is amazing! It covered up the stubborn grey spot I have that most colorants do not. Furthermore, I went to get an updo done a week after coloring and the stylist actually thought I do nothing with my hair (I.e., coloring). I love the even color, the ease of application, and the lasting coverage. I totally recommend this product. I plan on being a member for life. Thank you!!

Make sure and follow the directions. Then you will have the best hair of your life. The color does not fade, hair remains glossy and healthy month after month. I do my roots every six weeks , and all over color every fourth time.

I have been using esalon for awhile now and it is the best hair color around! My hair has never been this healthy. I use all their hair products. I really like that the products are shipped to my home I never have to worry that I won't be able to find my hair color. The color is very close to my original hair color and it conceals most of my gray. I will continue to be a faithful customer and I recommend esalon to all my friends.

I am delighted with the color! It is exactly what I asked for, and the coverage is complete. I don't have many grays but my hair was previously colored. I followed the directions and voila! I was very skeptical about this product and ordering online, but I took the chance and I'm glad I did! The color they sent covered my grey perfectly and matched my natural hair color. You would never know I had dyed my hair. Also, this product leaves your hair soft and shiny unlike most store bought hair dyes. My hair truly felt as though I walked out of the salon. I was so worried about coloring my hair. My red hair has browned out as I gave gotten older. Once the gray started to show up, I knew I had to do something, but I didn't know what color I needed. I wanted a natural looking color, and was afraid it wood look "clownish" if I chose on my own. I sent pictures to the colorist, and they made a custom color that was PERFECT!!! My husband didn't even realized that I had colored my hair (which I saw as the BIGGEST compliment!) It covered my gray and revitalized my color in an extremely natural-looking way that I am in love with.

This latest adjustment in color is, as always, beautiful. My tastes change, so when I felt coppery, it was copper hair color that I needed. I love the lightness and the golden shades. It is very rich in tone and quite elegant looking. I am nigh onto retirement age but MY HAIR, with the blessings of your products, IS VERY YOUNG & HEALTHY LOOKING. I GET TONS OF COMPLIMENTS ABOUT IT !!!!

It's pretty hard to determine from computer swatches if the right color is selected, but I got exactly the red I was looking for! Not sure what it would look like if I'd left it on the full 30 minutes, as I panicked at 20 minutes when it looked very dark and jumped in the shower. It looked great, and is softening into a color I really like. Now if I can add highlights and lowlights (my hair is very monochromatic), that would be great! Very happy with this product and service.

I used to buy Preference by loreal medium brown and used that for years. But I saw E-salon on-line and thought I'd give it a try. I loved the easy instructions, TWO sets of gloves, and shampoo and cream rinse to complete the job. The formula didn't irritate my scalp as Preference sometimes did. And the color lasts so much longer! I would recommend this product.

This is my first time to color my hair at home, so it was a challenge to color just the roots - it's not as easy as professionals make it look! Next time I will get a friend to help me! The color is wonderful and looks more natural than when I get my hair colored at the salon. I just colored last night, so I will see how vibrant the color stays for the next 6 weeks, but for now I am hooked - this is how I will color my hair from now on!!! So glad I tried it!

Easy to use . My color lasted longer then drug store hair color. I use red tones which usually dull faster but got more time from this. Customer service is great . I had no problem having them adjust my color slightly from first order
