This was by far the best experience I could’ve hoped for! Ditching salon visits for Demi permanent and doing this in the comfort of my home when I feel it’s needed is the best thing I could’ve done for myself. Self care is a must! Not only was I nervous the color wouldn’t match my natural I am blown away to know the color is exactly like my natural!!

I’ve had three packages arrive. The first colour wasn’t quite right so they changed it for me free of charge the second was awesome! Perfect glossy colour. The way the packaging comes with instructions and they put your name on the bottle. It just felt really luxurious.

Das Paket kam so schön verpackt an mit allerlei Hilfsmittel und Anleitung. Mischen & Auftragen - super easy. Da ich noch recht hell bin, hatte ich die Farbe nicht ganz so lange einwirken lassen, da die Farbe auf dem nassen Haar recht dunkel wirkte. Ich hätte mutiger sein können und etwas länger einwirken lassen. Die Farbe ist toll, die Produkte riechen total gut und sind absolut hautverträglich. Ich habe leider eine sehr empfindliche Kopfhaut und habe keinerlei Reaktionen gehabt nach dem Färben. Fazit - Super Produkt, gefällt mir sehr gut. Jetzt muss ich nur noch wegen der Häufigkeit schauen und ob es evtl. weniger Menge als Ansatz Farbe gibt, dann würde ich die Häufigkeit kürzer setzen und abwechselnd Ansatz - Ganzes Haar !! Beim Friseur hatte ich leider schon oft einen Grünstich nach dem Färben - oder einen Rotstich - und hier einfach perfekt. Der Ansatz scheint leicht erdbeerblond, aber im Gesamt Paket sehr stimmig. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

I sent a picture of my natural hair color when I was much younger. They sent me my personalized color with my name printed on it. The instructions were very easy to follow and I had a great coloring experience without any of the nasty smell. There was more than enough color to cover my long hair. Customer service were so friendly and helpful! They helped me to get exactly the color I wanted when it didn’t turn out exactly how I wanted the first time. The whole kit has very clear instructions and so many helpful extras like gloves and stain remover and mini shampoo. The dye also smells really nice and leaves my hair shiny which is a nice bonus. Could not recommend more.

I was VERY skeptical about trying an online hair color dye! I moved from NYC to Coastal NC and was nervous about trying a new hair colorist. As a natural red head it was very hard to get just the right shade by Stacy,(from NYC) got it perfect but, now I live 700 miles away!! So long story short I sent Esalon pictures and my formula a (asked Stacy for my dye formula and number) and tried it. I am really happy with the results. during the summer I ask them to make it a shade lighter and that's perfect too. Definitely recommend trying it

I have been using box dyes for decades. This product is revolutionary! The system to select your colour is so easy, help is available from your personal stylist if needs be. The packaging and instructions are so beautiful and easy. The attention to detail is insane. Even down to easy open shampoo and conditioner (the times I've been in the shower washing off colour and I can't open the supplied conditioner!) The product washed out easily even with dark down.
The results...oh my.. it's multi tonal.. dark brown with hints of mahogany but also ash, and feels so healthy.
30 years of horrible box dies.. this is salon quality at home hair colour. Thank you E salon..xx

I would not go anywhere else for my colour; they listen to your requests, they advise best for you, the colours put together for me are the best my hair has been, including condition, I have used Esalon for several years now and cannot recommend enough, and have to my friends and family many many times.

I am obsessed! The colour is really beautiful, deep and natural looking. Last batch was of the same colour and of course I had some hair growth during these six weeks and it bothered me before with other products as was quite striking difference between virgin hair and coloured, so I really never had patience to wait for six weeks. This time it was different, it looked well till the day I got the package. I just love the process so much that didn’t want to wait any longer. But a thought came to my mind that if some day I decide to grow out my own colour, it would be quite painless just to give up colouring.

Used for first time, ash shade, on my blonde hair. Covered greys really well. Colour exactly as I wanted for summer. Shampoo and conditioner sachets were excellent, left my hair soft, shiny and manageable. Would definitely recommend. Truly worth 5 star!

My Mom had red hair and not one of her 3 kids got the same "strawberry blonde." So I took the plunge on my short, grey hair. I love the color, but my biggest critics, 2 daughters, said it needed to be darker because the current color washed out my face. I didn't think so, but I'm open to playing around. Hallo liebes eSalon Team, ich habe mich heute endlich getraut meinen Ansatz nach zu färben. Da ich einmal ziemlich Pech hatte , obwohl ich da die Farbe auch aus einem Friseurbedarfladen geholt habe und mich hab beraten lassen, ist es ziemlich schief gelaufen. Daher hatte ich jetzt auch Bedenken und hab das Färben immer wieder raus geschoben, aber jetzt konnte ich nicht mehr warten und habe es heut in Angriff genommen.... Und was soll ich sagen...ich bin total Happy, mit eurer Beschreibung ging es super und es ist genauso geworden wie ich es wollte!!!!!

Jahrelang habe ich meine Haare selbst gefärbt und langsam übernimmt das Grau die Oberhand. Um eine perfekte Grauabdeckung zu erreichen, recherchierte ich im Internet und fand esalon. Toll fand ich sofort, dass man von Anfang an 'an die Hand' genommen wird! Ich suchte mir meine jetzige Haarfarbe aus und ich muss sagen, das Ergebnis war eine sehr natürliche und vorallem deckende Farbe, so wie ich es wollte. Sie ließ sich sehr gut im Haar verteilen, ohne streng zu riechen oder zu tropfen. Nach mittlerweile 4 Wochen bin ich noch immer sehr zufrieden und kann daher mit gutem Gewissen das Team von esalon weiterempfehlen und werde demnächst wieder bestellen!

Ich war angenehm überrascht wie sorgfältig die einzelnen Teile verpackt waren. Es hat beim benutzen nichts gebrannt. Das Haar fühlte sich weich und geschmeidig an.
Bin zufrieden, der Preis für die 1. Bestellung war gut. Den nächsten Preis finde ich etwas hoch, zumal mein Haar sehr kurz ist.

This review is long overdue. I've been a customer of eSalon for 2 years and never had one bad experience with either the products or delivery. I've had effortless email discussions with a colorist and made color adjustments to my blend - beautiful results every time. I have also used the weekly retreat conditioner and pro toner - great! Before finding eSalon, I used off-the-shelf products, expensive in-person salons, and one other online service: trust me, eSalon beats them all! Highly recommend eSalon products and the customer service is world class.

From the moment I opened the box I was impressed. Everything was labeled making it easy for me to navigate the process of coloring my own hair. The coloring itself has no odor while processing which is huge for me. I’ve tried others and they stink but not this one.
I can’t say enough about the color. It’s absolutely perfect and my ends are not burned out or darker like usual. I am so impressed with the color and ease of use I can’t wait to tell everyone about eSalon.

Ich bin sehr zu Frieden mit dem Farbton, so sah er noch nie aus, wenn ich mir andere Produkte gekauft habe, die diesem Farbton ähneln und es blieben immer graue Haare übrig. Bei dieser Haarfarbe sind alle grauen Haare verschwunden. Mal sehen wie sich der Farbton durch das Waschen verändert. Ich habe es nicht bereut die Farbe bestellt zu haben. Danke an Katharina, denn sie hat mir das Endergebnis meines Haares ermöglicht.

I was a little skeptical about the customized hair color process at first. But for the $15 first time discount, i had to try it! I haven't dyed my hair in YEARS but this was super easy and turned out amazing! Exactly the color I was looking for! Will be continuing my subscription for sure.

FYI I am such a spaz that I can't even section my hair properly. I was able to do my own color without a disaster and without it turning orange. I was pleased to be able to go a shade lighter than my natural dark blonde. I still have a few pesky grays, but I think I just didn't leave it on the grays for long enough.
Anyway, I'll be a customer for life!

Zunächst mal kam die Farbe in einer schön gestalteten Schachtel, alles mit meinem Namen versehen. Die Handhabung der Farben war einfach und kurz beschrieben. Das Ergebnis war genau so, wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Graue Haare waren komplett abgedeckt. Farbe hat eine gute Haltbarkeit. Die Haare haben einen schönen Glanz.

I’m honestly so impressed with this product and will be continuing to use from now on. I spent fortunes in a hairdresser recently to darken my brunette hair and it sadly just didn’t last. You geniuses at Esalon have created something of such excellent quality, long lasting and just what I was looking for. I adore the colour and the softness and shine it’s given my hair. Ich bin mit der Anwendung gut klar gekommen. Das Farbergebnis ist genauso wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe und gefällt mir besser als bei allen anderen Colorationen, die ich bisher ausprobiert habe. Eine tolle Alternative, wenn man nicht in einen Salon gehen möchte und zu Hause selber färbt.

Ok ladies....These people have legit got this DOWN!!!! The quality of the product is top notch! It has stayed true for many weeks without fading. NOW, I have to tell you my desired color was complex! My stylist Sylvia whiped up a few colors and mixed up the perfect amount of each to give me stunning results that last! I am beyond thrilled with this company overall!
