I have just processed my first hair colour with eSalon. All I can say was although my colour was good with my hairdresser the colour which I requested is even better. It matches the natural colour of my eyebrows. I forgot to colour the very front of my hair (so will remember next time). I am very impressed thank you very much

The first time using eSalon was good but after giving feedback, my formula was was made perfectly for me. No brassy roots or super dark ends. The color is consistent and natural looking. And I love not having to remember to buy a color kit or worry about picking the right color. eSalon is an excellent service!

This hair color is so easy to use, the color is perfectly matched and it doesn't smell as bad as others I've tried. I love my hairstylist, and cannot afford her root touch-up rates - this saves me $65 with every order (over $500 a year); another reason I am very happy with this product.

I was very skeptical about trying something online for my hair, however, the process was very easy, esalon has an extremely detailed and expansive color selection, and the results were amazing from my first experience. I had a lot of questions and customer service was very happy to have a colorist contact me. After a few questions, she helped develop an awesome formula resulting in me having super cool hair color! I had my doubts about buying haircolor on line and even applying it myself at home. I always go to a salon. I love all the variations in the color and my hair is very shiny. I have gotten a lot of compliments. I also like the shampoo and conditioner included in the first kit and I have just purchased both.

Couldn't be more pleased. This is the FIRST and only haircolor that actually covers my "platinum highlights", as I like to call them. Amazing. I've literally tried every box color on the shelves. This one is a KEEPER. Don't know how you do it, but keep doing it.

The colorist who came up with my formula heard my concerns and came up with a great looking color and an effective solution to a fading issue I was having. My color hasn't faded and weeks later, still looks good.

I already have very naturally blond hair but it is ash blond so tried a more golden blond color...wow! no one notices I colored my hair...they just say I look so refreshed and my hair looks so healthy!

I asked for more gray coverage. It seemed to cover the gray better. It was sticky when rinsing, which I figure is because of the new formula. After I shampood and conditioned, my hair was fine. The color is what I wanted.

So i walked into my bathroom (with bad lighting) and didnt think i liked the color. I wanted to go back to my original hair color and thought at first that it had that fake red look to it. So, i walked into my bedroom (which is full of sunlight), and looked in my mirror there. Wow! I was soooo wrong! Its perfect!! It looks so natural. And i could have skipped dying the roots it was so perfect! I have never found another color that actually matched my real auburn before. Thankyou Danielle for changing the formula from what i thought i wanted, you nailed it!! I will be referring all my hair dying friends!!

I wanted to go just a little lighter this time and the colorists at eSalon did not disappoint! I followed the directions carefully (love how clearly they are explained) and took my time. The results are fabulous! I have multidimensional color that looks very natural and covers my gray. Perfect for summer I might add. I am always recommending eSalon to all my friends.

I've been coloring my hair for over 25 years and have been to many salons and professionals. I've tried drug store hair color a few times using a few different brands and can honestly say this product is on par with Salon products. Not only does using this product save a substantial amount of money but more importantly to me it saves me time! I'm very happy with the color and the customer service is also great! I would highly recommend

This works just as well as the Salon color for when you can't afford it OR when you don't have the time to go. But we all know we love to be pampered by our favorite hair stylist. I always keep some eSalon on hand at home now because you never know when you will need to cover up those grays in a hurry! And if your stylist is a great friend to you they will give you the proper info to get the correct color match from eSalon!!! Mine did!

When I first contacted eSalon, I was so impressed with all the steps they went through to make sure I was happy with the color that I was to receive. After I received my product and tried it they contacted me to make sure I was happy and believe me I am so happy! I get so many compliments on how beautiful my hair is and no one knows that I color it, it looks so natural! I have been using their products for over three years now. 😄

I asked to have my color a shade darker .. it turned out so well!! I had tried another brand of salon color at home .. it smelled great , my hair felt terrific but within a week my gray roots were right back .. every one of them ..it looked like I hadn't touched them .. that company wanted pictures and a narrative of what directions I followed .. lIke I was an idiot .. . I took my PhD and scurried back to Esalon .. now I'm happy again !

I selected my new color online and when I applied the demi-permanent one for the first time it was too dark, although I liked the product smell and application process. I spoke to my colorist, explained what I was going for, and she helped me correct the color and achieve the perfect color. Over the next two applications, my color was just PERFECT and now the process is a breeze. Thanks for your support!

I like the color and it did cover my grays well. I think my hair grows extremely fast and therefore my hairline grays appear quickly. Nothing you can do about that.

After contacting esalon over my first hair colour they kindly sent me a new refigured colour free of charge!! Well impressed! I LOVED the new colour it was lots better I would still regig a little with the first one you apply to roots just so it was more Auburn/plum but it really was a much better result. Thank you esalon I really am impressed and will order when I need the next one. Amazing shine and total top class goods.

I loved the color. It was easy to use. This was my first time using a bowl to mix the color and applying with the brush that was included. I recommend you try it.

Made just for me, plenty to do my roots and refresh the rest (I have ALOT of shoulder length hair) and it smelled better than either the salon or store-bought color in a box. I totally recommend eSalon - such a great idea!!!!!

My hair color is perfect. I changed it and removed the golden aspect because my hair was getting to red from the summer sun. All I had to do was tell my colorist I needed my hair to be a little more brown then red and she did exactly that. It covers all my grey, thank God! I only need to color every 6-8 years depending on the growth because it never fades at all. It saves me a fortune over store bought and salon done.

I have received my second order of Made for You color, I love it!
It is the perfect color and covers my grey for right at 7-8 weeks. My hairstylist thought I had it professionally done! Nope myself I told her. That was 4 weeks already into my color. I did get information from her about the smell and burning eyes I got the first time. I did write in and eSalon understood exactly what I needed. My second coloring was right on, no heavy smell or burning of the eyes.
I am on automatic mailings every 7 weeks and this works great for me.

Love this customized color. So easy to use! Love the convenience of receiving everything needed. They thought of everything, the instructions are easy to follow, and the personal follow up is awesome. My colorist was quick to make a small adjustment for me after my first application. I get so many compliments on my hair color and it lasts longer than the color I was getting from the store. I was mixing 3 store bought colors and it didnt always come out the same so I was paying more to color on my own with alot more trouble. I definitely recommend ESALON to everyone!
