The last color that I received and used, did not come out the normal color. Instead of having my normal red/copper color it turned out to be a very odd light brown. I wish I had been able to do something about it before I used it. The color in the bottle was a very light gold. Not my normal shade. Will you please look into what happened. Thank you very much. I love how when I ordered my first colour - it wasn't quite what I expected so I sent pictures and told the esalon team what I thought and they adjusted my colour to suit my requirements. You can't do that with shop bought colours! The personal service is great. The second colour was a lot more like I expected but I still want to tweak it again a bit so I'm hoping to adjust until I find the perfect colour. I've had lots of compliments on my new hair colour and it has definitely coloured the grey/white I had turned. Also they put extra bottles in as I have long hair so they provide enough products to suit your style great personal touch.

Got my coloring set today and used it right away.
Was totally surprised at the difference of my previous sets.
The color now has the most luxurious lather when massaging it in my hair.
It’s a thick foam that surrounds each hair and colors even the thin side hair that beforehand never took good.
Also, the shampoo has a thicker lather and along with the conditioner it feels like it nourishes my hair to where it is a lot softer when done.
I am loving the changes you have made!

Fantastic customer service from Sarah at esalon. Great, well packaged colour set with helpful instructions. The mixed colourant and developer was an easy to apply cream consistency that didn't drip or smell as strong as some hair dyes. My hair doesn't seem to have been damaged by the product and the end result is very natural looking.

Love this colour. I am normally a natural medium to light blonde, fighting the battle of the grey. I ordered light blonde pearl mix. I was afraid my colour would come out too light but was pleasantly surprised by the darker colour that was achieved and about the battle? I'm winning lol. I can't believe how easy it was to apply the product and the final result was so natural looking. It covered the grey and gave my hair life again. Looking forward to my next shipment with highlights and maybe a fresh cut at the same time. Thank you eSalon!

My first experience with the coloring was so- so, which was my fault as I didn’t clearly explain what I was looking for. This last experience was PERFECT! The light blonde is exactly what I wanted! The actual application was super easy (my boyfriend did it!) and there was little to no chemical smell. My hair is thick and shiny and super healthy! I am super impressed and will definitely be ordering my color again.

This color I think has got to be the one. Good for summer good for winter and made for fall , spring is not forgotten too!!!!Loooooove it!!!!! A lot of mohagony and a bit of red is the secret sauce.

I sent pictures of my current color with pretty deep roots and picked a color I thought would work to match my natural color. I also stated that I was open to suggestions if they thought I should use a different color. Luckily they were actually reviewing my pictures & assessing my goal- they said what I picked was too dark and sent something else. I’m SO glad they did!! What my colorist picked was perfect!!!
And it lasted as long as a salon, never got brassy or red and didn’t dry out my hair.

I love my esalon hair color. The colorists mix it just right. I have not been disappointed since I started with esalon. The shade is perfect and they will change it if you choose.Everything you need is in the kit.

I was totally surprised and super happy that i finally found the perfect color result and doesn't damage my hair actually feels better after coloring. Covers all grays, no brassiness and the price is fantastic for the quality overall!!! I will never use anything else!!!

I love the ease of choosing my color online. There were so many choices. I love how easy i tweaked it for my next order. The shampoo and conditioner in the kit were very nourishing and detangling. The color turned out great. My hair is still healthy. Overall Im happier than going to my local salon.

I was really nervous to dye my own hair after always doing it professionally. They recommended a better shade match for me and it was perfect! Looks great, lasts a long time, hair feels healthy. Highly recommend! Don’t think I can ever go back to paying salon prices

After applying I thought the color was going to be too dark but once I shampooed it, it was perfect! Just the right amount of gray coverage and matches my natural color beautifully. Very pleased with results and price as compared to $150 at salon with so-so results.

I am very happy with this colour! It’s so easy to apply & looks so natural! Colours the grey roots amazingly! Very impressed & it sure saves a senior a lot of money instead of going to the hairdresser!!

I love the selection, communication, and quick shipping option. Easy application, quality product. This was my first time on the program, resulting in some tweaks to the product for more gray edge coverage and adjusting the color to see if we could lighten the overall color slightly without doing highlights. Overall, I highly recommend it if you have experience with at-home coloring. For all that favor having a salon take care of your coloring service, remain with what makes you the happiest with your hair journey.

The instructions were clear and the process to choose was really well thought out so the kit arrived everything went very smoothly. I did get a bit of banding in the ends, but quite minor and more to do with my hair specifically and not the product or application. Had lots of compliments and will carry on with this process in the future!

Heute erste Bestellung erhalten. Tolles Set. Tolle verständliche Anleitung, Haare super weich nach der Behandlung. Muss mit meiner perfekten Farbe noch ein bisschen schauen, da von blond (Friseur) auf braun selbst gefärbt. Bin Anfänger bei sowas und vielleicht nicht alles getroffen, dafür trotzdem tolle Abdeckung meiner grauen Haare ( die ich natürlich selbst vielleicht nicht überall getroffen habe, das liegt aber nicht an der Farbe)🤣 richtiger Vergleich natürlich erst nach einiger Zeit möglich wegen auswaschbarkeit oder farbveränderung nach Erstfärbung. Bin gespannt. Danke auf jeden Fall ❤️

I was really nervous about dyeing my own hair as I've only ever had it done at the salon before but oh my gosh the results are amazing! No weird lines in my hair or hot roots and the colour is exactly as I wanted. Definitely recommend uploading a photo of what you want because my colour set was perfect.
It takes time to do it yourself but I'm a shift worker a find it difficult to book hair appointments and this ended up saving me a lot of both money and time

At first, I was a little unsure of what my hair would look like after dyeing it, as there were so many bad experiences with store-bought DIY hair dyes. The end result was absolutely fantastic! I couldn't get a better hair coloring in a salon - than with eSalone hair dye! I recommend with all my heart!

First try is a positive experience. Minimal mess. Hair condition feels amazing. Colour good but so different to my normal box dye it will take a bit of getting used to. They managed to eliminate all the red tones I hated in my box dye. Looking forward to seeing how it fades etc

I’ve been hiding my greys pretty well as I’ve seen them come through recently but this covered them perfectly. I had leftover red tones, grown out highlights and new greys - this covered everything and made it all one simple colour which is as close to my natural colour as I could have hoped for. A perfect base for me to now explore other colours (now that I know I can do it myself!) and all for a quarter of the price I’ve previously paid in salons!

I really wanted to change and was curious about esalon so I took a leap of faith.
The application and instructions were so clear that my boyfriend (yes, a man) did it with ease! The colour was even bette than I could have hoped for and I am over the moon with my new hair colour!!

It was perfect! I had my colorist call me and after explaining what I was going for, she sent me the perfect color. The sun-kissed highlights topped it off. It's beautiful!

This was a perfect color for me! It colored my grays beautifully but what I loved most was that it didn’t stain my skin around my hairline or on top of my ears! I used the stain guard on my forehead but obviously can’t go into my hairline with it (nor did I put it on top of my ears) and it still didn’t stain the skin which was a huge win in my book! You can’t tell I colored my hair because it blended seamlessly. Didn’t have a strong odor and the shampoo and conditioner it comes with smells so good and took away that “freshly colored hair” smell. Definitely recommend, 10/10!!

After my bday, I contacted a colorist via email and got a prompt response. I sent her a couple of pictures and she customized the ideal color for me. I can hardly wait to get my color kit. The service is stellar.
